• Anukram (9/5): The place was perfect for my stay (esp budget wise). - The location was perfect for the value. It isnt smack in jomtien beach but the beach is quite easily accesible (~10 min walk). Id say central pattaya is a bit away but you can easily get a grab thatll take you there in 10-15 mins. Tonness of 7/11 and food places around. If you are looking for a beach front view you might be disappointed (but then you can always walk to the beach). I guess my only issue was that the wifi was a bit weak/had connectivity issues and did not work in certain points of the room. There wasnt anything bad about the place. All in all excellent for the value. Though i did not even enquire, i dont think they offer breakfast service, but it was not an issue for me as i just went to pier 21 of terminal 21 and had my fill of food (and theres grab and 7/11 nearby so it is a nonissue). Though there is a pool and again though i didnt use not use it, it wasnt that inviting/was small and felt more of a water decoration element rather than a full pool.

• Dennis (5/5): Geestenloos. - Het zat naast de 7-eleven Het was vies. Uitgeleefd en communicatie met personeel was minimaal. Was ook niet duur en een doorreis haven voor ons. Maar mocht je hier willen verblijven om te genieten, doe het niet.

• Iuliia (10/5): Very good stay in this hotel. - This was my second visit to this hotel, everything is fine. A new supermarket is opened just opposit the hotel, and another 7/11 is just opened nearby. So there is a lot of places to buy food besides markets. Cleaning is good, very friendly reception staff. All items work properly. Very nice swimming pools. Very quiet place, no bars nearby. But if you need bars there are some 5 min walk behind the fruit market. I recommend this hotel for individual and family stay.

• Peter (8/5): - Nice big and cool room, cleaned daily with fresh towels and drinking water, not a high class hotel but good value for the price if you are not worried about the room interior needing updated Can sometimes be a little noisy during the night but no fault from hotel just other guests with no respect for other people in the hotel.

Локация, если вы арендуете байк, то вполне можете там остановится. Если вы без байка, то вам придется ходить до пляжа по ужасно вонючей улице или арендовать такси каждый раз. Мы не выдержали и уехали оттуда. Это не вина отеля, это проблема с канализацией в Тайланде.

• YASMEEN (8/5): - Everything was excellent, especially the cleanliness and the friendly staff. What I liked most was that there was a cleaning staff member on each floor; that was very nice. The cups are dirty and the drawers are very old; I hope they will be replaced. The refrigerator is also too small. I hope some of the furniture will be replaced.

Dies wurde täglich gereinigt und es gab täglich frische Handtücher und Wasserflaschen gratis. Lift zu den oberen Etagen. Der Pool hat auch ein Becken für Kinder. Der Pool hat nur vormittags Sonne, danach liegt er im Schatten. Die Liegen ebenfalls. Das Badezimmer wirkte etwas verwohnt.

Je suis arrivé, beaucoup de circulation, 14h20 et quitté la chambre à 14h30. La réceptionniste m'a rendu 100 THB, sur les 200 THB, sous prétexte que je quittais la chambre en retard. J'ai trouvé que ce n'était pas très COMMERCIAL. Aussi je ne retournerai plus dans cet établissement . Dommage.

Обычный чистый отель без изысков и без пакетиков с кофе. Главный плюс - не подходит для семей с маленькими детьми, так как отель находится чуть дальше за 2-й линией - минут 17-20 идти по проездной дороге и переулку до пляжа и сонгтэо. Рядом все нужные продуктовые магазины, небольшой недорогой дневной рынок. За стенкой китайцы до поздней ночи и с раннего утра включали телевизор. В номере напротив европейцы среди ночи громко отдыхали с тайками. Пришлось угомонить около трех часов ночи. Порадовало, что не обиделись и перестали орать и петь...

The cleaning services are pretty bad I can smell the dust in my bed.

• MAKAROVA (1/5): - Номер просторный Персонал максимально недружелюбный. Рваные шторы и наволочки, полотенца как половые тряпки. Но самое ужасное, на третий день проживания украли половину денег из сейфа. Обратились на ресепшн, нам предложили самим смотреть камеры почти за сутки, при этом увеличения скорости видео нет. Когда я отказалась менеджер сказал что посмотрит сам, но естественно ничего не нашел. 600$ потратить и забыть для семейной, непьющей пары как то нереально. Я точно помню сколько денег ложила в сейф. Будьте осторожны в этом отеле.

I had no problems with noise which is important to me When i arrived they would only accept a cash payment. I don’t remember being notified about that so that was very inconvenient and wasn't a good start but all good after that
• GALINA (10/5): Отличный отель за свою цену! - Понравилось всё! Особенно цена. Для нас - хорошее расположение, т.к. ездили на достопримечательности по Сукхумвиту (с Джомтьена до него пешком далеко). В номере было все нам необходимое: большая площадь номера, телевизор, холодильник, чайник, чашки, огромный стол. В ванной душевая зона отделена стеклянной перегородкой, что для меня важно и есть далеко не во всех аналогичных отелях. Стены между номерами капитальные(!) и соседей не слышно. На балконе - небольшая сушилка для белья, что тоже очень пригодилось сушить купальники. Рядом много супермаркетов, рыночек с дешёвыми манго и ананасами (манго по 60 бат/кг, ананасы 25 за штуку), макашницы, разнообразные едальни и бары. Каждый день приносили по 2 бутылки 0,6 л воды и рулон туалетной бумаги - мы столько не израсходовали и оставили в номере. До пляжа конечно далековато, но выбрали именно этот отель, исходя из наших потребностей. Остальное - придирки по мелочам: скользкие и короткие простыни - постоянно сбивалась и спишь на голом матрасе. Темновато в номере. Отваливались от стены прикроватные светильники. Тонкая дверь в коридор - всё слышно.
