- Estrellarosa (8/5): Perfect for a get away - Great service at the reception, the team were very friendly and professional. We spent a night only but was amazing our stay since the bigging, as we got upgraded from junior to 1 bedroom king suite. Room very clean and comfy... There is a sea front bar were you can enjoy cocktails and a walk way around the sea. The beach is few minutes from the hotel and you can use the shuttle buss the hotel provide. Crystal waters, white sand, sun beds and a BBQ restaurant bar was a perfect combination. The hotel is Family friendly environment in general. Very well recommended! Thank you for the great job 😊

The staff was polite and responded quickly and efficiently to requests. The rooms were nice and cozy, and a nice bonus was the daily cleaning service and the constant supply of drinking water. I'd like to leave a review of the hotel restaurant. One of the highlights of our stay was our visit to the restaurant. The cuisine is excellent, with a wide variety of dishes (buffet) to suit every taste, but the real highlight is the service. We'd like to highlight o, waiter Osama. He's not just a professional, but a person who loves his job and his guests. Osama had an amazing talent for creating an atmosphere of hospitality and care. Every evening we spent in the restaurant became a small celebration thanks to his efforts. A huge thank you to the hotel management for such dedicated staff!

They took such great care of us that I have already booked another vacation with them. Especially noteworthy are - Noor, Yahya, Shakira, Ramzi, Chef Naidu, Alinur, Mansour and Zouhair. - michellepJ6454TJ (6/5): Definitely not as expected… what a shame - We got a fairly good deal and would say to think about what you want from a holiday break. The hotel is literally in the middle of a building sight. Yes we knew it was an area being developed but the build was constant…. Even past midnight. The sight next door was extremely loud every day. There were renovations in the hotel it’s self and either we were very unlucky it being above us or in various areas. We have all come away really tired and excited to get home. We only stayed for 5 days but was tempted to check out early and head back to Dubai to sleep before the flight home. We really didn’t mind the views but the constant noise all day every day was to much. I wouldn’t say the people were friendly either, that’s the other tourists and some staff. We have been to a few hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and this hotel was no where near those service levels. The hotel has some really strange regulations with the all inclusive timings and as there is not really anywhere else to go on the island a little restricted. The water in the room was either really hot or freezing… had to take advantage when you could for a reasonable shower. The layout of the hotel as well means you can only get sun around the pool for around 4 hours a day and even that’s if you move around (if it is a relaxing sunbathing holiday you want) You can see it maybe a really nice area to go back to in a few years but probably not this hotel.

- ji_philippel (10/5): Super relax - Nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. We changed rooms because the window wouldn't open. We got a room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard with a view of the pool and the sea. The outdoor pool was heated, which we appreciated before the sun came out. Even in November, the weather was nice and sunny, with temperatures around 30 degrees. There was a shuttle bus to the beach about 5 minutes away. There were free sun loungers and towels by the pool and on the beach. We liked the food and always chose from the all-inclusive menu. There is a lot of construction around the hotel, and the rooms facing outside the resort couldn't open their windows because of the noise and dust.

His warm hospitality, professionalism, and constant smile made every interaction pleasant. He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail. The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home. The food tasted delicious but was always cold for some strange reason. The red & white wine were of an excellent quality. Lovely pool with very switched on lifeguards. I dont like staff who ask to put their name on TripAdvisor so I won't but some will get a mention. The F&B manager is very approachable & just wants the best for the hotel. Zac, the same also. Shakira was also very well educated, with a honest lovely personality. Bring water shoes at the beach as its a bit rocky in patches. I really enjoyed my stay & look forward to see how Al Marjan develops in the coming years.

Yet I have to run to them few times for the order . Like seriously ! We pay for the stay and we chase the staffs for the order . They won’t come to the table to take order . Even if I call them staffs pretend they can’t see us . 3/4 times I had to run behind them to take our order . My god !! The worst service ever . My first stay in Pullman with my husband , I’m never going back there . Also Damaged linens in the room .

- 686shafis (10/5): Another true Gem - Had a family gateway for a night and this was our second time here. Never fails to impress. The kids had a wonderful time at the pool and the pirates club. The breakfast was amazing, the service was seamless and very well organised as it was crowded. My 1 year old boy made a bunch of friends with the waiting staff specially the European girl(forgot her name) and Shakira. The breakfast time was extended which was extremely thoughtful being a week end. All in all it was a wonderful stay (as usual) and to forget Saeed at the reception was a true Gem and the waiting staff in the Lebanese restaurant the young man from Myanmar and the lady from Nepal (she was above amazing).

Significant construction work and traffic immediately outside hotel that starts at 7am 7 days a week! Waiting over 4 hours to check in, after i had already checked in on line to arrive before 12pm. A sham.

Apparently they are lacking problem solvers.

- Hani (10/5): - It a nice hotel located in Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khimah, it is quite hotel to spend a few days, the staff in the reception are friendly and they welcome everyone with a smile , thanks to Said and Rahima, the room was excellent and located in the center facing the sea, we loved to have a nice relaxing time in this hotel.

- Edward (10/5): Resort for families with an all-inclusive vibe - Had a one day stay and did not eat anything at the hotel so cannot comment on all facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and felt modern. I particularly liked the large balcony and seating area. In-room service looked good although I never tried it. The hotel got a bit of all-inclusive vibe with fairly loud music at the pool.
- Mohamed (6/5): - Location is good, however the staff need more training. I felt like they are treating me as a one visit client. I would voluntarily come back to hotel unless there is a motivation from the hotel ( offer, good price…etc.)

- Verified traveler (6/5): Older Rooms than you'd expect-odd. - Was surprising to find it a very old feeling hotel in its room accommodations. Lacked plugs by the bed, little things like that...Found the wifi a bit "iffy" my 1st room, bed was awkward, phone didn't work, sink leaked. Front desk was gracious enough to change my room and 2nd room still had a non-functional phone but a nicer view and I appreciated they're willingness to move me with no hassle. Still, rooms feel very "old school" and not so much in the cute or quaint way.

- Darrell (6/5): - Excellent staff and service. I didn't like the fact that the resort is "dry" (no alcohol) and don't think this was made clear to me enough when booking. Available TV channels were very poor. For a 5 Star Resort, I would have expected much better choice, including much more live sport and movies.
- Omowunmi (10/5): - Loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had the buffet breakfast and it was great! There are limited dining options on the resort, besides the buffet, so we just ordered take out. My understanding was that there is a private beach but it’s not easily accessible. We didn’t see it when we walked around.

- Muhammad (10/5): - Stayed there the 3rd time and each time is better. The room cleaning guys are amazing. Everyone around is amazing. They wont hassel you for tips or anything. Always smile. Always eager to help. Abs love the way the staff makes everyone welcome. Got a good upgrade. So that was good. Food was ok. Wont rate it the best but the rest of the hotel is just amazing
- Mohammed (6/5): Nice Facilities but medium Service Level. - Hotel rooms were good with nice balconies, TV should allow for connecting external inputs easily. We booked the hotel for availability of indoor pool since outdoor water is cold now, however children were not allowed in indoor pools and no mention of this online at booking. Published times for Gym, Pirates Club etc are not right they open later and close earlier. Room Service was extremely unprofessional calling us 3 times to correct their offers and then advising lack of availability after 30min. Hotel does not check the requests made at booking, totally unaware. Check-in is slow but they did give us an upgrade for one room with a little extra space. Beach is a shuttle ride or 5-10min walk outside the hotel. Generally, nice rooms and combination of facilities but lack of management attention to details and quality of services.
