- Wilma (8/5): Goed hotel met intern goeie faciliteiten - Het zwembad is werkelijk geweldig! Het hotel op zich en de faciliteiten verder als ook het ontbijt, heel erg goed. De ligging is minder. Er is werkelijk niets rondom in de omgeving en beetje goeie restaurants moet je weten. Verder is onze tip aan het hotel, als zij diner en lagere prijzen veel meer aantrekkelijk maken dan blijven meer mensen eten in het hotel. Juist omdat er niets in de omgeving is……

- Renata (8/5): Ein gutes Hotel im Süden. - Das Hotel hat sehr gute ruhige Lage , direkt am Meer und scheint beliebt zu sein bei Touristen aus nicht asiatischen Ländern. Ein Wagen ist sehr empfehlenswert weil fuẞläufig nicht all zu viel zu erreichen ist, Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und den Ausblick auch sehr genossen. Wir haben leider eine unsere Zimmerkarte verloren und bei der Abreise hat man von uns 10.000W dafür verlangt. Wir reisen sehr oft und übernachten in verschiedensten Hotels aber so was haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich veraltet, vor allem das Badarmatur

Le restaurant essayé une fois mais très bon. Climatisation bruyante. Pas de son sur des applications type youtube sur la tv ( aucune chaîne pour les étrangers). Manque un éclairage permettant de lire dans le lit.

- nava (8/5): לאחר שעברנו לאגף החדש השהייה הייתה נהדרת - ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, בריכה נהדרת יש לשים לב שההמלצה היא לשהות באגף החדש בלבד ששם נמצאת הקבלה את האגף הישן, יש שם מדרגה בחדר - מסוכן למבוגרים, לאחר יום ביקשנו לעבור חדר ונענו לבקשה שלנו.

- Sarah (6/5): Steril unpersönlicher Aufenthalt - -Großzügig großes Zimmer im Annex-Building mit Terrasse -Sauberes Badezimmer -Bequeme Betten -Entspannte, kostenfreie Parkplatzsituation -Frühstücksbuffet okay, auch für den westlichen Geschmack (!)Mietauto sollte auf jeden Fall vorhanden sein an diesem verschlafenen Ort - Abendessen muss man nicht ausprobieren, Beilagen waren oft dieselben, die man beim Frühstück fand (Algensuppe usw.) - Sehr unfreundlicher Check-in, gestresste & genervte Mitarbeiterin, die uns schnell abfertigen wollte; ebenso der Check-out: statt einem normal netten "Bye" und "Danke, dass Sie da waren" oder "gute Reise", kam nur knapp auf Englisch "Das war's dann, fertig"- Blick wieder auf die Tastatur, wir standen perplex vor ihm und sagten schließlich:"Wir gehen dann mal, Bye!" Allgemein ist uns der steril-unfreundliche Umgang mit Gästen in verschiedenen Hotels des Landes aufgefallen, einzig unser Hotel in Seoul hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerdem immer sehr verstört und überrumpelt, wenn man morgens auf dem Weg zum Frühstücksraum "Good morning" sagte. - 文心 (9/5): - 泳池跟桑拿非常舒服，房間很大且舒適。 服務人員似乎不太主動提供資訊，詢問大廳櫃檯泳池位置但未主動提供毛巾，等到到泳池櫃檯又告知毛巾要去大廳櫃檯拿。 Check in只能在別館，但停車場指示不明確。

- Pierre - Marc (9/5): Très très bien - Chambre avec vue mer splendide. L’ensemble est globalement haut de gamme et les infrastructures sont top, piscines, et une salle de sport magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, manque simplement un peu de pain « français » Très dommage que l’hôtel ne soit pas en capacité de fournir une box « petit déjeuner » lorsque le Check out se fait avant ouverture du petit déjeuner. Attitude indigne du standing !
- Kim (8/5): - Gute Lage direkt am Wasser, geräumige, saubere Zimmer, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten Wir sind mit einem Flug um 2:30 Uhr nachts von Hongkong angereist und entsprechend früh und übermüdet auf Jeju gelandet. Bereits eine Woche zuvor hatten wir das Hotel kontaktiert um uns nach der Möglichkeit und den Kosten eines Early Check-ins zu erkundigen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies erst am Tag der Anreise vor Ort geprüft werden kann. Bei unserer Ankunft um 9 Uhr wurde die Frage sofort und ohne jegliche Prüfung verneint und auf die reguläre Check-in Zeit um 15 Uhr verwiesen. Wir sind an einem Sonntag angereist und hatten nicht den Eindruck, dass das Hotel komplett ausgebucht ist. Hier hätten wir uns einen besseren Service erwartet, z.B. indem man dem Gast Optionen aufzeigt (ggf. gegen Aufpreis), um die Wartezeit zu überbrücken.
- Corinne (8/5): - Das Hotelzimmer war sehr grosszügig und sauber. Der beheizte Pool war zudem sehr schön und auch die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zudem hatte es genügend Parkmöglichkeiten . Trotz einigen Punkten, welche uns nicht ganz gefallen haben, würden wir das Hotel wieder buchen. Wir bekamen zwar täglich neue Bademäntel, jedoch waren diese immer voller schwarzer Haare. Auch wurden bei der Reinigung die Gläser nicht gewaschen, was wir für ein solches Hotel etwas speziell fanden. Allgemein hätten wir uns im Zimmer etwas mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, jedoch nicht besonders zuvorkommend.
- Demi (7/5): Disappointing, room for improvement. - Spacious room. Heated pool. Room was tired and rundown. The room and the bed were heated and could not be turned off. It was unbearably hot and we could not sleep. Even with the doors open, it was too hot. There is no aircon! We stayed in the main building. It felt like budget accommodation. Does not look like the pictures. Disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

- Diane (10/5): A beautiful location to relax and enjoy Jeju Island. - Great location to explore the south. The Annex building was super clean and comfortable. The restaurant offered a great breakfast buffet and delicious dinner options. The ocean view was lovely. No complaints.
- Christine (10/5): Gute Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden - Sehr schön gelegen gleich an der Küste, mit Gratisparkplatz, Pool und Whirlpool. Auch die Auswahl im Restaurant kann sich sehen lassen. Gute Ausgangslage um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region zu besuchen. Der Verkehr auf Jeju Island ist angenehm, man kann ohne Probleme mit dem Mietauto alles erkunden. Da gibt es nichts.

- Lovisa (10/5): Relaxing stay on the hiking trail with stunning views - Great hotel with beautiful facilities. Stunning outdoor pools and an amazing hot bath (they call it sauna but it is not really a sauna, instead a hot and cold bath). The room (with sea view) was fantastic and we enjoyed the location as it was right on the Olle Jeju Trail. Without a car it was not super straightforward to get there by public transport (though this is not the hotels fault) so on the way back we took a taxi.
- Austin (9/5): Great stay - Good facilities with great views during the day, and decent amounts of parking Room was spacious with plenty of room for luggage and moving around Microwave is available at level 1 to help with heating up of any food as well Location is a little bit out of the way, meaning that driving to tourist attractions usually take a while, so renting a car to drive around is a must when staying at this hotel unless one chooses to ride a taxi everywhere
- Anja (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt auf Jeju - Super Frühstück und Abendessen. Zimmer sauber, täglicher Wechsel der Handtücher!! Mehrere Pools auch sehr sauber! Sehr freundliches Personal. Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Einige Cafes in der Umgebung. Leider sehr hellhörig im Hauptgebäude.

- VIRAJ (7/5): I would not book or recommend this property again. - Decent breakfast. The property was advertised as a 4-star facility on booking platforms; however, the reception staff informed us that it is not a 4-star property and that the listing is misleading. Overall, the place did not feel like a 4-star facility. We stayed in the main building, and upon entering the room, we noticed an unpleasant smell and a dirty balcony. When we raised this concern, the staff sprayed deodorant and cleaned the balcony. There was also mould on the vanity, which we reported, but the receptionist advised that nothing could be done about it. Additionally, the receptionist who attended to us was arrogant and did not seem to care about our concerns, which immediately created a negative first impression.

- Joanne (10/5): Great and enjoyable stay - Cozy, comfortable. Great service and good buffet breakfast. Heated pools and jacuzzi were nice to soak in after a day hiking waterfalls and mountains. Nothing.

We didn’t get to use the pool due to the weather, but seemed nice. Pictures of the hotel are much better than in real life. When it says “room with a mountain view” be ready to face the parking lot, mountain is very far away.
- Li Ping (10/5): 2nd time @ Sumorum! - Hotel overlooks the sea and easy access to walking path along the beach. Bed is firm and comfortable. Water pressure for the rain shower was strong. We had connecting rooms which makes it more fun! Also located within walking distance to a fantastic k-bbq restaurant! This is my 2nd time at Sumorum!

- Park (8/5): Positivity all around - I liked the cleanliness of the pool. It was also very clean and offered great service for the price. Also the room stayed had an awesome view of 범섬 Although the pool was clean, it closed a little too early for my liking. I wished that it opened till 10pm.
- Gil (10/5): Bester und angenehmster Aufenthalt im ganzen Korea Urlaub! - Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal, selbst bei einer Flugumbuchung haben sie uns geholfen! Die Lage des Hotels ist auch top, meiner Meinung nach die schönste Ecke der Insel mit sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

- Pascale (7/5): Bien placé mais pas dans les standards français. - Les indications laissait penser qu'il y avait une piscine intérieure, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Les chambres sont simples sans bureau. Juste une sorte de canapé lit instable pour s'asseoir. Pas de salon dans l'hôtel.

- Hee (9/5): 단골하고싶은 호텔 - 온수수영장, 자쿠지, 전반적인 숙소시설이 좋았어요. 뷰, 위치가 좋고 주변에 맛집도 많았어요. 화장대에 조명이 없어서 화장하기 불편했어요. 그리고 화장대에 드라이기꽂는 콘센트가 없어서 불편했어요. 화장실이 하나밖에 없는데 화장할때와 드라이할때 화장실에서 해야하다보니 화장실이 붐볐어요.

- JIYOUNG (9/5): - 일단 가장 좋은 것은 역시 오션뷰! 그리고 겨울임에도 실외 수영장과 자쿠지에서 하루 잼있게 놀았네요. 왠만한 편의시설은 다 있고 깨끗하고 직원들 친절하고 호텔로서 갖추어할 건 다 만족입니다. 저렴한 가격대의 호텔은 아니지만 돈이 아깝지는 않아요 전반적으로 만족스러웠지만 굳이 말하자면 편의점이 작다. 이건 뭐 호텔밖에 있으니까 큰 붛편은 없었어요. 아! 조식이 그냥 그래요. 먹을만은 하지만 뛰어나지는 않은.. 요정도네요
