They - The location is convenient The shower and toilet of the villa were blocked. There was no proper maintenance of the drainage. The restaurant staff were not really kind. Especially when we complained about our bill that was wrongly computed.

They even have complementary drinks once you arrive in the hotel. Room is clean and has a nice space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We'll surely comeback and book again.

It’s right beside a supermarket where you can easily buy anything you need, and it’s just a short walk to D’Mall and the beach. We stayed here to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and they made it extra special. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us by singing “Happy Birthday,” which was such a thoughtful touch. They also have a pool available for in-house guests and a restaurant within the property, making our stay even more convenient. The rooms were clean, and we really appreciated the warm and friendly service!

The rooms are outdated and dirty. Room was dusty. Mini flies in the room and bathroom. Smells like strong bleach and toilet bowl cleaner. Bathroom is small and had mold in the shower. The system is so outdated. You have to use cards to check out a beach blanket 1 per day. They only give 1 toilet tissue and you have to ask for extra daily. The front of the building has 1 elevator to a group of rooms. The back has 3 flights of stairs to get to the pool and other rooms. Not senior friendly and I asked to get our 3rd room closer and they were never able to accommodate.

- MJ (4/5): This is on the cheaper side so you get what you pay for. - Easy access to transportation or you can walk to the city center (DMall). Beds were comfortable. I’ve extended another night and rate of booking.com was priced matched - should have not extended. Security staff are courteous. You’re asked to make a review so you can check in at 1pm instead of 3pm. Make sure you take a video of what you have in the room and ewhen you get out. Staff will try to say you’re missing items in the room - when they were in the room or was removed by the cleaner. Charged us around $13 for missing cup and saucer but was later found. We had to go up again and prove it was there. Check out was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had. Asked to have room made up but the staff was too annoyed so I just requested for toilet paper roll as our room had nothing. Ended up with wet towels for days as I refused to ask again. Room service attendants (guy in red uniform, will not add name here) needs better training. No internet for the 3 nights 4 days stay, asked multiple times and was even told I wasn’t entering the right pw but was later told that issue was with their network provider however other parts of the hotel had internet.

Our room was not very clean, smelled damp and there was mould in a lot of places. They say there is house keeping every 3 days but we were there 4 days and didnt receive any at all. Have to pay extra to get regular house keeping or fresh towels. Pool is very cold not pleasant.

В номере было достаточно громко слышно музыку из кафе самого отеля, кондиционер старый, справлялся с обязанностями, но громкий. Ванная очень хорошая. Бассейном так и не воспользовалась, так как море просто прекрасное и рядом. Завтраки не понравились, небольшой выбор, из напитков чай или кофе 3 в 1. В целом за свою цену хорошо.

- Mirian (8/5): Great! I would recommend staying here. - The location was perfect, 5 minutes to the beach, near to shops, pharmacy, restaurants. The receptionist called Perl was very accommodating, friendly and she genuinely cared about her guests. She managed to accommodate us all 4 families in the same floor after all the issues we encountered before getting to Boracay. The welcome drinks and my name on the tv screen were a nice touch. Staff was most of the time smiley and friendly. If you want to a tour guide for your activities( we did 4 island hopping and ATV motorbike, zipline,etc) pls ask the reception about JARREN, a very humble and kind guy who is very passionate about his job and will go above and beyond to look after you and make sure you enjoy all the activities. The food of their restaurant was very pricey. The beds were too high, so be careful if you got young kids. The floor towel was not big enough as the floor was getting wet easily. Please BE MINDFUL of their strict policies ,when moving things around the room,always make sure everything comes back to its original place, such as bedside tables, mugs. Don’t lose their umbrella as they will charge you.

- Fahiza (9/5): - Located close to D mall but far enough away from the noise. The pool was the biggest bonus, really nice and relaxing. Good amenities, however the AC unit was quite noisy so unable to leave it on overnight which made it difficult to sleep in the heat. AC unit as described above.

- O6735WMallenh (10/5): Awesome experience - hotel location is very convenient specially if you're travelling with seniors. it's just beside savemore, near D Mall and just by the stopover of the hop in hop off bus.. they have rooms with breakfast and you can also dine in to their restaurant .. great food options staffs are friendly. specially the ladies from front desk and the guard whom would insist to carry you luggage up to your room. as for the room, it's very neat. beds are well kept and NO BEDBUGS! toilet tiles and mirror are also clean. id definitely stay here again next time 🫶🏻
