• Dan (4/5): Was fine for a passing through overnight - It’s what we expected for the money. There was a leak in the toilet hose which made the bathroom toilet, floor and basin wet on arrival. The room is very basic and not overly clean. No hand towels, bath mat and had to ask for a towel to clean up the excess water after showing the staff member. We paid for breakfast but nothing was offered or explained by staff.

Clean pool with some shade.Walking distance to the beach and plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby. The rooms face each other across the pool and offer little privacy if you like to keep your room and curtains open. Bed linen was clean but very old and thin .If you like crisp sheets this isnt the place for you.

• Teh (6/5): Location is not what they describe, bathroom water dirty, doors faulty, WiFi bad. - Spacious, beautiful, staff are helpful There’s no soundproofing at all. We can hear everything, like this morning, we were trying to sleep and we could hear a couple downstairs chatting. We thought they were being loud until we could literally hear them sip their drink. The water in the bathroom is quite dirty as well, when I filled up the bathtub the water was yellow. And the WiFi is lousy. At around 8 pm there seems to be no WiFi connection or that it’s very slow. Also insects get in easily. In the middle of the night I woke up to a few mosquito bites and could hear a fly buzzing beside my ear. And the doors seem to function poorly. The locks are a bit dysfunctional, turning the key does nothing. The bathroom door doesn’t close fully, leaving quite a crack for anyone to peep through.

• Gabriel (8/5): - Out stay was good, for this price it was even excellent. Nice room, pool and open shower in the room. The bed mattress was comfortable. We had a problem with small ants in our room but it wasn’t such a big deal for us. Everyday someone came to our room to do the bed- that was really nice. The service is great and the stuff helpful. Keep in mind that the offer with breakfast is not with a breakfast Buffet. The staff member offered us to do scrambled egg next morning when I mentioned that we should have a breakfast- we never tried this option. In the area, 3 min walking distance away is a nice place to have lunch so that wasn’t also a big deal for us.

• Jo (4/5): not worth the money, old and basic, but calm and quiet place. - the staff were helpful friendly, but aircon leaked water, toilet smelled of urine, i washed it myself, bed decent, place was quiet though...not the most strategic little far from commercial areas, but peaceful. lots of parking in front. should have more electrical outlet in the room, also have decent chairs inside the room, bathroom strange layout, old, tap too much to the edge of the sink water splashes everywhere.

Lights outside were on all night so room not as dark as I like but that is an individual thing. Fridge not working but was fixed next day so all good. A knive fork plate in room would have been handy.

Also no toilet available on site if your room is not ready for check in or you have checked out and they are holding your bags.
• frangii (6/5): Dissatisfied but ok - First of all we weren't meant to be staying here. Had booking at the guesthouse on ground floor. Got there and we're told they were splitting us up between the two hotels two kilometer apart. Of course this not work so moved us all to the suites. But we had to pay for own taxi. Rooms there were on second floor, one of our party uses a cane and stairs incredibly hard. The beds incredibly hard, the rooms nice but nearly everything needs maintainence. Breakfast was sad. All the beautiful fruit in this country and we were served small pieces watermelon and the same omelet with no condiments each day. The pool was very nice.

Definitely check out Jhoii Local Eats next door too, phenomenal plant based food options. Bed in my suite was not particularly comfortable, however my friends in another room did not have the same complaint.

• Tracey (7/5): Ok for one night. - It was fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to spend more than a few days. It’s quite far from Sanur port and not a lot to do in the area. Staff were brilliant, helped us with booking our boat and were really nice boys. I had a bag stolen on the journey and they went and got medication that I needed, fetched bits from the shops and couldn’t do enough for us. They also let us check in early which was nice after our journey. No towels in the room, had to wait till after 7pm, I assume they were waiting for laundry. When they did arrive they were tatty and stained. Was expecting a ground floor room as in the photos when booking but there are rooms upstairs and the big steps are difficult to get up.

Room was right next to the door into the courtyard and people were constantly walking past my window/door, so I had to keep curtains drawn. I paid for room inclusive breakfast but staff was adamant that there was no breakfast included. Location is remote from shops and restaurants. They wanted to charge me considerably more for late check out.

From the, with a modern moment I arrived and elegant design that exudes luxury., I was im The lobby is spacious and beautifullypressed by the hotel decorated, creating a warm and's luxur inviting atmosphere. The check-inious decor and top process was seamless, with efficient staff-notch service members who ensured that I had. The everything I needed room was sp for a comfortable stay.

• Carol (5/5): Ok but rooms need a bit of work and listed facilities need checking. - Location good breakfast average Did not have a lot of the amenities listed when I booked the rooms. No cups to make tea/ coffee. Sheets and towels quite threadbare. No drinking glass. Other than shower and bath fridge aircon bed etc none of the room facilities listed on booking . Com site were available.?. Eg No cable tv, no bathrobe etc etc. not a big deal but items should not be listed if not available. Tv in one room unwatchable. Seemed could have been aerial cable. Told management but no attempt made to replace or fix. The space around pool well kept. Bedrooms a bit tired. Peeling furniture. Was fine for a place to sleep as long as you can cope with mosquitos.
• Yunlong (7/5): Good - Very nice room, very comfortable to live in. The bed is big, and I like the bathroom part of the open air. The staff service is also very considerate. The shower head really needs to be replaced or repaired. The dripping of the air conditioner also needs to be checked.
• Gian-Paolo (6/5): - Der Innenhof mit Pool ist wunderschön. Die Anlage ist aber schon recht eng. Zum viel Zeit verbringen eher nicht geeignet. Das Personal ist extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Toilettenspülung ist ausgelaufen, die Reparatur hat 5 Tage gedauert. Wir konnten diese Toilette nicht nutzen ohne jedesmal das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen. Die zweite Toilette unseres Familienzimmers lief auch etwas. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, es gibt genug Möglichkeiten, Dinge und Klamotten zu verstauen. Frühstück war bei uns inklusive: Omelett, Toast, Obst, Getränk. Gut. Viel mehr Auswahl gab es allerdings nicht. Als Familienzimmer war es mit Küche beschrieben. Die Küche ist da, allerdings sind die Schränke leer, kein Geschirr, keine Töpfe, etc... . Geschirr haben wir zwar immer auf Anfrage bekommen und es wurde benutzt wieder mitgenommen, aber die Küche als solche haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Personal hat uns auch mit Guides, Transfer und Tipps geholfen und war stets verfügbar und freundlich.
• Pieter (6/5): Pleasant - Location was okay if you don't mind a little walk to the restaurants and bars. Overall it was okay. The staff was super friendly and they help you with everything and they do everything for you. Airco and toilet broke down a few times, whenever reported to the staff they did come and fix it. Photos are a little out dated, it looks like it but in reality it's not the same. Towels weren't always clean although they did go to the cleaning service (foundation stings mostly).

• Cesar (10/5): Really nice and peaceful - Overall is one of the cutest hotels I stayed in Indonesia. It is small but elegant and cousy. The view from the room is so pleasant, it gets even better at night. Aug was extremely helpful. Please tip your staff. The room also has a small kitchen with sink and a mini fridge. Location is alright. I stayed in room most of the time, but kopi Cafe is 4min away. No breakfast, even paid for it Toilet not working, but fixed the next day Hot water takes time or non at all. Kitchen could be more organized, but very cute.

• Wayne (6/5): - Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. The room was spacious but lacked basic essential maintenance. There were stickers in the bathroom insecure with exposed wires, shower head was blocked so didn’t spray too well, multiple light bulbs not working lock on door was difficult to operate. Breakfast was just awful, on offer was - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, noodles ( instant ones) with fried egg, tea or coffee.

• Chrystal (8/5): It’s more off the boardwalk, a little more walking ,but overall a nice stay. - Rooms nice and spacious, relatively quiet. someone had peed all over the toilet seat when I had checked in… I cleaned it, but wondered what else was missed by the housekeeper? or did someone’s little boy run in after, closed the lid to hide it, and an honest mistake?

It's also quite and near central locations in Sanur. The breakfast was not good. But we can manage since we went to have breakfast outside after watching sunrise anyway,

• Thi (9/5): Great stay for family. - We stayed in the family suite, which is really great. Big space, 2 bedrooms with its own bathrooms, a living room is spacious. The suite is built with a taste and it's really good value for money. The facilities in the suite are a bit dated although they are well equipped. But no complaint as it's already really good based on the price we paid.
• 418kristir (10/5): Feel like home - The Hotel is very private and has only 8 rooms the rooms a very nice comfortable and clean and those on the ground floor have directly pool access... the stuff is very friendly give small businesses like this a chance and try you won't regret it
• Nikki (10/5): Quaint accomodation close to Sanur port - A very quaint accommodation with each room having views of the pool. The room, including the bathroom, was very spacious. We had the Indonesia breakfast which was delicious. Close to Sanur port. All in all great value for money. Not a criticism but just be aware this is more a boutique accommodation rather than an actual resort, in case a resort is what you’re after . There was nothing we didn’t like.
• Jade (10/5): fantastic place, recommend - This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It’s clean and tidy, beds are comfy but the staff make it. They are fabulous, can’t do enough for you and always have a smile on their face. They surprised us on our weddigg day with flowers on the bed, they were amazing with my young son and we’re always available. rooms haven’t changed in 5 years so could probably do with an update but I have no complaints.

• Smriti (6/5): It is a pleasant & peaceful place to stay, however facilities are basic. - The room was comfortable. There was no kettle to boil water and no supply of tea bags/milk/sugar in the room. So have to order for morning coffee and breakfast & wait for it to arrive.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Don't book room from this hotel - We can't recommend this hotel to anybody. We were supposed to stay in this hotel for few nights but only stayed for one night, because of the poor rooms and no breakfast or any snacks available (we arrived late at the night). No kitchen/restaurant either. When we first entered into this hotel, we thought it was a wrong place because it looked so different from the photos on internet. When we got the room, the room itself was spacious, but the atmosphere was not good and it felt unsafe. The door was broken and we couldn't lock the room. So we needed to change the room, which they happily did. It was bigger suite, but that room was even filthier: towels were dirty, bathroom was filthy and there was bird's poop everywhere. The only nice thing in this place was small pool and enough friendly staff (two men), who helped us to have a taxi for another place to stay.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good - Hotel comfortable to sleep, nicely decorated room but the whole complex is just a small yard with a small pool, around which are glazed rooms. They have curtains, but to feel at ease there you need to have something of an exhibitionist. Very nice and helpful staff, and it's clean.

Location was good close to the centre of Sanur and the staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The room and pool were clean and WiFi was strong. Would recommend staying here for great value for money

The suites are stylish and clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast, while simple, is delicious and you can also order room service through the property which comes from a. • Claudia (8/5): Balinese oasis in hustle and bustle - A great spot just on the outskirts of Sanur town! Walking distance to the beach and town center. The people who run Sindhu Martha are absolutely gorgeous, attending to your every need. The pool is glorious and the rooms are clean. The whole facility feels very Balinese and local, which we absolutely loved. Will absolutely be returning to Sindhu Martha Suites. Terima Kasih

• tjmilne (10/5): Wonderful place to stay! - I booked this wonderful place through AirBnB. I loved the location as I was traveling to Nusa Lembongan the next day. When I arrived the front desk staff was so welcoming. He showed me to my room and all the rooms are around a beautiful garden and peaceful pool. I had everything I needed and felt comfortable. I was able to step outside and walk down the street. Many restaurants to choose from, and convenient stores. I really enjoyed my stay and I ended up coming back to stay at the same place after I visited the islands. Loved my experience, peaceful sleep and able to walk and explore the area. Thank you for this amazing experience.

• IanM3143 (8/5): Mr ian Miller - You get what you pay for. Nice little hotel small pool good staff. Maybe best if you have a motorbike as a bit of a walk from the beach. Rooms clean and of good size, breakfast sufficient. Plenty of places to eat nearby and closer to the airport.
