• David (10/5): This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Montepulciano! - Everything was wonderful! The staff, the room, the grounds, the location - I can't say enough good things about this property! Breakfast includes both buffet and made-to-order items and was a delight. There is also a laundry center on site, a nice plus. The staff helped us with reservations for dinner and wine tastings, which was a tremendous help. We didn't use the pool because of the time of year that we visited, but it looked beautiful. Nothing! I wouldn't change a thing! I can't imagine anyone complaining, unless they thought it was too beautiful, or they think the staff are too caring and attentive. :)

The ground was beautiful with a gorgeous pool. Breakfast was wonderful and personalised. The owner and staff were exceptional in their assistance and recommendations. Would definitely come back.

The grounds are beautiful and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view. It felt so calm and peaceful, with a very nice swimming pool. Breakfast had a great variety. The staff were all wonderful. And of course just a few minutes away are some lovely vineyards and Montepulciano and Pienza. Enchanting towns with amazing food, sights and history. everything was great - if I had to point to anything there was a little bit of noise heard in the room when breakfast was being set up. But minor complaint!

• Molina (10/5): Just a hop skip over from the old town of Montepulciano with amazing views - The location is off the beaten path away from Montepulciano however pretty close drive about 10 minutes from the old city. The rooms was beautiful, however be warned little beatles will find their way into your rooms- they are harmless though. The bathroom was stunning and the beds were comfortable. We unfortunately arrived late evening and were not able to enjoy the grounds as we were only there for the one night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive to our requests. Definitely stay more then one night, you won't regret it. Because we do. Nothing we can think of. Other than the little beatles that snuck their way in lol- but again they are so harmless and easy to pick up and put outside.

Could have gladly of stayed there for a week to switch off and relax. • Abigail (9/5): Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Tuscan escape! - We had such a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely gorgeous, set in the peaceful Tuscan countryside and just a short drive from Montepulciano, which made day trips super easy. Our room was beautifully done, and the pool area was the perfect place to relax and soak in the views. One of the real highlights was the cooking class—we had so much fun learning to make traditional dishes, and sharing dinner with the other guests at the end made it even more special. It was such a lovely way to connect with people and share the experience. The only small downside was that the bed was a bit too firm for our liking, but everything else was so lovely that it didn’t take away from the experience.

The pool was exceptional for relaxing and the staff were very helpful with all of our requests. The mattresses were not the best in my opinion but they were probably fine for most people.

It totally met our expectations of staying in a relaxing, romantic setting in Tuscany. The breakfast was also excellent and diverse. It’s not like American hotels. And our server was so attentive. The drawer space was limited if you are staying several nights.

We could have spent our entire time in Montepulciano just sitting on our balcony. The grounds were lovely, and the staff so pleasant. We were not expecting such a lux experience! It was further from Montepulciano than we expected. We had a dinner reservation in the old city, and elected to get a taxi so we could drink rather than drive. The cost felt a bit expensive (Euro 20 each way), for a 5-10min ride, but that was not the hotel’s fault. It was worth it.

• Gabriella (10/5): A blissful stay in the heart of the Tuscan country side, perfect 5 minute drive into Montepulciano. Sit back and take in - The spectacular views and Tuscan charm. Our room had a small balcony that had the most beautiful views of which we enjoyed sitting on it, enjoying local wine and watching the prettiest sunsets. The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly making us feel very welcome. They reccomended us a fantastic wine tour at Boscarelli wine vineyard which I would also highly reccomend as well as dinner reservations for Montepulciano. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They helped us book dinner reservations, an on-premise massage, and a wonderful cooking class. The breakfast was delightful, and you couldn't have a nicer view of the Tuscan countryside. Will definitely keep this place on my shortlist for a future visit. The property is gorgeous and so peaceful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool in the morning and watching the spectacular sunset in the evening. There is a nice selection of wine available. We loved sipping our delicious wine while gazing at the beautiful countryside. It is close to many locations but you need a car or taxi. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. I prefer a less firm bed, so this is the only thing I would change. It was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful walking trails, beautiful vistas of olive groves and vineyards, complete quiet, other than the roosters in the background at sunrise! Owner is passionate about carefully restoring this place to its full beauty of over 300 years ago. Only suggestion might be to have a cheese, bread, nuts, fruit plate to offer those who don’t want to drive into town (and park and walk steep hills) for a 7:30 dinner (when the restaurants re-open), not to mention driving on unfamiliar roads in the the dark to return to the villa. Willing to pay a price for the cheese, etc. plate to avoid the hassle! The time at the villa enjoying the views and sunset are too priceless!
• Jackie (4/5): Was ok. Good location but wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t advise other people to stay. - Beautiful villa, great location near the town centre. Breakfast was nice and staff lovely Our room was in the main house. We could hear the people walking around upstairs in the evening and both mornings it woke us up. There was a really bright light in the bathroom that we couldn’t turn off! There was no switch or anything. Couldn’t unplug it and the bathroom door has a glass Panel so couldn’t even shut that. Ended yo having to take the bulb out of the light. The toilet didn’t flush properly, on multiple occasions it just wouldn’t flush. And there were floating bits of something in the water jug they provided us in the room.

We stayed there and had our elopement throughout Tuscany and Stefania helped us with any thing we needed. Our room was truly lovely and more than we hoped for. The property was truly stunning and very relaxing. The pool area was amazing and very chilled place to relax. The breakfast was great with very tasty offerings from the menu. The whole place was very clean and kept clean throughout our stay. Stephanie and her team were always helpful to recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat in. We were sorry to leave as we had such a wonderful time. Nice pool and very complete breakfast. Breathtaking views in the surroundings and it felt like we were in our own vintage cottage in Tuscany; it really felt like we were living there. Our room had many unique features; we stayed at the main house. Room was very spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a place to work, good WIFI and a desk in our suite. We have no complains

The views from both of our rooms were beautiful. They came into our rooms morning and night and turned our aircon off. It was 38 degrees each day during our stay. The main thing to note is that the taxi each way to the town is €20 per group, about a 5 minute drive and not walkable at night as it is hilly, very windy and dark.

It is surrounded by fantastic views, staff are extremely helpful and attentive and the villa itself is beautiful and well kept. The pool area was our favourite spot as it is serene and provides guests with a beautiful environment to relax in. Location is also excellent as it is only a 5 minutes away by car from restaurants and the town of Montepulciano. Highly recommended!

• Muge (9/5): Amazing Experience - It is like a dream, the garden the buildings the nature… Rooms were really big and have a balcony with great view. The breakfast was also very delicious. Only one thing - I think they should renovate the bathrooms / shower.

• Ruby (10/5): Idyllic setting, incredible hospitality and the best wine tours ever! - Stunning setting with rolling hills all around, impressive well-kept grounds and rustic Tuscan architecture. While being easily accessible by car, it felt truly secluded and all you could hear was nature. The pool area was stunning with enough sun beds for all guests (only 18 rooms). The host was fantastic - we had been in contact before our arrival to organise a day of wine tours on e-bikes which she did seamlessly (and incredibly well worth it to explore Montepulciano in a different way, very cost-effectively). The host also booked all of our lunches, dinners and taxis, making recommendations and everything just so easy. It was a wonderful experience all around and no doubt we will be back. The breakfast options were fairly limited but I always found something delicious. There also is no restaurant on-site so you do need to travel (10 mins by car) for options, but they did offer a small lunch menu if you ordered in advance over breakfast which was useful!

• Jana (10/5): Excellent property, fabulous breakfast and staff and so convenient to everything!! - it is beautiful in every way. the rooms are lovely and well equipped and they have an incredible breakfast. The owner Stefana was fantastic and gave us so many great ideas and suggested an snacking cooking class, fun restaurants etc. The only thing I would say is that the beds are very very firm and I like a bed to be more cushy but I round return in a heartbeat.
• Jennifer (9/5): Peaceful villa in a beautiful location - Absolutely beautiful villa, in à lovely setting only 3km's from Montepulciano. So relaxing and peaceful and yet handy to most attractions in the area. Our room was spacious with a wonderful view and balcony. The availability of à washing machine and dryer in the laundry room was an unexpected bonus at the end of à long trip away from home 😊 Nothing
