La piscine est vraiment très proche des appartements, ce qui peut être bruyant et intrusif, et le ménage est un peu trop maniaque (bouge nos affaires et insiste sur la clim même quand on ne l'a pas mise initialement).

• Jordan (10/5): Perfect destination for quick access to beaches and malls. - The property had a great location. It was very close to the beaches as well as the malls and nighttime activities. The staff were exceptional. (USA and his companion especially) The room design have a beautifully designed roof where there are aura lights in the separation which houses mosquitoes. We found ourselves falling prey to some of them overnight so we tried to disrupt them and found exactly where they hide. It was a minor details. Overall everything was lovely
• Aoife (4/5): For what I paid I probably wouldn’t stay again. - It was nice and the staff were really friendly. My room was extremely damp, to the point that by the time I left all of my clothes in my suitcase were damp. After turn down service one day my room was full of mosquitoes which is not good because I’m allergic. I left laundry in and got a white top back that was no longer white. It’s destroyed with marks and looks like the colour from something else has run into it. It also looked like the bottom had been cut.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and ground floor gave direct access to the pool which I generally had to myself most days until 4pm. Located on opposite side of busy dual carriageway with no controlled crossing making it difficult to cross the road.
• Anniss (2/5): Don't stay here to relax - it's on abusy road but the worst thing - was swimming lessons every morning outside my room from 8am Children Screaming Parents sitting on my balcony yelling at kids , I had surgery and had gone there to relax😄no chance i was looked on for 10 days I managed 3 then left The hotel said sorry and that they would remberse me and were sorry i have tried to sort with booking . com with no reply from them apart from talk to the hotel. They say once booking. Com says yes they are happy to pay me back for the week I didn't stay...I've tried nothing happened yet not even a reply from booking. Com😠I as above

Bugs everywhere, ants in the sugars and geko dropping on the breakfast table . - The staff was really nice and gentle Tick in the room( very dangerous), cockroaches around the property and in the room , black liquid coming through the wall , ants in the sugar bowl for the breakfast for 2 days in a row and geko droppings on the breakfast table. Breakfast on not buffet and the common area, especially the one on third floor looks like and abandoned broken place and not like in the pictures, we left one days earlier cause it was too bad for us . Location orribile if you are not willing to rent a scooter

• Lynette (3/5): Absolutely awful hope no one else has to endure this horror show, avoid at all costs - The air conditioner was good and the bed was comfy The water in the shower was cold more often than hot. The shower didn't drain so flooded bathroom. The swimming pool was green and used solely by the public and an instructor which started at 8am very noisy. The breakfast was awful, cold veges for breakfast with repulsive sauces, the lift was out of action for three days,the bypass was extremely noisy with sirens and noisy bikes until the early hours of the morning made it quite an unpleasant stay

• Bobby (6/5): Great for a 1 night stopover. Don’t stay longer than that - For a 1 night stop over to get a ferry early morning it was perfect. Don’t look to stay here for longer than 1 night, much better options elsewhere. For the price and ease it was a good stop over point. Air con worked fine and bed was comfortable. The room smelled a bit damp and it had mosquitos in. When I turned the lights off to sleep the main one kept flickering on and off throughout the night. You can hear people moving around in the rooms next to you.
• Gloria (5/5): Disappointment - Very nice and beautiful pictures but the reality is different. Everything is a bit dirty and old. I got a room where was mold spots on the wall. I complained about it and got a new room which was better. Was a disappointment as i was expecting something else because of the pictures. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. Rooms and furnitures are shabby and filthy. Pictures were very promising but it didnt match with the reality. Was very disappointed.

Ordered fish and chips and it was absolutely not fresh at all. The fish was smelly and inedible. Should not have been served. Service recovery again was great. The order was cancelled.
• Frank (6/5): Nice budget hotel but located on a very busy road. - Breakfast was basic. It was good value for the price. The location is a problem. It's on the Jalan Bypass which is extremely busy, very scary to cross. I stopped trying to cross by foot and used grab cabs to go to Sanur. There is nothing on the hotel side of the bypass.
• James (1/5): avoid avoid avoid - The location was close to Sanur beach and the markets. A quick taxi ride. Some of the food in the onsite restaurant was very nice There was black mould in my room upon check in. They moved me to 3 other rooms that were worse than the last. The wallpaper was peeling off, the walls were cracked and had water stains and mould throughout. My mums room was so damp and mouldy she developed a cough and our clothes stink of damp mould. The bathrooms were cracked. Sheets weren’t even clean with blood on one bed. Air conditioning doesn’t work properly, spent most nights sweating all night. The amenities are to be desired. No hairdryer (as described), no replacement of tissues, no coffee or milks for the rooms Towels were not laundered properly. The patio doors didn’t lock correctly The swimming pool wasn’t as described. Between the hours of 8am-11am and 2pm-6pm you weren’t allowed to use because they had swimming lessons, young kids and all the equipment going on all morning and afternoon. The staff tried their best but it rests on the owner/manager who wanted nothing to do with the complaints. Every night we went to the restaurant, they was a mouse running wild across the tables. The staff thought it was funny. One night we found mouse droppings in our rooms. Breakfast is only Indonesian food, nothing western so go elsewhere for food. Poor selection of drinks at the bar and 9 times out of 10 the staff had no idea how to make drinks. The room description says ‘soundproofing’ and that is untrue. You can hear every little thing next door. The noise went on all night. There was no welcome pack in the rooms such as an emergency contact info, no fire exit plan, no muster plan. The chairs in the restaurant and lobby were stained with sweat, bodily fluids and one had what looked like a menstrual stain. The napkins weren’t washed properly, had stains on them. The photos depicted are NOT what the hotel is. The rooms are terrible, disgusting and stink of mould.
• Henrik (2/5): SCAM ALERT! DONT BOOK!! - SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! Me and my fiancé booked this hotel for 26 nights and I don’t know where to begin. First and foremost, you cannot enjoy the pool at all because there are SWIMMING LESSONS 2 times a day. Yeah you heard it right. Starting sometimes from 7-9 in the morning and then in the afternoon aswell. 2-8 kids in the pool screaming, splashing and bringing full equipment into the pool with 1 teacher for each kid. Nr.2 The personnel and manager and owner do not listen to any complaints and they don’t care about you. The owner/manager asked ME to give other people WARNINGS since he didn’t wanna do it himself. Nr.3 All the photos are misleading, it’s nothing like it looks on the pictures. The rooms are moldy and very rundown. They’re tricking you with the pictures but it’s not even the same hotel. Nr.4 Other people that stayed there came to me, begging me for help and slipping letters under my door cause some rooms had 10 people in them drinking, smoking and partying all night and the staff didn’t care at all. Even tough several people did let them know. Nr.5 The rooms are so bad you can hear a mosquito in the room next door, that doesn’t help with the sleep I promise you that. Guarantee NO SLEEP. Nr.6 the breakfast is insanely overpriced and not a buffet, you are lucky if you get a more goreng or nasi goreng. We had to check out earlier even tough we prepaid for the room cause it’s a mad house. And we were not the only ones, there 4 other rooms that did

• Verified traveler (2/5): The hotel is run down and not at all pleasant. - There is a serious lack of care or interest by the owner of this hotel. I didn't find the staff friendly or helpful. It is very run down and there is damp everywhere. There was a funny smell in the restaurant too. Thankfully I had plans each day as it is not a hotel you would want to hang around. The bedsheets were stained, bathroom was dirty and the pool needed to be cleaned so I didn't go near it. The lock of my room and to the balcony also didn't work all the time. I have stayed in hostels for half the price and much better quality. I have been traveling in Indonesia for a month and has to be the worse place I stayed.
• Sam (2/5): - I arrived late in the evening and found my bedding to be stained yellow, black and brown, appearing that they had not been washed from the previous guest. I went down to the front desk where I was told that there were no more rooms available to move me to, nor did the employee know how to change the bedding, so I was going to have to deal with it for that night (the only night I was staying there before continuing my travels). I ended up sleeping on the wooden bench within the room because the bed was so disgusting. Definitely not a great first experience in Bali.

En stor väg med mycket trafik gick utanför, den va lite jobbig att korsa på vägen till stranden men störde inte i rummet. Åt bara frukost i hotellets matsal och den va bra. Rummet va lagom stort, 2 pers inga problem, men börjar bli lite slitna. Fin liten poolarea att njuta fm av eller avrunda dagen på.

• kim (4/5): Vergane glorie - Het hotel is in niet zo'n goede staat. De planken van het terras bij het zwembad zijn krom en steken uit. De douch is vies en het ruikt muf in de hele kamer. Het ved sliep fijn en de airco deed zijn werk. Het ontbijt was zeer matig. Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht om vanuit Sanur 's ochtends vroeg de boot naar het einland Nusa Lamborgan te gaan. Niemand kon ons vertellen hoe laat de boot ging en waarvandaan precies.
• David (8/5): A pleasant stay - The Griya Sanur offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. Especially nice is the inner courtyard and pool, actually very quiet and peaceful, considering the nearby main road. The breakfast and service were very nice as well. The only drawback for me is the location directly on the bypass main road, meaning you have to face major fast-moving traffic to get away to the quieter parts of Sanur.

Really dirty Bathroom mold at shower curtain, mold at caulk, mold at AC. Defect sink, dirty toilette. Bloodstains at blanket.. Booked two nights because auf "good" valuation at Hotels.com, leave after one.. Neighbourhood? Located on the main road, without Taxi no chance to move around. Try to book a scooter, main that is a brand new...try to sell me one already damaged one. Was on a backpacking...
