• Heather (10/5): Great hotel - Our stay made an excellent start to our holiday. No travelling to the airport in the early hours. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the staff were friendly and polite. We will definitely return. There was nothing we didn't like
• Lyn (9/5): Our stay was very brief but overall a great experience and a good breakfast. - I’ve done a 9 as well couldn’t work out the shower but maybe as we were so tired. Everything was perfect, staff were super friendly and the room was lovely. I shall definitely use Hampton by Hilton again. It was just the shower and maybe a larger bed for us a king. Bed was very comfy.

• Atsuro (10/5): One minute to the airport departure hall - This hotel is directly connected to Gatwick Airport's North Terminal, and when you step out of the hotel, you are in front of the airport's departure hall. So this hotel is in a perfect location. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, and even judged purely as a hotel, it is excellent. From our room we could only see the hotel building, so the view wasn't good, but since our purpose was simply to stay for the night, it wasn't a problem. If you want a nice view, you should book a room that offers one.

But the staff are super friendly and the bed so comfortable. We were a little disappointed with the menu in the restaurant. The menu was not very interesting.

Great guy! The food overall is basic at bar but you are in the terminal so you can have other food if need be , breakfast was ok

Bed was the best I’ve slept in for some time and the breakfast selection was very good. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional.

• Paul (8/5): An excellent hotel conveniently placed for easy access to the airport check-ins. - It was really helpful being able to get a decent cooked meal from early in the afternoon. I had to get up at three o'clock the next day so that I really needed to be in bed before seven o'clock. The food in the restaurant was pretty good. In fact, my cheesy garlic bread starter was excellent. Nothing, I was very pleased with the hotel.

Good breakfast included in the price. Everything was Ok, room was on ground floor next to airport service road, so there was some noise from outside. Some complimentary bottled waster in the room would have been appreciated.

• Jake (4/5): Mediocre - The style across the hotel was nice, the layout/furniture of the rooms was a good touch In the restaurant, trying to sit at any table by any of the windows, and you were hit by an enormous draft. The food (I had the beef burger) was like rubber, which at nearly £20 I expect better. The room wasn’t the best either. The so called ‘air conditioning’ was horrendous, and the room was too warm because of this and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve never slept on such a hard mattress

• Robert (6/5): Acceptable due to location within the airport - Floor in room made very loud squeaking noises on floor above and below also. This meant you were disturbed at all hours when people were walking in rooms.
• Pamela (10/5): Very convenient for an overnight stay before and after a flight ✈️ - Its location to Gatwick airport North Terminal means you can walk to the terminal without going outside or paying for transport. You cannot use the airport luggage trolleys which would be a problem if your luggage.had no wheels or was otherwise awkward to move between hotel and terminal.
