We're on a 30-day car trip through Eastern Türkiye, staying mainly in moderate accommodations along the way. Movenpick was like that long-sought-after oasis in the desert. We've experienced Movenpick in other parts of the world and this one in Malatya lives up to the stellar reputation the chain enjoys worldwide. Cleanliness, comfort, and cared-for from start to finish.
Serpil (1/5): Horrible - Dirty, smell of cigarettes even in the non-smoking rooms. This is definitely not the standard expected from a Mövenpick hotel. There are also restrictions on the use of the pool and sauna for men.
Bulent (8/5): Pleasant stay. - Breakfast was exceptional, lots of variaty with a wonderful staff service. Hotel has a wonderful swimming pool and gym and general atmosphere is well designed in terms of colour and material choice. I should mention the wonderful panoramic view from 18th floor with a nice restaurant. I could see some cracks on the wall , especially in the bathroom as they must be from earthquake , I think they should have had been fixed but they are still there and its not a good feeling to see them. some of them randomly closed but its just a cover not a fix.

habib (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Fantastisches Frühstück, Tolle Lage, Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage Heizung schwierig einzustellen, Dusche hat separaten Drehknopf für die Wassermenge, was mit schaumiger Hand schwierig zu bedienen war.

Otelin en üst katındaki restaurant manzarası etkileyici. Bu restaurantta görevli Turan beye gösterdiği misafirperlik ve nezaket için çok teşekkür ederim.

Огромный номер с рабочей зоной: оформлен стильно и добротно. В ванной комнате есть и ванна и душ. Всё необходимое имеется. Халаты под запрос. Утюг и доска в наличии. Прекрасный вид на горы (611 номер). Ю рядом большой торговый центр. Подушки оказались неудобными, но это не повлияло на мою оценку, так как мнение субъективное
Onur013 (9/5): Mooi en comfortabel verblijf - Zeer comfortabele kamer, luxe ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het ontbijt is ruim en uitgebreid. Absoluut een aanrader om hier nog eens te overnachten. De hotelkamer was mooi en netjes ingericht, maar de tv viel helaas tegen. Het zenderaanbod was beperkt en in zo’n luxe kamer zou je eigenlijk ook moderne opties verwachten, zoals YouTube, Netflix of andere streamdiensten. Het voelde daardoor alsof de kamer zelf helemaal van deze tijd was, behalve de tv die wat achterbleef.

Jan Jacob (9/5): Good place to stop over and relax on your way through the Taurus. - The hotel has good facilities, including a great pool and a Sauna area. It ha beautiful views. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It as easy to park straight under the hotel at no extra cost. It is a bit outside the centre although we found some good places to eat nearby. It as not an issue for us, but you would expect better english in such an international chain. The furniture is clearly beyond its prime.

Sami (10/5): Die Lage vom Hotel ist top! 25 min bis zum Flughafen neben dem Hotel ein Einkaufscenter man fühlt sich wohl in der Gegen - 18. Stock der ganze Blick auf ein Teil von Malatya und die Berge zum verlieben. Die Nachtaufsicht, sein Name war Ahmet, ein sehr sehr sympathischer Mann! Mit sehr hilfsbereitem auftreten. Bin öfter in diesem Hotel und muss sagen, der Mann jedes Mal aufs Neue freundlich ich danke dem Ahmet sehr. Habe nichts zu bemängeln.

I sent them a proof of payment, but they continue to send me daily text messages advising me that they’ve still not received payment. It feels like a scam. Will not stay again.

Berna Ebru (9/5): Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. - Die Lage ist super, sehr zentral, direkt nebenan ist ein Einkaufszentrum. Das Frühstück ist lecker und die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Parkservice hat manchmal auf sich warten lassen. Und die Mitarbeiter kamen leider teilweise oberflächlich rüber. Sonst war alles gut.

Sadaf (7/5): Only place to allow pets - This is the only hotel in Malatya that accepts pets which really saved us and I appreciate it very much. There were a lot of choices for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and had a table and desk. Bathroom was large and comfortable with plenty of space for make up etc. Bed sheets were a bit old and the temperature of the room was hard to adjust it was a bit warm. front desk staff were ok but could maybe speak better english and be more welcoming.

Fruchtzwerg (9/5): - Sehr zuvorkommend, am Eingang kommt der erste ihre Koffer der nächste fährt den Wagen in die hauseigene Tiefgarage. Sie werden bereits erwartet und das einchecken geht zügig. Alles wird Ihnen erklärt, Speisesaal, Pool, Wellnessbereich usw. Im Zimmer findet eine kurze Unterweisung statt. Das Zimmer hat viel zu bieten neben Getränken auch Bügeleisen + Bügeltisch geräumigen Kleiderschrank, ausreichend Stauraum in den Kommoden. Das Badezimmer hat viele Details. Alles in allem schon deutlich gehobene Ausstattung und Komfort. Der Poolbereich war im Verhältnis zu allem anderen nicht so ansprechend und gut ausgestattet.

Spa hamam mutlaka deneyin derim. Kahvaltıya sadece 1 kere inme şansım oldu çeşit yok denecek kadar azdı . Tek sıkıntı odalarda balkon veya pencere yok nefes alamıyor insan. Otelde açık alanda oturup çayınızı kahvenizi içebileceğiniz hiç bir yer yok can sıkıcı bir durum. [ Teras katta açık alan var fakat fiyatlar afaki derecede pahalı ] Genel olarak otele yakın cafelerde oturmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz boş zamanlarda. Fakat genel anlamda ilgi alaka personel çok iyiydi .Özelikle güvenlik Demet hanımın güler yüzü için gelinir. Ben bir bayan olarak memnun kaldım. Her şey için teşekkürler

Außer bei dem Eis sind die Preise der Qualität entsprechend nachvollziehbar. Auch wenn es Mövenpick Eis rechtfertigt es nicht den Preis. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, sämtliche Serviceleistungen zubuchbar. Wäscherei, Massagen u.ä. Im Zimmer standart mäßig neben allen anderen üblichen Inventar Bügeleisen + Brett, Gebetsteppich + Quran vorhanden.
