• Dayna (3/5): - Location was easy to get to, towels and bedding seemed clean. Sink drain backed up each time you used water, some mold in the bathroom, carpet seemed old and unclean…definitely needs a little TLC

Nice choice of restaurants with in walking distance. Meager breakfast. Limited choice but that may account for the very reasonable prices we paid. Should have walked to a restaurant.

• Frances (8/5): I would stay again - The mattress was comfortable. The sheets were soft, the pillows comfortable, had a great night sleep. Love the body wash scent. Breakfast was simple but good. I had yoghurt with cereal and a glass of orange juice.

I originally thought it was someone outside smoking, but it was the room itself. Also, it is not properly maintained as things might be coming lose or too old.

• stacey (10/5): The check-in was great. My husband walks with a cane so they made sure our room was ground level. - We just needed a place to lay our head for the night. The price was fantastic, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Wish it had a better breakfast.

• James (7/5): Overall, it served my purpose, and the negatives were for the most part minor. - The price and ease of reserving the room. The noise that I could hear coming from the outside of my room and from the adjoining rooms was disturbing. There was a motorcycle rally of some sort that created a lot of unwelcomed activity and noise.

They wanted our money to stay and didn’t - Price was okay When got home from dinner a large group of gang guys and their bikes also large groups of people outside drinking alcohol. Not at all safe for my family. I spoke to duty manager for a refund he said his manager would call the next day. HE Didn’t!!!. Left property went to similar property which was good.

No pictures to support my comments left as soon as woke up. - Nothing Very old looking rooms, people outside drinking everywhere, everyone being loud all night, constant loud noises from other rooms, bathroom was dirty, all the paint is chipping and old, wouldn’t surprise me if it was all lead based paint still. Pool was very dirty. Very falsely advertised none of the pictures on the booking.com reassemble anything I seen. Definitely won’t be staying again.

• Kenneth (5/5): - Location and the bed. Sometimes you can’t fix stupid. Someone there thought putting in approx 15 watt lightbulbs in the bathroom was a great cost saving move. I am one of 45M Americans who wear contact lenses. I was forced to take out my lenses at night and put them in in the morning at the desk in the room using the desk lamp so I could see what I was doing and not lose one! Again, you can’t fix stupid!

• Dakota (7/5): Clean sheets, hot shower, good breakfast. - All I wanted was a place to rest for a night. This place was exactly what I needed. At this price point, clean sheets and a hot shower was what I was looking for. This place met my expectations. The included breakfast was a plus. My kids loved the waffles. The staff were friendly. There was no tv remote in my room. Normally we dont watch a lot of TV on trips. One of my kids wanted to watch tv for background noise and light while he fell asleep.

• Kalia (2/5): It was ok - I like the location of the property . The first room I was put in had bed bugs , dirty sheets , & all the buttons on the phone were torn off . When I was moved to The second room I was already uncomfortable from my experience with the first room . The second room had ants & shower took a long time to get cold , But was better than the first room . If I could add more pictures I would . The overall up keep of the rooms were poor . Staff was very nice , but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The only good thing is that it’s located in Hamilton place .

• Munsey (4/5): I didn't expect the Taj Mahal, with the price we paid, BUT I feel like the TV should work !!! - The room was inexpensive. It was close to the job I had to do in Chattanooga... The TV in our room was unwatchable ! It had lines across the screen, and the colors were horrible !!!
