Comfortabele bedden, heerlijke douche en fijn balkon. Parkeren in de buurt is lastig. De beste optie is parkeren bij het winkelcentrum (35 euro) per dag

• Anika (8/5): Ideale Lage und Ausstattung für einen Wochenendtrip. - Die Lage ist super: sehr ruhig, gute Gastronomie in der Gegend, die U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke, fußläufig ein Park. Die Ferienwohnung war komfortabel, die Betten sehr bequem, auch im Haus war es sehr ruhig, Buchung, Check in und Mailkontakt freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Qing (9/5): Good enough - Reasonably priced, clean and tidy, convenient and quiet Overall, the hotel is quite good: it is clean, quiet, and conveniently located. However, there was one aspect that made us feel somewhat uncomfortable. During check-in, a staff member explained that there is no floor drain in the bathroom and reminded us to keep the shower door tightly closed while showering. This in itself was not an issue. However, during the explanation, she repeatedly mentioned that “some of the guests from Asia have let water leak outside the shower area” and said she “could not understand why.” We would like to share two thoughts on this: 1. In reality, the shower door does not completely prevent water from splashing out, but with a bit of care, this usually does not cause any significant problem. Therefore, we found the staff member’s strong sense of confusion somewhat unnecessary. 2. We do not agree with associating this kind of issue with where guests come from. Guests from any country or region could potentially encounter the same situation, and it should not be attributed to a particular group. Finally, we would like to emphasize that this is not a major issue, but it did have a slightly negative impact on our overall experience.

• Mirna (10/5): Spotless accommodation! - It is well located and close to the Schwanthalerhöhe U5 stop. Martina keeps the place spotless and you will find everything you need in the apartment, even coffee. I liked everything about the place. A word of caution on getting there: If coming from the airport, take the Lufthansa bus to Munchen Hauptbahnhof and then either walk or take the U5 to Schwanthalerhöhe.

• Gavin (7/5): - The location was great, only a few minutes from the U-Bahn or Tram. The apartment is great if you just want to sleep but if you want to relax it's tough without a lounge. It was great value for money though, clean but basic. I would recommend it.. No lounge, no sofa.

• Friedrich (10/5): Muito confortável. Ótimo custo-benefício. - O quarto é bem amplo, com uma cozinha bem completa. Você pode até preparar pequenas refeições. O banheiro muito limpo e bem equipado. O atendimento por Martina foi excelente. O box do banheiro poderia ser um pouco maior, mas isso não foi problema.

• Bruno (9/5): Great value for money - Great communication. Always keeping me updated and making check in easy. Location is awesome, close to shops, restaurants (there is a Thai restaurant crossing the street which is A+, some amazing coffee shops nearby. Quite and safe area. The place is clean and tidy, bathroom cleaned regularly. Great wifi. No problem at all with our staying. There is no fan or air conditioning, so it might be a bit hot in the summer. Also the rooms are on the 4th floor with no lift and really noisy stairs, but we new that before we book and it wasn’t a problem at all, but if you have problems with stairs it might be a point to think about before booking. But again, we had a really nice stay and worth the money we paid.

• Lyndsey (7/5): Good value but basic - Host was very communicative. We really liked the neighbourhood and Munich in general. Connections to U and S bahn were pretty good. Visiting during a heatwave, we struggled a bit in the attic room. A fan was provided, but wasn't up to the searing heat! We spent as little time in the room as possible, and more in the river with the locals to cool off.

A pesar de tener baño compartido, la verdad que al final no me importo para nada porque en la habitación me sentía como en mi casa y estuve super comodo. Sin duda lo recomiendo 100% Que estaba un pelín retirado del centro. Pero vaya, que a unas paradas lo tenías
• Cave (9/5): Excellent value apartment in a great location v - We loved this apartment. The location is perfect, it's in a lovely residential area with loads of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby but it's only a few u-bahn stops from Marienplatz and many of the major attractions. It was unbelievably quiet. We heard no street noise and there is compulsory quiet time in the block between 10pm and 7am. The apartment itself is basic but spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful before and during our stay. It was excellent value and I'd highly recommend. If I'm being picky a mirror in the main bedroom would have been useful.

It was easy to access, the location is expectional. I had a bit of a trouble with it being the 4th floor, although to be fair they have warned me about it beforehand. Just prepare for the stairs!

No sitting room (or lounge) in this 2-bedroom apt. The light bulb in the kitchen was so dim as it was difficult to see. No toaster.

• Maryam (7/5): No elevator - The room was clean and nice. I did not realize before booking that the building does not have an elevator and the room they give me is on the fourth floor. I found out about this after payment and via email, but I couldn't cancel and had to go to the fourth floor with a 20 kg suitcase. I thought there was a fridge and a kettle in the room, but it was shared between 4 rooms.
• Lin (9/5): I think the price, location and property are good for stay. Although it is little bit far away the old town, it is still - The rooms are clean and the kitchen is convenient to use. I think the bed could be better, it is too soft.
