It wasn’t terrible and this can be a very nice hotel if they fix up a few things. I do like that you have access to Netflix, prime and other channels. For the price of the suite there was no paper towels, spoons, etc. It’s not terrible but could use some fixing and better cleaning.

We shared that we were staying with our adult daughter on Thanksgiving and requested Roll away bed. Karimah upgraded us to a suite. The team ensured that the room away was in the room when we arrived. Upon arrival at 1130 PM, the staff was full of positive energy to make us feel welcome. Assad (2/5): - Only 1 bath robe in the room. No trash bags in none of the trash cans. Old sock found behind the couch. Upholstery dirty and can use a good cleaning. Toilet was dirty with a black ring inside the bowl. Lastly ice machine not working only 2 working in the entire building to share between 10 floors. These kind of things you jist dont expect from a hotel of luxury or for the price you pay. Unacceptable

Wmacetheace (10/5): Great Westin - Best Westin property I’ve stayed at in a long time. Very friendly staff, clean hotel and beautiful, comfortable rooms. Good location for walking to nearby restaurants. I normally stay downtown but this is in a much better location and safer.
Shareia (10/5): - Even though there was a big weddin happening and the guest of the wedding to be staying at the hotel. The staff handle the check ins and crowd effectively and efficiently.
cruisejp (10/5): Great stay in Wilmington, DE. - I stayed at the Westin Wilmington as I was visiting some friends. I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeting by very genuine friendly faces. I was checked in and, in my room, very quickly. I am a Bonvoy Elite Member r, and I was recognized and offered all my level Benefits. The restaurant River Rock Kitchen really stood out. The food was fantastic and the staff so eager to serve. I had dinner and breakfast, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay.
Culture32412985585 (10/5): Fantastic Hotel nd Staff - As a party of 28 we stayed at this amazing hotel for a week, check in was fast, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming & made our stay perfect, we couldn't fault them. Our rooms were clean & very comfortable with fantastic views, the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower nd bath. Clean towels were daily & the laundry service which was a must for our uniforms was affordable with same day service. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant & most days an evening meal followed by drinks from the bar, all the staff here were lovely nd got to know us, we had guitarists with us and the staff had no objection to us having an Irish session 🇮🇪💚🇺🇲 We absolutely can't wait to see u all again next year guys, You all went above nd beyond for us Irish Veterans

For 300 a night service was not what I expected. The front desk was very nice and tried to help me but the tip being written without my consent was very uncalled for !

SYDNEY (6/5): Would go back only grudgingly... - It is a clean hotel but pretty spartan for the money. The hotel staff checking me in was in no way welcoming, and apparently believes a smile requires too much effort. It is located in a nice part of town, but the hotel offers little in the way of amenities. I found it hard to believe that a hotel for which I paid $300 per night would charge for Wi-Fi (at $12.50 per day). I didn't expect any breakfast and was thus not disappointed on that. Not sure where else there is to stay in Wilmington, but I would search a lot harder next time.

Beth (8/5): I would stay there again. - Close to the venue we were going too. Rooms were clean and very nice. It seemed as if there were several weddings or groups staying there. The lobby area was very crowded at times where you could barely get through.

Paul (6/5): Very nice hotel but somewhat expensive for what it offers versus competition. - Reasonably well located, clean, entrance & lobby. Breakfast was excellent and service was above par even though we arrived 30 minutes to closing. Room was comfy, clean, modern and spacious. Receptionist seemed somewhat indifferent. Not sure she’s in the right field of work . Beautiful and luxurious bathrobe but only one bathrobe, really ? Wife and I had to take turns using it. Mainly I found this hotel somewhat expensive for what it offered. No complaints as such but just not value added in my opinion.
Sam (6/5): - Nice hotel in a beautiful area. But neither the phone nor the TV in the room worked! Staff came to look and said that the TV functions hadn't worked for months. He said he fixed the phone but it still didn't work. Really disappointing for such a high end property.
