No room service and our room was not the main building, which required us to always go outside to access the reception to pick up anything we need but that was not such a big deal. Didn't like the Aircon locked (centrally) on hot Also the mini fridge light was on all night with no way to turn it off.. The bed covers were too small for the bed width.

• Stephen (8/5): Lovely boutique hotel - We were given a deluxe apartment on arrival. The room and facilities were excellent on top of that the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast let the experience down. It was mainly bread or toast followed by boiled or cold scrambled egg, then an array of cheeses and peppers etc. As most people were british we met tgen maybe some rolls, sausages or a bit of bacon would have been nice.

Delighted with my stay. - The staff at the Espina Hotel are the best I have ever encountered in all my years of travelling. The reception staff are exceptional and deliver personal attention at all times, nothing is too much trouble. How often does a member of staff call someone by their first name? I have never encountered this before and to me that goes above and beyond delivering a good service - this is exceptional service. The rooms are really well maintained, the bed linen and towels are changed daily and housekeeping provide a great service. This is the first time in a hotel that water has been left in the fridge daily - this is really appreciated and again is another example of exceptional service. Breakfast is substantial and presented well, the staff are so helpful. I really have enjoyed my stay here, especially having a room with a sea view, and I will recommend the Espina Hotel to my family and friends. Nothing - great place

• Rezzoug (8/5): Die Türkei ist schön, leider als Tourist wird man fast überall ausgebeutet. - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Bei etwas Glück bekommt man sogar ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Das Frühstück könnte allerdings besser sein. Das Hotel besteht aus zwei Bereichen: Ein Teil beherbergt die Rezeption, die Bar und das Restaurant, während sich im anderen Teil nur die Zimmer befinden. Besonders am unteren Eingang ist das Tor oft geschlossen, sodass man klingeln muss, um hineinzukommen. Wenn niemand an der Rezeption ist, kann es eine Weile dauern, bis jemand öffnet, das ist manchmal etwas nervig. Swimmingpool ist sehr klein.

• April (7/5): Solid choice to enjoy Lara area - Great location and comfortable rooms. Very stable air conditioning. Very walkable area. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. This was our second time staying here, and we saw a clear difference in service and maintenance compared with 3 years ago. We understand the economic crisis has affected many things in the country, and tourism isn’t what it used to be. Still it was disappointing to see the low quality of the breakfast and unprofessional manner of breakfast staff during our stay. Some guests were loud on our floor and also partied at the pool. This disrupted the peaceful vibe of the hotel in general.

• Christelle (10/5): - Amazing hotel to stay at in Antalya! The location is perfect with a sea view and a short walk to the beach. 6min walk to the main road to make use of public transport(busses). Main toad also has so many restaurants and shops. There is a nice bar that serves food and drinks right next to the hotel and a little shop. There are also many cute, less commercialised restaurants within minutes from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They offer towels for the pool on request and serve drinks all day. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to the main road but in a quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely stay there again!

Passé une nuit avant de repartir d'Antalya. Cet hôtel semble être populaire auprès de tours opérateurs du UK. Chambre petite, odeurs de cigarettes (mais propre), mauvaise insonorisation, petit déjeuner pas bon. personnel à la réception sympathique. Bien que le prix ne soit pas trop cher, j'ai trouvé trop cher pour ce qu'il offre et il y a mieux. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Rent og relativt nytt hotell, men allerede preget av noe slitasje, spesielt på badet, som kan tilskrives valg av dårlig kvalitet på interiørløsninger. Bassenget ser bra ut på bildet, men realiteten er at det ligger 2 meter fra gaten og innbyr ikke til bruk.

It’s tiny and it was surrounded by adults who were drinking all day and hanging out. Seems like a popular hotel for travellers to recover at after getting their teeth done or plastic surgery. Would not return.

Усе, починаючи з обслуговування і завершуючи найменшими деталями в номері, на найвищому рівні. Тут справді відчуваєш себе бажаним гостем, а не просто туристом. Ще при поселенні нас приємно здивували: замість заброньованого стандартного номера нам абсолютно безкоштовно підвищили категорію — запропонували просторий, більш комфортабельний варіант. Це був дуже приємний бонус і чудовий початок нашого відпочинку. Номер — неймовірно чистий, сучасний, світлий, з новими меблями й затишною атмосферою. Постіль — білосніжна, м’яка, бездоганно чиста. Щоденне прибирання — ретельне, охайне, все сяє свіжістю. Одного дня зламався фен — ми повідомили про це на рецепції, і вже за кілька хвилин нам принесли абсолютно новий, навіть кращий за попередній. Швидко, ввічливо, без зайвих запитань — ось це справжній сервіс! Також ми попросили пляжні рушники — і їх люб’язно надали безкоштовно, ще й порадили зручний маршрут до пляжу. Окремої уваги заслуговує сніданок. Це справжній гастрономічний ритуал! Щоранку ми насолоджувалися багатим, різноманітним європейським сніданком: добірні сири, мюслі, натуральний йогурт, яйця — і варені, і скрембл, свіжа випічка, фрукти, різноманітні добавки, горішки, джеми, хліб різних видів. Кава ароматна, турецький чай — моє особливе задоволення. Усе свіже, якісне й подане з душею. Атмосфера в готелі — спокійна, затишна, елегантна. Персонал завжди усміхнений і готовий допомогти. Тут дійсно дбають про кожну дрібницю, щоб гостю було комфортно. Усе — нове, чисте, зі смаком і любов’ю. Місце розташування - дуже зручне - все близько. Це той випадок, коли готель перевершує очікування. Ми залишилися в повному захваті й обов’язково повернемося ще. Безперечно рекомендуємо всім, хто цінує сервіс, комфорт та щирий підхід до гостей. • Maria Torres (5/5): Hotel muy deficiente, las fotos engañan - Nada Teníamos 2 habitaciones y nada mas entrar en una de ellas había un olor horrible a tabaco. En la otra habitación había pelos en el retrete. No había toallas en las habitaciones y se las tuvimos que pedir al personal de limpieza. La puerta de la nevera no abría porque chocaba con el mueble donde está metida y era imposible sacar o meter alguna botella de agua! Una noche vimos una pequeña salamandra dentro de la habitación que se metió como por dentro del rodapié, tuvimos que poner algo para evitar que volviera a salir. El wifi funciona fatal o más bien no funciona. Hay un piano bar muy cerca con música en directo que se escucha bastante! La cama no es nada cómoda y suena muchísimo. No hay lámparas de noche ni sabana superior! Las tapas de las tazas del batería estaban rotas y se movían! Un día al regresar al hotel y después de subir andando hasta la 4a planta porque el ascensor lo tenían ocupado para la limpieza la llave no funcionaba. El desayuno es bastante escaso, pedimos un café con leche normal ya que solo tenían café turco y nos dijeron que nos lo tenían que cobrar aparte, aceptamos y al rato nos dijeron que no funcionaba la máquina de café, creemos que no tenían ni idea de cómo funcionaba dicha máquina.
• Kinga (10/5): Great - This is my third time staying at Espina Hotel, and it is one of my favourite place to stay at in the location. It's very convientent with public transport being very close and getting you everywhere from old town to the beach. The rooms are very clean and modern and the staff are lovely. Will definitely visit again.

• Linda & Johnie (10/5): Our visit was educational and most pleasurable. Again, shout out to the front staff, great job. - My wife and I came to Antalya for dental procedures. We chose Espina based on a previous visit from a friend. We stayed into a basic room offered by the clinic and booked the penthouse suite for our remaining two days. The first room was a little tiny although perfectly fine. The suite was fantastic and eliminated the sleep interruptions from the barking dogs at night. We do want to send a huge shout out to the front desk staff. Kaan, Yunus and Bercu have made our stay delightful. Kaan has an amazing grasp on english and has educated us on many of the local traditions. We feel very blessed to have met these outstanding young people and will be returning in a few months. The air condition could have been improved.

• Paul (8/5): - The Espina was booked as part of a package and we were located in both hotels, the Espina Prive also. The rooms in the Espina were much smaller but had all the requirements needed. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Small bar available with a really convenient store within a minutes walk. Small swimming pool mostly shaded so the water was cold, actually quite welcomed. The electric went out a couple of times in the main hotel which could be a bit inconvenient. One area of improvement for us was, check out at 12, not being transferred to airport until 7.30pm, so, a shower room available would have been good. All in all, a very good stay.

Es war eine wahrhaft bemerkenswerte Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen möchte. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war beeindruckend und hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet. Das freundliche Personal hat stets zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Die neurenovierten, stilvollen Zimmer waren nicht nur ästhetisch ansprechend, sondern auch unglaublich komfortabel. Die Betten waren ein Traum und haben maßgeblich zu meinem erholsamen Schlaf beigetragen. Das leckere türkische Frühstück war ein wahrer Genuss und hat meine Tage perfekt beginnen lassen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch das ausgezeichnete Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die zentrale Lage des Hotels, die es mir ermöglichte, in nur 100 Metern Entfernung das Meer zu erreichen und einen atemberaubenden Ausblick zu genießen. Die Chefin spricht perfekt Deutsch, Türkisch und Englisch, was die Kommunikation äußerst angenehm gestaltet hat. Der Ausblick von meinem Zimmer auf das Meer war einfach traumhaft. Ich kann Ihr Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Besuch, um erneut die Gastfreundschaft und den Luxus Ihres Hotels zu erleben.
