- Serhat (2/5): Hayaller ve ne yazık ki GERÇEKLER - Öncelikle şunu kesin olarak belirtmeliyim ki binalar çok eski doğru düzgün tadilat dahi yok ve bunun yanı sıra kullanılan mobilyalar beş para etmez konfor hiç yok fotoğraflara aldanmayın sakın konum olarak asıl gezilecek olan yerlere ortalama 30 dk / 1 saat gibi bir mesafede yemekler idare eder çalışanları güler yüzlü ama hizmet ve konfor anlamında fiyatları eylül ayında gitmiş olmama rağmen çok pahalı bu paralar yurt içi veya yurt dışında çok daha güzel yerlerde tatil yapabilirsiniz.
- Yavuz (4/5): Vasat - Maalesef otel eski , servis alalade , kapı kırıktı Personel ilgili ama genel olarak verilen ödeme ile alınan hizmet arasında çok fark var.
- Rayan (2/5): - Probably the worst hotel experience that you can ever have. If you're looking for a luxury stay... Don't even look at this hotel. The Rooms are very old, Moldy and dirty. Walls are made of paper. You can literally hear everything your neighbours are doing. They do night events that are just loud and ugly. The quality of people there is not where you want to be. That's for sure. Everyone gets super drunk and extremely noisy by midnight and they keep you up till 4 am. I got food poisoning from the first day. The food there is just terrible. The staff doesn't speak English and have no idea about hospitality. When we first arrived and saw the room I immediately requested an upgrade because a room like that would certainly make my kids sick. I paid extra of course for an upgrade and honestly it was the exact same experience. Just dirty... After the 2nd night we couldn't stand it. I was poisoned and kids became sick. So I booked in another amazing hotel and left. Before I left I had spoken to reception and told them that unfortunately we would have to leave. When i tried to explain why, they were looking at me like I'm speaking martian because, no english i asked Expedia to cancel and get me whatever refund even if one night as a gesture. The hotel told me no issue for the refund but then when expedia spoke to them. They said no to refund. I really didn't want to leave this one star reviews but after this experience I have to tell everyone so they don't fall for this scam.
- Rayane (2/5): Worst Trip Ever - Worst stay ever, room very dirty, no cleaning staff, no towels, mosquitoes everywhere. The team is very bad. No one is helping, my husband lost his shoes from our room. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They do not speak English but Turkish. Our room is dirty all the time. No hand towels only for shower and after 3 requests. Bed sheets are very dirty. The bed is not comfortable

- Suat (8/5): - Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten war nicht nach dem neuesten Stand. Die Minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Wlan kostenpflichtig. Sauberkeit der Zimmer befriedigend.Die Hotelanlage war schön und sauber. Der Strand war schön und sauber. Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Animation war gut.
- THIERRY (10/5): Bon séjour avec des point à améliorer - Le cadre est idéal, les différentes équipes sont très sympas. Le seul problème , c'est la prestation de ménage, le ménage n'est pas fait. Sur 5 jours le ménage a été fait 3 fois, nous avons du changer de chambre car l'écoulement de la douche ne se faisait pas . La prestation SPA est excellente, le programme proposé est à faire. L’équipe est très professionnelle et très gentil. Une très belle découvert.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel très éloigné de fethiye, oludeniz... mais proche de l'aéroport. Des navettes passent souvent mais c'est tout de même pas très pratique. Il y a beaucoup de moustiques : prévoir les crémes, prises... Le wifi que l'hotel communique ne fonctionne qu'à la réception : nous avons eu par hasard le code wifi d'un wifi disponible au bord de la piscine, dans le restaurant la veille de notre départ... Donc bien demander aux gens ! Hotel très beau, bien entretenu ! Super piscine, belle plage privée... Personnel super ! Buffet génial avec beaucoup de choix, très savoureux

- irfan (10/5): güzel bir hotel - çok güzel bır tatil geçirdim sadece personelin biraz daha eğitime ihtiyacı var çünkü yanında bardak düşürüor ve kırılıyor ve azdaha yaralancak düzeyde bir olay ama personel daha doğrusu bir garson bey özür bile dilemiyor çünkü sarhoş.bu tek olumsuz yönü idi.ve odalar çok eski düzen acilen dekor ve yatkların değişmesi lazım bir clube yakışmıyor.
