Matthew (2/5): - Booking last minute Keys demagnetized every time o left the room. Tom had cigarette burns on comforter, TV didn't work. Neither did vending machines. Staff thought I was rude for wanting a room key that worked well enough to let me get to my bathroom on time

Frank (1/5): Awful - Nothing The place was run down, in need of a paint job. There were ants in my room. There were also uncovered wires in the bathroom. I had to try to sleep with the constant light coming into my room from a bright light outside. Also I had to deal with noisy pipes and noisy heater/air conditioner. Unfortunately my room was next to the laundry/snack room. I had to listen to the door slamming all times of the day and night. This is not a place that I would recommend nor stay at again.

Mathias (4/5): I have stayed at surfs inn which was far nicer and less expensive - The bed was comfy and enough blankets The towels were too small. Some of the towels were worn and stained. At 4 in the morning people were arguing and speaking very loud for approx 40 mi minutes until someone asked them to take it elsewhere that the people in the hotel didn't want to hear all their business 😑 . The air conditioner was not attached to the wall on the right hand side and you could see through to the outside. The TV didn't get reception on some channels it read this channel has weak receprion 20 and 24 so I turned it off.

Guzman (5/5): Pictures of larger room and asked for down stairs, no maid service, not enough towels, or shampoo, no fridge. - It seems to have been remodeled but when I did the booking the rooms looked much larger. I didn’t like that the walls were very thin and you can hear everything out the door and see light coming in like the door was not completely sealed/ needed weather striping and a bottle was left in the room from the guest before us.

Llamamo y nos atendió una persona con actitud de fastidio. Entiendo que la llegada es más tarde de lo habitual, pero si no aceptan llegadas tardías, no publiciten el hostal como 24 horas.

Trots att vi bokat för tre vuxna var det bara handdukar för två, receptionisten ordnade fram en uppsättning när vi bad om det. Dock, dörren till badrummet gick inte att stänga utan åkte upp - inte trevligt alls! Vi sa till, de skulle fixa imorgon. Eftersom vi bara var en natt kan vi inte svara på om det blev gjort.

Other guests were constantly getting the wrong room, knocking on the door/window, & parking in front shining their high beams, we also had a loud af couple fighting above our room somewhere, dirty floors, bath light didn't work, no bathtub drain, shower & tub ran same time, morning housekeeping was rude, and not personable however office staff was right on point with prompt curious services. Our phone somehow has a different time than the 11am of checkout crew so you gotta be ready & get out a little before checkout so you don't have rude obnoxiously loud knocking & yelling through a closed door only to unveil equally awkward faces letting you know it IS 11 am baby!!! Still stay again probably say something about it next time it happens cause it's been every time so far!

Tanja (2/5): Will not be back - Had a bed to sleep in You can't tell it's a Motel 6 from the street, the vending machines do not work and I'm certain they know this. When I told them it took my money. Their response was, "call the number on the machine " Guess what? No sign was put up after they were told it isn't working, other than taking the money. So I'm certain they know and just get extra money that way. It's Friday and there's literally only one car here. The front desk barely speaks English and could careless if you're there or not.

The sink backed up with water when someone in another room was using the plumbing. I was under the impression there would be a mini fridge and microwave but there was neither one.

Cruz Elena (1/5): Disappointed, mistreated, unappreciated as a customer. - Nothing! I didn’t get to stay there because upon arrival our room was flooded. Water was all overt the floor. They didn’t have an alternate room. This was at 1 am and I had to immediately find another room. Again at 1 am with a child and a senior with me. This hotel was terrible, dirty and the front desk staff was not very helpful. They said we have no other room and you have to go. I drove there for 5 hours and we arrived at 1 am. Very dismissive of the staff. I would never stay there or recommend others to stay either.

Elena (8/5): great stay, clean room - We loved our stay. The room was big and clean, even the floor was mopped and I always pay attention to this as we don't wear shoes inside. We travelled with a small dog and it was nice and easy to stay there. Rooms look very lovely and the air heater is new ish (quiet and no dusty smell). They don't charge the pet fee and I appreciate it. I booked a room with a fridge / microwave (not all rooms have it) but I saw a microwave for public in the laundry room. You can indeed hear the air planes starting from 6 am but it's not that bad, grab ear plugs with you. They have no drinking water or hot water in the morning . Only serving black coffee and nothing else.

Akash (7/5): Good - Easily accessible, parking and great staff. Nobody at the front desk at 8AM when i wanted to check out. When booking it stated that there is a 24 hrs reception. I had to put my room key in an unsecured bin, which was accessible to everyone.
