• Chris (1/5): The worst stay i have ever had with Motel 6 and I have been doing business with them for 20 years - It was inexpensive. 1. Staff member was not helpful 2. Staff messed up my reservation 3. They canceled my reservation even when I called ahead of time and then didn't accept my company's business card that I have to use when I stay for work. 4. I waited hours to finally get a room so I had to sleep in my car for 4 hours and I still had to pay for an early check in. 5. I kept being waken up by maintenance and the manager due to a leak in the shower. The shower door hinges were falling off so they also had to fix that while they couldn't reimburse me for the inconveniences or get me another room 6. The light and fan vent in the bathroom had issues so I just didn't use it 7. Plus getting off work this entire week work 16 hour shifts made my stay not pleasant at all 8. I was only there 3 days in total I believe and everyday there was some type of issue that I wasn't at fault then when I tried to file a complaint I was given false people to reach out to so I decided to call customer service and they were rude very very rude. 9. I kept having to barricade my room door due to homeless people trying to get in while I was sleep

• Alyssa (1/5): Would not stay here again - The staff was friendly and helpful as they could be The room was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom and on the towels. The room reeked of smoke. It was supposed to be a non smoking room and they couldn’t accommodate. We stayed one night and felt super sick the next day from all the smoke smell. There was man who approached us in the parking lot asking for our room and he followed us up to the front desk. Overall we didn’t feel safe and left. Only got refunded for one night when there was two nights we didn’t stay. Just a horrible experience really.

La pulizia andrebbe migliorata. Il prezzo rimane molto caro per come si presenta la struttura, ma probabilmente andando sotto festival (Coachella) era ancora un prezzo basso.

• Barbara (6/5): You Get What You Pay For - Room was clean. And it was functional for our purposes. Sleeping at night and gone during the day. Room keys did not work. Each time we wanted to enter the room, we had to get new room keys...sometimes twice for each entry.

• Mrs (1/5): It was the worst hetel experience I have had. - When I was getting ready to go to bed, some strange woman started banging on my door and asking to be let in and saying she needed to talk to me. She kept it up for a while. When I refused to let her in, she started banging on the door of the room next to mine. I tried to call the front office to let them know, but the room phone didn't work so I had to call from my cell phone. The fan in the room was noisy. There was no coffee in the room, so I went to the front office to get some. When David saw me coming into the lobby, he ran and hid behind a wall. Melissa, was still at the desk. They had very small coffee cups. I pressed the button on the coffee dispenser but only about a thimbleful of coffee was left. Melissa told David to make some more coffee, so he came out and took the dispenser to the back room. I went back to my room to finish getting ready. When it was time for me to go, I went back to the lobby to get coffee but David had forgotten to turn on the coffee pot. So, I tried to get a Diet Coke from the vending machine, but they only had Coke Zero with zero caffeine. I waited for like another half hour, but they still didn't have any coffee. How difficult can it be to make a pot of coffee? I was groggy and had a long drive ahead of me. Eventually, Melissa said she would give me a refund. By that time, I was super late for my event so I didn't wait to get that in writing. I never got my refund. They were completely incompetent.

• Henry (2/5): never again. - merely the fact that I had a room to come back to. for over $1k, the place was disgusting. old, dirty, ROACHES, broken shower head, sink looks like it’s about to fall off, shower faucet almost fell off, nonworking plugs. it was a displeasure to come back to after a long day at Coachella.
• Paul (3/5): Mediocre - Airco werkte goed Ik had een wit t-shirt tussen mijn lakens laten liggen. Ik ben er 3 keer voor teruggekomen (3 verschillende dagen) en elke keer werd ik naar iemand anders verwezen. Uiteindelijk gaf iemand aan dat er geen shirt gevonden was. Daar geloof ik dus niks van.

• Belinda (4/5): For the Brave, Bold and Broke - Close to interstate Drug dealers, prostitutes. Not sneaky or shy about what they were doing. This is a no tell hotel and it was very active all night long. Our door looked like it had been kicked in so many times, the handle had to be manipulated in just the right way to get it to open and the lock was the only thing preventing it from folding in half.

• Babii (1/5): - Nothing. For one when we got here they have us an occupied room and I paid extra for early check in we had to move rooms. The next morning at 530 am the fire alarm went off for the all buildings for an hour and half no evacuation I called front desk twice to ask what we needed to do no answer. I wanted to stay a second day because my neighbors up stairs were fighting and banging all night and after the fire alarm me and my 2 children were tired so I asked for a second day they charged me a late check out fee and a early check in fee and a nother day rate. But she told me I had to pack up my room and get a new one. When I got to the office they gave me the same room anyways and didn't clean it. No toilet paper trash bags nothing. Also the pool was super dirty kinda understandable because of the winds here in Indio but not net for cleaning. Also none of the outlets work except the TV one so we had a hard time charging our phones. No microwave or fridge in rooms or in lobby.

I was worried about the railroad tracks across the street and the noise but didn't hear any of it all night.That was great. The blanket on the bed was very thin, so it felt like it wasn't covered enough.

• Stanley (1/5): My wife said we should have just slept in my car and kept the $200 for the two rooms - It’s was easy to book rooms The bed frame in the room was clearly broken, leaning, the flooring tile was clearly separated throughout the room, the shower looked like it was mold around the lnob area.

I packed my stuff and asked to move to a non smoking night the rest of my stay, which they were able to do and the rest of my stay was pleasant except for the train noise from nearby the front of the property where my new room was

• Christine (1/5): HORRIBLE - A fuir Never never again, dangereux, très mal fréquenté, drogués, fumeurs de cannabis dans l'hôtel, sans domiciles fixe et délinquants dans le quartier. ma chambre sentait très fort la marijuana. quartier horrible qui fait peur. Durant la nuit bagarres, musique et une personne droguée est venue taper a la fenêtre de la chambre nous avons eu très très peur. Le train passe juste a côté de l'hôtel avec bruit toute la nuit. Chambre salle. A fuir, surtout pas pour une famille de passage pour 1 nuit.
• Ross (8/5): I got the rest I needed and a hot shower. I'm good. - I could not hear the traffic. I liked having a table to sit at for food. The price was right. The room wasn't ready when we checked in. We had to return later to get into the room. The shower towels were small and left lint on my skin.
