• Rose (1/5): She needs to go - The staff was very rude . They stated that I am on the do not rent list because I failed to check out on time. I wasn't aware of this because that did not happen because if they would have checked my photo ID to the person that was in the room after I left was not me. I had to leave early that morning. I don't know who was in the room or how they got into the room but it clearly was not me. The front desk lady yelled at me

• Raymond (5/5): Redelijk eenvoudig betaalbaar verblijf in de buurt van Disneyland. - Locatie is prima, redelijk in de buurt van Disneyland. - gevraagd om late check out. Niet mogelijk alleen tegen betaling van een nacht extra. Schandalig vond ik dit vooral omdat mijn vrouw moest worden opgenomen in het ziekenhuis en het personeel hiervan op de hoogte was. - verder het gemis van kookgerei en een koelkast. - verder eenvoudig maar afdoende.

• Cindy (1/5): Scary and gross! - We were on the back side of the hotel. There were many 20-30 year olds loitering, sitting on the stairs next to our room, smoking marijuana and talking very loudly. I wondered if the hotel rents out a block of rooms to the homeless? As we were entering our room, a young woman, yelling obscenities at her boyfriend at the other END of the hotel, was walking toward him and I was afraid there would be a fist fight but didn't know which of the two angry people would be the one to throw the blows first. The entire floor of our room had been flooded with water and was spongey feeling and heavily damaged. That's right, the whole floor. It made it difficult to walk in areas and was disgusting to realize that Motel 6 would continue to rent out a room so badly damaged. The area is sketchy, and up against a freeway, and I was afraid of leaving anything in my car (there were several items, not worth much but I was afraid people would break in not knowing that) so I brought everything inside the room. My. husband didn't like us going out, at dusk, to do this because he didn't think it was safe. It took us an hour and a half to get to sleep because of all the action outside our room. I had thought about calling the police. My husband said, "This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had," and he had been a business traveler!

Прокуренный номер,хотя указано что номер для некурящих- даже мои волосы пропитались запахом табака. Грязная ванная,-вся в Черных волосах , как будто ее вообще не мыли после предыдущих гостей . Вода в раковине и ванной очень плохо уходит.

The staff were friendly and professional, and they were helpful whenever I had a question. I also appreciated the convenience of the parking, which made coming and going very easy. The atmosphere felt safe and welcoming, and the property was fairly quiet during my stay. Small details like cleanliness and responsive staff really made a difference. I would recommend this location to travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay

• Bibo (1/5): horrible. - Nothing I lived here for 9 nights. at the 8 days, they called me when i am in Los Angel and said I must extend otherwise move all my stuff out. and let me pay one more night fee. but i have paid for 9 nights. the room is very strong smell, maybe smoke, maybe something. the motel is at the crosse of highway, big noise. many strangers lives there too.

I would use it again. - I previously lived in Placentia for many years, so it was close to friends and neighbors and it was nice to be in a familiar area. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, could have used one more blanket and there were a lot of pillows. Need more clean towels and toilet tissue every day.

Floor was covered with water. 15 minutes after reporting this (after midnight and needing to rest) the front-desk person showed up and covered the bathroom floor with towels, which were of course soaked next morning. • Martin (10/5): Above and beyond - I liked that the front desk staff was very helpful. Not quick to dismiss you and make you figure it out on your own. The young lady was extremely helpful in verifying my identity because I couldn't locate my driver's license. She asked if I had stayed there before and I had so she looked me up in the computer and asked me for my address and easy she gave me my room key. Thank goodness because I thought I would have had to go look for it and I was just tired from my day but she made it easy and convenient and I actually did have my license just under another card. So I would have found it but the fact that she stopped me from just leaving to go find it she went above and beyond by offering me an alternative way of verifying my identity.* Really appreciated that and I'll be coming back many more times because of the excellent customer service.
