They went ahead and canceled my reservation without notice, but I got charged the full rate and only n got refunded half , and they made me do a second reservation and I got charged double but only stayed literally 10hrs in a hotel room not 2nights 1days as I originally planned on

Sarah (8/5): - The suprise $100 cash deposit upon arrival that yall dont advertise online. THAT was a problem because I spent my whole night trying to get that $100 instead of enjoying my stay there. Yall really need to say something about that so people are prepared to come with it.
Kelly Capilla (8/5): Great experience and will return when in the area. - I completely appreciate that you offer the ability to bring animals at no cost. Not that I brought an animal, but I know how important and necesssary this is to people. Regarding animals, I could suggest an improvement is to possibly add a grass area or designated area for pets to relieve themselves. I did see a few "dog poops" and "throwup". I understand that some people may not take the time to clean up after their dog, so maybe adding just a few "poop bag" dispensers could also help and maybe some directions to use them!

Daniel (3/5): It was okay. - Motel 6 charged my bankcard a $100 after I had already checked out. One day after I stayed just for one night, you then charged my bankcard $100. That is terrible and bullshit service. I've stayed at this same motel many times before, and haven't had any issues. Also, your clothes washing machine and/or dryer service has overcharged my bankcard again. ☹️ Having my bankcard being charged an additional $100, long after I checked out. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
