Guest Reviews
- Beth (8/5): - Great place if you are looking to rent motorcycles at hertz
- Beth (8/5): - Right around the corner from the motorcycle rental and a walk to the sites
- Mary Cecelia (8/5): - Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located near a Metro stop, it is clean well Furnished, and the staff was excellent. Very nice continental Breakfast available in the morning.
The room in which we stayed was very very small, and there was no way for two people to relax in it. Only one desk chair, no arm, chair, etc.Photos on the website were a little deceiving.
However, if all you need to do is sleep, shower and eat breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.
- Danny (10/5): Excellent - Chambre très petit mais bien confortable. Parfait proche du métro-train
- Aimee (8/5): Good stay! - We were welcomed by reception on arrival. Very friendly and helpful. The place smelt beautiful!! Our room was clean and tidy with fresh clean bedding and towels. Bed and pillows were comfortable it was so quiet and we slept really well. Overall we had a good stay. The hairdryer isn't very powerful there is shower gel in the bathroom and hand soap. Theres a mini fridge and a safe in the room. Bathroom would benefit from a rail or hooks lower down as I'm shorter and couldn't put my towel anywhere.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fair budget hotel - Fair budget hotel. Air conditioner didn't seem to work well even though we asked each night to confirm that it was working - attendant said it was controlled by the concierge. We had to sleep with the windows open - which became noisy at night. Bed was comfortable enough.
- Karina I. (10/5): - Thanks
- Ferdousi (8/5): - I booked this hotel for my parents. They said the hotel was clean and the staffs were very nice and helpful. The rooms are tight but location is good for tourist.
- Remi (4/5): - There was no hot water during 2 days and a fire alarm in the middle of the night (because of a bad repair of the boiler).
Not a good experience.
- Abdullah (10/5): - Had a two nights stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were super co-operative and friendly. Didn't have any issue at all.
- Donald (8/5): - Safe area for 2 women. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions. The downer was we didn't get the room the picture advertised. We specifically wanted 2 twin beds and they were pushed together. They resolved the issue by separating the beds. The room was not spacious like most of Paris. The bathroom had a wonderful shower with great water pressure, very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the blankets. The pillows however were hard. The floors felt warped everywhere. And the bathroom had no plugs. There were 3 plugs in a row below the tv. I have mixed feelings of the place. Goods and bads like everywhere. It was very clean and has an elevator. Safe area huge plus and we truly enjoyed the japanese/chinese place they recommended right around the corner to eat at.
- Remi (6/5): - TV not working. On going works. Staff not informed.
- Sheila (10/5): - Really great staff and good location.
- Omar (8/5): - The property is old and need refurbishing but staff are nice!
- Juan (10/5): - Great stuff at the front desk and everywhere else amazing people!!!
- Jamie (10/5): - Great location and nice hotel room. Clean bathroom, lots of natural sunlight in the room, and good sized room. Located next to the metro and train stations, with a great spot for pictures of the Eiffel Tower. Can even walk to the Eiffel Tower if you’d like and walk by the cute market streets nearby.
There’s also a laundromat down the road that was super convenient too. Would stay here again!
- Ellie-Mae (4/5): - The hotel it’s self was good for the price. However, throughout my stay, i found ants in my bed, the fridge did not work, there was a leak from the ceiling on a rainy day which caused my friends clothes to be soaked. The hotel staff tried to tape the leak as a temporary solution but did not work. We were offered another room however since we were checking out the following morning it seemed a faff. The lamps at the side of the bed did not work. One of them was taped up straight. There were only limited plug sockets. There was one near the bed but did not work. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered a lot of help when we had issues but the room let the hotel down unfortunately.
- Lauren (10/5): - Great stay close to the airport. The best AC we experienced on our whole trip.
- Shonden (4/5): - Property needs some renovation to modernize the rooms
- Ateeq (8/5): - Rooms were clean and the area was quiet and safe.
- DOUG (8/5): - the elevator went out during our stay and we were on the 5th floor
- Zoltan (8/5): - Very convenient, the rooms are exceptionally clean, well-kept, and nothing can outdo the kindness of their team. Thank you for the exception time I've spent there.
- nadine (8/5): - It was a nice stay
Clean, staff were very friendly
Room very good
Nice area
- Dionne (10/5): - For the price we paid it was better than expected. Receptionists were friendly. Street was quiet and very close to metro. Small rooms but perfect as a base to explore Paris.
- Rachel (10/5): - Had a lovely stay here, the bed was so comfy and the room was lovely and clean
- soma (6/5): - Very small elevator and poor air conditioning
- kadi (6/5): - Crew members attitude
- Arvind (8/5): - Overall good
- joseina altagracia (8/5): - Fue una muy buena experiencia
- Verified traveler (4/5): Shabby not chic: Unclean, unfinish & disappointing - Hotel room looked unfinished and with filler visible on the walls (had not had paint touch ups), stains in the bathroom, 2 mugs with chips all along the rim, and 1 dirty spoon, black and orange mould in the grouting in the shower, stain that looked like blood on the tiles near the toilet. There were holes in the wall. Big punch style holes, not nails. (Pictures attached)
My Safe was locked open, and there was a distinct lack of plugs - one set by the kettle in the adjacent room (which didn't have an aircon unit, and a lamp to light the whole room, which required the second plug), or behind the fridge in a corner of the main room. The adjacent room had curtains which were not blackout, and the privacy net was not separately railed, so you couldn't fully close the darker curtains.
The staff were not friendly, and I tried to use the tea/coffee at the machine one afternoon and was demanded my hotel room number as I wasn't able to use this machine without paying.
When raising, I was told if I wasn't happy I could have an early check out and book nearby (at my own expense - Hotels.com offered the same), but was assured by the hotel staff that the hotel never did part refunds.
They assured me they are currently undergoing renovation (and the communal was is recently repainted), but I feel the rooms require some more love and attention first and foremost.
It is a cheaper hotel, but you get what you pay for. You'd pay less and have a friendlier experience in a hostel.
- Claribel (8/5): - We stay for 1 night and the staff were really nice.
- Simon (8/5): - A very nice property at a great price.
- Timur (2/5): - Room was bad!
- Joel (8/5): - It was a fine accommodation for the price. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. Only negative was construction, either on the property or nearby, which started promptly at 9:30 a.m. every morning. I recommend bringing some earplugs, just in case.
- Helene (10/5): - The staffs was very helpful and the hotel is clean.
- Jennie (10/5): - A big thank you to the front desk staff! They were incredible - super professional, friendly and always willing to help with all my requests (directions, recommendations etc.)
- Kelly (10/5): Great property - Great property in a really good location! Close to public transport, a grocer and some cafes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, and they have AC which was huge!
- Alastair (10/5): - Great hotel stay for one night
- victor (10/5): - Nice place to stay , excellent staff
- Beverly (8/5): - Clean rooms. Within 10 minute walk from metro. Staff kind.
- Fiona (4/5): - Decor is very dated, no international tv channels, had to walk outside to get to room and couldn't open curtains as looked onto ground floor of a courtyard, shower only partially worked.
- Víctor Daniel (10/5): Great find - Receptionist was wonderful. Good location. Clean and good size bathroom for Paris.
- Joanna (10/5): - A super location in a quiet street near the RER and Metro, with friendly staff and cool, comfortable rooms. It exceeded our expectations when booking a "Three star" hotel.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location for us to get around in Paris nice and close to metro
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good value for money. Small room but clean. Good bathroom.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Me and my partner stayed in Paris for 3 days/2 nights so we needed a hotel with good transport links to fit in everything we wanted to do. This hotel is a short walk to the RER train line C.
The hotel itself is everything you want a city break hotel to be, essentials like a bed, hot shower and drinks facilities and nothing too over the top. Plenty of shops and restaurants/cafés near by too.
- Andrew (8/5): - Whilst small in size its a typical Parisian hotel so do not expect large rooms, bars etc. Great welcome and good continental breakfast, good location as well, walkable to the Eiffel tower and the Seine.
If you dont expect too much you will be pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean and adequate storage space and fr some strange reason 2 safes!
- Jackie (4/5): - Location was great, but mold everywhere in the shower.
- Anna (6/5): - My flight got canceled due to Typhoon, the hotel had to go by the policy and refused to help, so they kept an empty room just for me for 4 nights. Yet hotel is pretty clean and close by the train station, indeed convenient and quiet
- Ivan (2/5): Disappointed - I did nt like or enjoy our stay at this hotel. The pictures on the website are totally misleading , Super outdated, My first room was terrible and after I complained they gave me another one slightly better. I would not recommend this place to my friends and I would not come back again
- Karen (4/5): Not satisfied - Room is so small. The shower is plugged and was flooding when taking a shower. There was a bug crawling on the towel. The man who was in reception the next day doesn’t understand being fast when we are in a hurry to leave for the airport. Expensive for the quality.
- nicole (8/5): - This was a comfortable neighbourhood with a good location
- paula (6/5): Two night stay. - Beware. We were put in a building with no lift. Stairs are very narrow and hard to navigate. Be careful when using the public toilets. There was a cellar door that was open to some very steep steps. My daughter nearly fell in. Not very safe. Also very strange that the was no shower curtain and as a result water went everywhere. 2 EUROS for a small cup of very bad coffee from a machine. Would not stay again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel to discover Paris - Nice hotel for a family trip and the hotel room was very clean and convenient for my family the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful
- Emmylou (8/5): - I was trip while walking in the aisle at night. There’s no light in between the other connected building. It was small hotel but overall cleanliness is okay. They just need to change the carpet because it’s very old.
- P (4/5): - Very small double and not clean. I will never recommend anyone
- Sofia (10/5): - Great hotel in a residential area. Close enough to Porte de Versailles to walk to the conference in a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood. Room was clean and modern and comfortable in an older building. Lots of restaurants and stores at walkable distance and close to Eiffel tower.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Lovely location but hotel was a lot smaller than expected! Room was incredibly warm which was uncomfortable overnight but bed was comfy. Staff were helpful when asked about things but didn’t make an effort to say hello and didn’t inform us of anything when we arrived, simply asked if we wanted breakfast and then gave us a room! Location was definitely worth it all though, right next to a metro stop and near the Eiffel Tower
- jki (10/5): - Good central location, lovely room, perfect for the three of us
- Madame (6/5): Small hotel in quiet street - We booked the Mirabeau because of its location, close to metro, bus and RER and the Pompidou hospital. The room was tiny, without adequate storage space, but it was clean and the bathroom, although cramped, had a good power shower. There was a fair amount of noise outside and from neighbouring rooms. The breakfast was OK except for the coffee...
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We stayed twice at the Mirabeau. The rooms were small but clean, adequate and of good value. They accepted our early arrival. The first time they stored our luggage in an unused room and transferred to our room when it was cleaned. The second time they had no unused rooms so we left our luggage in the breakfast area with no problems.
- dav (2/5): Worst Hostel type Motel ever! - This was more like a hostel-not a hotel with misleading pics. Bathroom shower knob kept falling down, it had only half a shower door so water was all over floor, ants were all over, hotel staff was unfriendly, had dark hallway room entry which seemed unsafe, and no lobby. Was in a residential neighborhood, not near happening area. Finally, at checkout-the hotel said we owed an extra city charge of 20 euros and gave us no discount or apology for all the issues.
- Edith (6/5): Good value. - I stayed there a few times and it was fine. This time, first night I got a room that had bad, moldy smell and terrible sounds every time someone used a faucet in another room.
I complained the same day but they were full.
The following day i complained again and got a better room. TV is small and only has French channels.Hangers are high and the kind that cannot be taken off Staff was helpful, hotel is convenient, just need some renovation of plumbing and some bathrooms.
- Jordan (8/5): A very suburban "French" hotel - The room was what I paid for. The wifi was pretty bad, the tv didn't work (which was not a big factor but I did want to see what french tv was), the safe malfunctioned and forced me to keep my passport and laptop at my friend's place. But overall the service was good, the room fine, and the location was perfect
- Verified traveler (10/5): Location near Eiffel Tower - We appreciated being able to leave on luggage at the hotel before and after our stay!
- Laurent (8/5): Good hotel in the 15th - Nice hotel with friendly staff.
- BK (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location! with in 5mins walk to the nearest metro station, 20-25mins walk to eiffel tower. Room was clean and tidy, however the room was tiny, didnt have room to open my suitcase, but what do you expect from that kind of price
- patrice (10/5): Great hotel - On arrival the hotel staff was great, and very helpful. The room was clean and better than I excepted as it was a few of us in the booking, so there was lots of space available. The hotel is near to a metro station and it’s a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. A lovely walk!! There’s also a shopping centre a short walk away as well. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend
- Hannah (4/5): Don’t be fool by the pictures - The rooms are very small. The breakfast was terrible. However, the receptioners were very nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice - The area is good with pharmacys and local grocery stores nearby. The staff is helpful and checked us in right on time. Remember it's Europe so its small. The room is modern good bathroom. The room gets stuffy and you need to open the window often to circulate air and it is cold and raining outside.
- lorraine (2/5): 1* hotel - more like a hostel. - Lowest hotel I have ever stayed in. Spent 21 days in Europe and this was by far the worst, for almost the most money!
1 person elevator, tiny staircase, person wide hallways, filthy soap scum bathrooms. If there was a fire - it would be a deathtrap. Quite far from Eiffel, despite the name, sketchy neighborhood.
- Zoltan (6/5): - I did not get a room I paid for. I admitted, they gave another, but they did not respond to the description.
- Jon (8/5): Good hotel for a couple of nights - Close to the metro made it accessible to all of Paris
- Verified traveler (4/5): Basic - Very small!! Didn’t seem like anything described when booked. A decent walk from the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast wasn’t good, If you don’t get down there early you miss out on things. Can hear the elevator come up and down every time and our room wasn’t even next to it. Walls are thin. Can hear everyone come and go in the Hall way. Very basic. We tolerated the room because we were barely in it.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel with unapologetic receptionist - Had a very bad experience with this hotel. I don't know how it has got 3 stars. It should be no stars at all. The rooms are very small. The hotel is in a very shady area. The staff was worse. I have never seen a staff like this ever. The were rude and unapologetic. We reached at the hotel at 10 am, asked the staff to keep our stuff for few hours before we check in. Where we came at around 3pm, the receptionist had a blank look as if he never wanted us to check in. During the time of check out, I had gone to out for a while, the staff took out out luggage from my room, without any intimation, when I reached at 12:30 i.e. Half an hour after check out time and they by themselves taken out our luggage and had put it in the lobby. There was no room for luggage storage. Thankfully I had packed my luggage, otherwise they would have misplaced my stuff. I asked the person to keep our luggage for a while after check out, the person at the reception nodded with a stern look. These people were highly unprofessional, no courtesy and very unapologetic. This hotel is not recommended at all.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - great hotel for the price, i love it. centrally located. easy access to restaurants, bars, subway.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pleasant stay in Patis - The hotel was in a great location, very close to a train station and a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The room wasn't huge but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and it had a nice window over looking a courtyard. We would stay here again!
- Verified traveler (10/5): great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. - loved my stay here, my room was perfect exactly how I wanted. walking distance to eiffel tower and metro. The staff were very helpful also I would definitely stay here again
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel, great neighbourhood - We were in a small but extremely functional room that was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The neighbourhood is quiet but has a lot of amenities. We found nice restaurants, stumbled onto the street market that is open on Tuesdays and Fridays. The metro and busses are close by and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. We'll be back
- char (6/5): - Having stayed in many 3* hotels before we were a little disappointed with this particular hotel. Reception is a man at a table which is fine but not a wow moment when you walk in. Our room was on first floor and right next to stairs, we were disturbed all through the night and requested to switch rooms the next morning and the guy on reception sorted it for us (although did seem irritated). Second room was much better and no further issues there. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy with air con. Loved the shower! Didn't experience breakfast. As hotel has Eiffel in title we did expect it to be closer than it was as took 25 mins to walk to champ de mars. Really close to metro though and shops and restaurants nearby to. Overall a good base for our trip!
- Robyn (8/5): Nice hotel good location - Great little hotel close to where we wanted to be. Clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay here.
- Carmella (8/5): Newly renovated, close to Eiffel Tower - I chose this hotel because it's walking distance from family living in Paris. It is on a quiet street, rooms are newly renovated with spacious bathroom. No elevator so plan on hiking heavy suitcases up narrow stairs.
- Alison (8/5): Okay...Small but perfectly formed... - We were really happy with our stay....Okay we only used this hotel for the one night, as it was a flying visit to Paris to see our overseas friends and need a place to put our heads down...Great staff, very friendly, helpful and polite. Okay the hotel is small but as we like to say perfectly formed. Lovely room, clean and peaceful. Air con quiet...Area was great, about 15 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower...This was perfect for us...Remember you don't visit Paris to sit in your hotel room...This was just a great place to get your head down.
- luke (6/5): Nice hotel close to the Eiffel Tower but small - Hotel was nice/average, booked this for my girlfriends birthday and looked nice on pictures and when we got there's it was all very small but still nice. Safe didn't work and wasn't sorted out by the staff but overall had everything you needed and was 30 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Would go again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel close to Eiffel Tower. - We had a really nice stay at Hotel Mirabeau Eiffel.
- Edith (6/5): Good value, convenient and pleasant. - I stayed at this hotel a few times. This time I was pleasantly surprised to get a rather large room (could have fit 3). The location is very convenient, decor minimal but modern. The shower needed work as some tiles were crooked/out of place. Staff is ok, and knows some English. Wi Fi works well. A mini fridge and electric kettle make it seem more home like.
- James (8/5): Mirabeau is a great spot - Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern, if a bit small. Location is perfect, especially if visiting Roland Garros. It's a relatively quiet area but there are several good bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. 5 stops on the tube to Notre Dame. We were allowed to leave our luggage after check-out until our return home which was very useful considering the current sensitivity to people carrying cases/backpacks
- Samuel (4/5): Hotel in Paris - It was warm in the room because the AC would not run since the hotel got it disconnected. They said it's too early in the season. The check-in process was smooth. The room and the bed was kept clean. The location was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom space with shower was tiny.
- Kieran (10/5): Nice Location and Great (multilingual) staff - Nice location, 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and train station nearby. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - This hotel is very congested. The room is very tiny. elevator is so tiny that hard to fit one person. bathroom is so small. One good thing is; everything is close by. All the restaurants are walking distance. Eiffel tower is 20 mins walking distance.
- justin (10/5): Great little hotel for the money. - The hotel is very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The room was small but I think that is to be expected in Paris. The neighborhood seemed safe and it was close an RER and metro station which is perfect for site seeing. It was easy to get to the airport, Versailles, Eiffel Tower orsay museum and the louvre. Very clean and the bathroom was unexpectedly nice.
- HHK (2/5): HHK - Room very small and Area not good so nosy ,look like the B&B not Hotel,l not Comment This Hotel !!!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Fantastic hotel. Location was perfect and our family room was huge!
- good budget hotel (8/5): comfortable budget hotel - yeap, it is a good budget hotel, whilst can keep a clean and tidy, renovated, helpful frontdesk and secure service. i stayed this hotel for four days. it took me 10 minutes to underground. Half hour to Eiffel tower. Everything is good except the room size is a little bit small. I will consider this hotel again in no doubt.
- Richard (8/5): nice hotel - everything was nice. the hotel was clean and comfortable. The rooms where a little small but still nice. It was only a 20 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and even less to a very nice mall.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Convenient location - Hotel was close to metro station and walkimg distance to Eiffel tower. Room are a bit small n it was hard to control heater at night.
- John (10/5): Boutique but great - Really convenient location for shops and tourist stuff
- Kathy (8/5): - The stairs leading up to our room where very steep and narrow. Had to navigate them by myself with heavy luggage. They had motion detector lights that came on at night to help navigate them. Not the best coverage when returning to the room after dark.
- Azim ismail (8/5): Good location & clean - I'm glad i picked this hotel! The location is safe, very near to metro (Javel).
Stayed there for 3 days 2 nights, the room is kinda small but the comfort & cleanliness made me feel better.
I don't mind going back there! Oh and not forgetting the help from the receptionist girls, they were helpful too in terms of providing informations on going here and there.
- Sathyanarayana Sharma (10/5): Convenient hotel, great service. - Lovely, neat room. Great service, helpful reception staff.
Though breakfast is an add-on service, to be paid for separately, it was wonderful. Worth the extra 12 euros.
