• Marlene (6/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück - Buffet mit frischen Früchten, Joghurt, Nüssen, Käse etc. vorhanden. Kaffee wird frisch an der Theke zubereitet. Tlw. Schimmel in der Dusche/Bad. Zimmer wirkt kühl und ist nicht gut belüftet. Sehr laute Musik im Frühstücksbereich. Beim Frühstück gab es auch zu wenig Tische.

Персонал был очень приветлив) нам не удалось заселиться в запланированное время, и мне быстро ответили и успокоили что мы можем приехать в любое время. Здесь круглосуточно работает ресепшен , что очень удобно. Завтраки были вкусными, небольшой ассортимент, но вкусно) уборка была каждый день -

Purtroppo la partecipazione all'evento (Internazionali di Tennis al Foro Italico) mi hanno obbligato a cenare fuori tutto ok

• Premundi12 (6/5): Bof... - L'hôtel porte bien son nom et est assez moderne. De plus il est plutot bien placé a 5 minutes de la gare Roma Termini. A 6h30, malgré les rideaux, il est fait grand jour dans la chambre. De plus l'hôtel souffre d'un grand manque d'isolation phonique tant a l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Des que quelqu'un parle dans le couloir ou tire la chasse dans les étages supérieurs...et cela vous réveille. Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas a la hauteur du prix tant sur le choix que sur la qualité. Et pour finir le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas et les produits (shampoing) de piètre qualité.

However, the ro - The reception staff were absolutely lovely; they let us check in an hour early, which was a massive help as we were quite exhausted from our journey. They were also more than happy to look after our bags after we’d checked out, which meant we could have a proper wander around without lugging them about. The room itself was perfectly fine—it was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every morning. The room felt a bit tired and worn out; frankly, it’s stretching it to call this a four-star establishment. To make matters worse, the bed wasn't up to scratch—there were visible stains in places, which was quite off-putting.

• Isamu (9/5): Good location - A very convenient location near Termini. The staff were also very friendly. Although the exterior and rooms are rather plain and not particularly Roman in style, they were clean and there were no issues whatsoever.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and the room was kept clean. I had higher expectations based on the photos, which look much better than the actual room. The space is small with outdated decor, and there was no wardrobe. A major disappointment was being charged €20 for an early check-in of just 3 hours, even though the room was already clean and available; it would have been a nice gesture to provide this for free. Also, no soap was provided or replenished.

• CHIA-YIN (7/5): 還可以 - 地點位置是蠻棒的，然後員工人員也都蠻親切的，床蠻好睡的枕頭很舒服，而且附近還有大型的超市可以採買 房間的電燈非常的昏暗，浴室的淋浴啊，地板上的隔板非常的淺，所以只要一淋浴整個浴室都會淹水，熱水非常的燙皮膚會熟掉的那種要轉到就是冷水才會是比較可以接受的。隔音也比較沒有那麼好，建議走比較大的馬路，如果是走巷子街道的話，那附近都蠻有重的尿騷味，以性價比來說他偏貴

• Danilo (10/5): Short stay in Rome - Location is perfect for travellers needing a short stay in Rome. A special thank to Emma, 10 stars for her as she was very welcoming and helpful during check in. I have got a room upgrade and it was much appreciated since I was arriving from a 12hr flight and needed a good rest. Nothing major to complain. Room was cozy.

Soundproofing isn't perfect, but it's adequate. Spacious shower and toilet. Comfortable room. Dirty water glasses, lip smudges. The shower was terrible. The entire floor was wet, the shower faucet needed repair, making showering uncomfortable. Street beggars would come into the dining room during breakfast. Staff needs to pay attention to the problems with showers and cleaning

Die Putzfrau hat in die 5 tagen, die ich dort war nie richtig geputzt, der boden war teilweise dreckig, dusche auch, und das Geschirr auch. Diese Hotel ist höchsten 2 Sterne und NICHT 4.

• Galit (6/5): - קרוב מאוד לתחנת טרמיני. היינו בחדר 22 מטר שהרגיש גדול ומרווח, השירותים היו קטנים וצפופים מאוד. החדר אטום לרעש מבחוץ אבל לא לרעד מחדרים סמוכים. מקלחת לא נקייה, היה פטרת וחלודה, מקלחת ושירותים מאוד קטנים וצפופים, שמענו רעש מחדרים סמוכים, גם כשהם התקלחו. ארוחת הבוקר דלה, לצערנו הכלים לא היו נקיים. הרגיש כמו 3 כוכבים.
