• Viktor (4/5): Leider zu verfallen - Das Personal ist super zuvorkommend und nett. Die Lage bietet sehr gute Möglichkeiten für Wanderausflüge oder um mit dem Bus nach Bozen zu fahren. Das Frühstücksangebot ist sehr dürftig: - sehr wenig Gemüse und Gemüsegarten - teilweise abgelaufene Joghurts Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich was Ausstattung und deren Zustand angeht.

• Katja (7/5): Traumhafter Blick in die Natur von den Zimmern samt Balkon. - Wunderschöner Blick in die Natur und auf die Berge. Zimmer mit Balkon, Frühstücksbuffet in der Übernachtung inklusive, leckeren Kuchen gab es morgens u. a., Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der Inhaber bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl der Gäste und ist aufmerksam. Kleine Zimmer, Einrichtung optisch älter, Betten bequem, Musik im Frühstücksraum war uns persönlich morgens zu laut. Der Cäsar Salat am Abend war von der Zubereitung kein echter - keine Croutons sondern Scheiben Brot dazu, das Hähnchen war mit Knorpel von einem Hühnchen abgerupft, Parmesan in Minimengen aus der Tüte. Ich würde den Salat anders benennen ;).

• Mirko (10/5): Vacanza in montagna da sogno - Accoglienza incredibile, il proprietario una persona squisita, la cucina veramente ottima e la vista spettacolare, in particolare la sera. Piccoli dettagli, i cuscini troppo grossi e sottili e due coperte divise al posto di una grossa per quanto riguarda il letto matrimoniale. Nonostante ciò ovviamente consigliatissimo.

Non c'era il bagno schiuma nella doccia per potersi lavare ma solo due bustine di shampoo. La finestra era rotta e soprattutto la tenda non la copriva per niente, lasciando entrare un sacco di luce al mattino. Colazione ok.

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, und obwohl wir spät angereist sind, wurde uns noch eine leckere Pizza serviert – ein Zeichen echter Gastfreundschaft. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und sehr einladend. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, und wir fühlten uns beinahe wie Teil der Familie. Für unsere Weiterreise wurde uns sogar ein weiteres Zimmer reserviert – ein Service, den man nicht überall findet. Die Hotelbetreiber sind eine große Familie mit mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Städten – eine beeindruckende Organisation. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Aufnahme – wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

• Nicolas (10/5): - On a passé un très beau séjour avec vue sur la montagne. Un plaisir immense de se poser et regarder la ferme juste en face avec vaches et poules. Le personnel au top, faisant un effort pour être agréable dans notre langue. La piscine, le resto, les aires de jeu pour enfant, le champs de pommes pour se promener, c’est un très bel endroit. Je le recommande. Le resto était très bon, pas très cher. Effectivement les chambres sont un peu petites et le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. Mais le personnel nous a aussitôt donné un autre. C’est chaleureux l’ambiance. C’est reposant. Très reposant. Un des meilleurs hôtels où j’ai été en Italie. Gracié…

• Ann (8/5): Vi är väldigt nöjda med vistelsen på hotellet - Fantastisk utsikt från balkongen med enastående vyer över omgivningen. Rummet rätt litet men funkade bra. Maten god och prisvärd. Personalen var helt fantastisk det kändes så familjärt och go stämning. Råkade ut för liten olycka så fick stanna kvar tre extra nätter, det var inga problem dom löste det för oss perfekt.

• LAURA (10/5): Acogedor - El hotel es acogedor, el personal súper amable y el jardín, terraza y piscina son espectaculares, al igual que las vistas desde la habitación. Sirven cena y desayuno incluido. La habitación es muy amplia. El acceso es una carretera un poco complicada con 8km de subida de curvas cerradas. Las almohadas podrían mejorar. Todo lo demás, genial.

• Irina (4/5): - A check out ti chiedono di pagare tassa di soggiorno nonostante che l'hai già pagata e lo dimostri con la prenotazione online in nostro caso tramite Expedia, ma niente da fare, ti dicono che non vale e devi pagarlà ancora qui in locale, ti rispondono se non vuoi pagare pagano loro per te da la tasca sua. C'è una grossa incomprensione. Se mi chiedono verrei tornare in questo locale ancora una volta o no, io rispondo di NO, assolutamente. Tavoli a cena trovi sporchi di broccoli di pane e ti tocca "soffiare" e pulire da solo, a colazione una sporcizia sotto tavoli con i stuzzicadi rotti e bricioli di pane ancora da giorno precedente, evidente che non si pulisce, mosche DAPPERTUTTO! Noi avevamo la stanza completamente da l'altra parte del locale sotto dove c'era la musica accesa fino ore 23:00 più o meno e non si riusiva a dormire, specialmente se pensi di fare giorno dopo un trecking in montagna e svegliarti presto.

• Erika (6/5): Great Views and Location, but Hygiene Needs Improvement - The property has incredible views and is very close to Bolzano. It also offers a good price considering the region. The owner is a very friendly gentleman. Unfortunately, the room was not really clean and had a smell as if someone had smoked there. But the worst part was the number of flies everywhere — in the room, on the stairs, during breakfast, and all over the food.

Food and our bedroom had one curtain so we couldn't keep the light out in the morning. Not as clean as I would like and no EU plug sockets. Pushy with wine.

Mosche ovunque, appena si entra, in camera e per non parlare del buffet della colazione, non c’era niente di coperto e quindi a fare colazione erano solo le mosche. Noi purtroppo non ne abbiamo usufruito, pur avendola pagata. In camera non c’era l’aria condizionata, lenzuola sintetiche, facevi la sauna. Unico lato positivo il balconcino in camera con vista.

• Name (10/5): very comfortable, clean, with friendly staff - After several hotels, we were finally able to rest in comfortable beds! The room is clean, the staff is very professional and friendly. The owner Zvonko is very charming and his wife is very beautiful! If you stay in this hotel, you won't go to town for dinner, because the food in the restaurant is very tasty! Everything was perfect!

• Rafal (2/5): Ach... - Also ja, die Umgebung ist schön, ja, der Speisesaal ist geräumig und gemütlich und ja, der Besitzer und seine Familie sind super nett. ABER: WI-FI ist praktisch nicht vorhanden (untere Etage). Das Zimmer roch nach kaltem Tabak, selbst nachdem man großzügig gelüftet und eine Nacht darin verbracht hat. Der Boden im Zimmer war schmutzig. Die Terrasse ist zum Heulen traurig: veraltete Möbel, keine Abtrennung zwischen den verschiedenen Terrassen der Zimmer auf derselben Ebene. Dass es in den Gemeinschaftsräumen Musik gibt, ist in Ordnung, aber Südtirol Radio mit voller Lautstärke zu jeder Tageszeit (einschließlich des Speisesaals) ist ein bisschen too much. Das Hotel ist zu diesem Preis ein Witz.

There was something in the building that gave me an instant allergy attack…. Not super friendly when we told them we would not be staying. Super disappointed because it was near the top of the mountain and had an amazing view.
• Lacey (7/5): Good - Eccentric staff. Very very casual. Housekeeping came. The rooms are clean where they need to be: beds, bathroom sink, toilet, shower. But floors dirty. It was just fine for us. Entertaining stay. Perfect for a couple of nights while we prepared for a trek and visited other locations. Great view but very bright lights outside. Breakfast was decent. Dinner, not so much. Would recommend, but just be aware it is very casual. Wifi only works Downstairs in common area.

The outside space was good. It looked a little tired and needed tidying up. It was so dark in all the communal areas. GET SOME MORE LIGHTS! Fix the plug in the sink of room 304 it didn’t hold any water.

• Frida (1/5): Shit hotel - The location was the only thing that was nice and the owner was also a good guy Well.. I would propose to close the hotel actually. It's very very out of date literally everything. It hasn't seen a renovation in decades. Everything is very worn-out and I think the bed, pillows ect is from looong time ago. Not comfy at all. The first room we got was gray and yellow on the shower floor and lots of hairs in the sink. It was so disgusting. We got a new room that was better but we still felt it was not clean at all and we didn't want to touch anything. The restaurant was ok but too expensive for two pizzas and two beers. And for the breakfast that was included. Fruits were old and looked like they could walk out by themselves. Flies in the food and we didn't dare to eat anything more than the youghurt cup that was sealed. The tables were not clean from the morning before. And for this we paid 140 euro!!!! 40 would have been more fair. This is the worst hotel we have been to.

We particularly appreciate the commitment of the hosts, their direct contact and conversation with each guest and making sure everyone was satisfied - something that makes this hotel unique.

This was a disappointing experience. Despite this, we were charged the full price. Furthermore, the area surrounding the hotel is poorly maintained, which significantly limits the view from the restaurant.
