Olivier (8/5): Séjour très agréable dans un joli endroit. - Le cadre est très joli, avec vue sur la mer. Notre Bungalow comportait un jacuzzi privatif très apprécié. L'ambiance familiale du restaurant était très sympathique. Possibilité de manger sur place de très bons plats locaux. La climatisation, qui s'arrêtait lors de nos absences, ne se remettait pas en route automatiquement. Il fallait escalader un rocher implanté dans la chambre pour appuyer sur un interrupteur. Pas très pratique. Pas de possibilité de se baigner dans la mer, la profondeur de l'eau n'était pas suffisante.

Lena (1/5): Absolut nicht zu empfehlen - Aktuell ist das Resort eine absolute Baustelle, das Zimmer roch nach altem Zigarettenqualm, überall lag Baumaterial herum, der Pool war nicht nutzbar, es gab Kakerlaken, der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht und hat gestunken. Es wurde nicht einmal der Versuch unternommen, es für die Gäste halbwegs angenehm zu machen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist und wollte vorab mit dem Management in den Austausch gehen, die weder uns noch booking.com geantwortet haben.

Nicole (8/5): Eine gute Wahl - Schöne Bungalows mit eigener Terasse. Unseres war mit einem Sichtschutz vom Gehweg abgetrennt und hatte Halbschatten. Liegt leider nicht direkt am Meer sondern an einem Seitenarm. An einen Abend war eine kleine Party/Jam-Session im Restaurant, war echt nicht schön anzuhören. Hinweis: Es hat Hunde und Katzen im Resort, die sind sehr freundlich und zutraulich. Daher Türen zum Bungalow stehts geschlossen halten, wenn man keine Katzen drinnen haben möchte.

Cecaloni (9/5): Good stay in Koh Phangan - We had a pleasent stay at Chyana Resort in Koh Phangan, and the staff was also so helpful with the scooter renting. We got a flat tyre after the Waterfall Festival (was actually a classic tourist scam outside of the party) and the lady replaced our moped with a new one without asking questions or charging anything. The price was a bit high for thailand but was on new year evening so is probably understandable

Ulrich (3/5): Abzocke, Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität, viel zu teuer - Welches Frühstück? Die Lage war okay, der Zimmerservice sehr gut. Schrank ohne Fächer, keine Steckdose im Bad, keine Ablagemöglichkeit am Waschbecken, kein Spiegel (ausser dem kleinen Toilettenspiegel), keine Steckdose für den Wasserkocher auf der Ablage über dem Kühlschrank. Die Matratze ist „okay“ – wir wiegen keine 70 kg- die Ringfedern spürt man nur leicht, die Zimmergröße passt. Der Außenbereich ist sehr ungepflegt, der Jacuzi nicht zu empfehlen, die Liegen sind kaputt, die Hängematte sollte entsorgt werden, was beides nach 4 Tagen auch geschah, der Beach ist non-existent, es ist nicht am Meer sondern in einer kleinen Hafenanlage mit entsprechendem Lärm und Gestank den ganzen Tag. Das „Beach“-Resort ist am Popo der Welt gelegen, sinnbildlich, denn direkt am „Strand“ geht das Abwasserrohr in die Bucht – sorry, in das „Meer“. Das Personal entspricht dem „Strand“ und dem „Meer“ – ebenso irgendwo anders aber nicht hier, außer dem Roomservice, der funktioniert super. So viel Lieblosigkeit an einem Ort ist schwer zu ertragen. Also, Fazit: Wer einen Urlaub hier bucht, sollte soviel außerhalb der Anlage unternehmen wie möglich – schlafen ist okay, vor allem, weil es -und das ist auch der einzig wirklich positive Punkt- nicht so viele Mosquitos gibt.

Jotam (10/5): Geweldig om te verblijven! - We hebben het heel weg goed gehad hier met ons gezin! De eigenaren Kyle en Katie zijn geweldig. Leuke, fijne mensen die je gelijk een fijn welkom geven. In de avonden hebben we lekker bij de bar gehangen waar we lekker pool hebben gespeeld, bier hebben gedronken en veel hebben gelachen. Ook kwamen de vrienden van Kyle en Katie langs die het ook erg leuk maakte! Daarnaast hebben we lekker veel gezwommen in een heerlijk zwembad. Wat tegenviel was dat de prijs van booking niet overeenkwam met de prijs die is afgeboekt van mijn creditcard. Ik heb gevraagd om toelichting maar dit schijnt een ‘fee’ te zijn die ik niet kan verklaren. Maar alsnog is dit erg netjes gecompenseerd door gratis biertjes aan de bar dus dat maakte het helemaal goed! Een ander punt van aandacht is dat als je gaat douchen de hele badkamer, inclusief toilet nat wordt. Dat is soms een beetje irritant, maar goed. Daar valt mee te leven natuurlijk.
Thierry (9/5): Cosy nest, quiet rooms, good food - IT is a cozy location, with its own little beach, nice swimming pool along a hill. You probably need a scooter to go around as it is not in a village or city, but you get quiet from that point. lodging is good, bathroom was old but fonctionnal. staff is very nice. I recommend you stay for dinner and get your food mad by Jor, she is a wonderfull cook (but ask if she will be there or not), bar sitting outside is nice too bathroom are old fashion, comparing to the rest. Some bar drinks like beers are too expensive (100% from supermarket price)

Natalie (7/5): Tolles kleines Resort - Das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und schön. Ausstattung allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen. Den Whirlpool auf der Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen. Die direkte Strandlage war auch nicht zum genießen, kein Wasser nur Watt und leider auch ziemlich verdreckt.

Das Frühstück war teurer als in der Karte angegeben. Auch der Zimmerservice kam nicht. Da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, kein Problem. Wir haben aber auf Nachfrage 2 neue Flaschen Wasser bekommen.

Philipp (10/5): Wunderschöne Zimmer & großartiger Host - Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Poolbereich ist super gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Der Host ist 1A – herzlich, hilfsbereit und für tolle Gespräche zu haben. In der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants – unbedingt den Host nach Tipps fragen! Das Meer wirkt nicht besonders einladend zum Baden bei Ebbe, doch der Pool gleicht das absolut aus.

Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The beach and pool are great. The beach itself might not be great for swimming, but you can get a nice view from the pool. The host is verry friendly and chatty which was great. The bar does have some peppery prices but there is a convinience store close by, 5 minutes on foot. You can also rent a scooter directly in the resort. It might not be the newest models but the bring you from a to b. Overall i would Highly recomend this Resort.

The only thing that really bothered me is the stained smelly curtains in my bungalow. They could definitely use a wash. But apart from that everything was good.

Bed linens and towels were of good quality. Short moto ride to restaurant and shops Technically it’s beachfront but not the beach of my dreams. Plenty of beaches nearby. The view was good over the water to the fishing pier.

Christian (3/5): In Term of price/performance was the resort the worst we had on our whole Thailand trip. - The staff was very friendly, the outdoor area was very nice with its own small jacuzzi and access to the sea. The communal pool was also very large. The location is central and very quiet. The bed had the worst mattress I've ever had to sleep on. You could feel the metal springs and it creaked with every movement. I couldn't sleep more than 4 hours a night and woke up in pain every day because you had to sleep directly on metal. For the price we had to pay, you can expect a decent bed. Therefore, in terms of price/performance, the resort was the worst we had on our 4-week trip to Thailand.

John (2/5): A complete disaster from my point of view. Our one nights sleep was ver poor as the quilt cover on the double bed only f - Nothing really It was dangerous. Steep steps down from the bedroom to the walkway with no support rail. My wife is 78, one miss step and our holiday is finished. We tried to walk locally to find dinner, the recommended restaurant was closed, my wife narrowly missed getting hit by a pick up truck and we could not find anything nearby that could provide a menu or converse in English. We caught a song tow into town and saw two motorbike accidents in the 3km trip to town. My wife said there is no way she is getting on the back of bike on such a dangerous and poorly maintained road. You cannot walk on the beach at Cyana, there are boulders and trip hazards everywhere and around the pool and lounge. The resort is totally inappropriate for a couple in their 70,s such as we are. I informed the owner early next morning that we did not feel safe, he said he understood and was very sorry for us. He promised he would not charge for the second day of our booking but 24 hours later payment was charged to my credit card. I e mailed the property to inform of this in the hope it was an error on their part, however 24 hrs later that have not replied or even acknowledged receipt.

Alicia (9/5): One of our favourite resorts, clean, comfortable and neely renovated with a gorgeous view and friendly staff - The manager/owner was super friendly and chatty, the accommodation is really nicely and newly decorated with a lot of thought for guests (including drying rack, comfortable seating and a hammock for each room) the bed is very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Also stunning view from the room Nowhere to park cars so we had to park at the end of the road away from the resort. Our duvet was also very small and narrow for the bed so was not big enough for two

Morten (10/5): Excellent resort. Great with kids! - Excellent stay! Super friendly staff. Great pool in the middle of the Complex right next to the bar/restaurant. Stayed with 3 kids (4,8,10) very comfortable with to adjoining rooms. Rentet scooters at the Resort to go around the island. After 30 days in Thailand and 10+ different lodgnings, this is our favorit.
Tomer (10/5): Exceptional - Okay, so here's my story. I came to Copenhagen in a rather spontaneous fashion, and very little was planned. When the full moon party was approaching, I noticed that the prices were going up and up, and there were fewer and fewer rooms available in various dormitories along the south side of the island and in general. I considered spending one night in Kosovo, but decided eventually against it. This one night in this resort cost me as much as 10 nights in some of the cheaper dormitories I was in in the island. But the resort is indeed lovely. The rooms are large and clean and well furnished, and the owner is very friendly, like most owners on the island, even perhaps a bit more than average due to him being an American. But to be perfectly honest, I was a bit lonely. I had a much better time staying at a cheap dormitory and having lots of people to talk to than having a nicely sized, clean private room, but all other people on the resort were part of groups or families, and there were no other solo travelers there. So I had no one to chat with in the afternoon and in the evening. Let's say I had a lot fewer people to chat with. But I definitely had a positive experience in terms of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff.
Alisa (10/5): We would stay again! - Great room, super clean, beautiful property, daily housekeeping & fresh towels. We would stay again! The location is not in walking distance to the main area, but to rent a scooter to get around the island is a good idea anyway :) there is free parking for scooters as well!

Ott (9/5): Relaxing place for unwinding with friendly people - accommodation itself is a dream, people are incredibly friendly, kind and fun, room is very spacious & has many hangers & hooks to hang stuff, nice potent aircon, tea/ coffee & heater, located at the south of beach = quiet Fridge in the room was very old/ not really clean & smelly, location is a bit away from restaurants and you need to walk a little alley to get there because cars cannot drive there

Evyatar (10/5): Paradise in Koh Phangan - The definition of home - just abroad! The family like approach of this fantastic hotel, the facilities, personalized service from A-Z (yes even the scooter rent) all way to Mama’s food (you must try her Pad Kapaw) I have nothing but good words to say about this hotel. The only ‘disadvantage’ is that during the day in some seasons the tides just make the ocean disappear, but it did not really bothered us as we travelled to the public beach.
