• samanthas298 (10/5): Fabulous hotel! - We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Navona Colors. It was sparkling clean and smelled lovely every day. We were in room 204 and it was perfect, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and the toiletries were divine! Every member of staff was friendly and very helpful. It is located on a lovely cobbled street that is bustling during the day and evening, there are some lovely cafes, bars and restaurants along the street but as soon as we closed the windows, it was perfectly quiet and we slept like logs every night! All the tourist attractions are within a 30-40 minute walk, Piazza Navona is a 10 minute walk away and is a lovely place to sit and have dinner and drinks. We can highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

• erniep10 (2/5): Do not bother staying here. - We were very disappointed in the service and response to our concerns. We booked a Superior room and received a regular room. They charged our credit card immediately for the full amount of the Superior room which they said has a problem with it. They stated they could not reverse charges and offered a buffet breakfast as the solution. If we wanted the buffet breakfast, we would have booked it. In the US your room doesn't get charged (only a hold on CC) until you check out. In the US if they do not provide what you booked they will make it right by you. Maybe charge for the lower priced room AND provide the breakfast. I booked the Superior room for a reason... not my problem there was an issue with it. After haggling and going back and forth they finally provided a car to the airport. Not impressed with the small room or the response to my concerns. Would never stay there again?

• Elizabeth Masotti (6/5): Ok, com algumas observações importantes - Café da manhã bom (ovos mexidos, pães, cornettos e frutas). Fazem o café na hora e é ótimo. Equipe gentil. Localização boa para caminhadas, fica em ZTL, não recomendado para quem está com carros. Tem diferentes restaurante e cafés a curtas caminhadas do hotel. Limpeza impecável. Amenidades boas: touca, shampoo, sabonete e afins. A grande decepção foi com o quarto, o quarto tem pouca iluminação natural e é diferente de 95% das imagens publicadas. A janela abre, mas é diferente das fotos do anúncio. Não tem janela ampla como aparece nas imagens, fica para os fundos e causa uma sensação de claustrofobia, se você sofre com ansiedade, pode não se sentir bem. Inclusive foi um dos pontos que influenciaram a nossa escolha pelo hotel: parecia arejado e com iluminação natural. Tentei solicitar troca de quarto e não havia outro disponível, nem mesmo pagando upgrade. Meio que "sinto muito, é o que temos" - nada foi feito a respeito e a funcionária, apesar de querer ajudar, parecia limitada sem ter alternativas para oferecer. Outro ponto negativo foi o banho: Vazou água no box do banheiro, acredito que se a porta fosse de correr, o funcionamento seria bem melhor e vazaria menos água. A pressão da água oscilava no chuveiro. Cama levemente afundada de um dos lados, dei azar!

Woken up every morning at 0530 whist breakfast was being set up also heard running water continuously throughout the night. The bathroom was down two steps which was extremely dangerous. My partner had a nasty fall in the night. The step needs illuminating or an automatic light when the door is opened.

• Lorraine (10/5): - Hotel Navona Colors- what an excellent find 😁A small boutique hotel, The location was excellent- we walked to everything never needed trains buses or taxis which was amazing. 5 mins from Piazza Navona with loads of restaurants and bars and through all the side streets but far enough away to be quiet at night-time. As long as you can use Google maps you will always find this hotel on foot. Bedroom- We were in room 103 which was facing to the front of the building really large, with high celings and very comfortable- air-conditioned and large bathroom with rainfall shower. There was a lovely smell in the room everyday almost like a spa fragrance which was really fresh and the room was made up with fresh towels every day. Could not fault it Breakfast was continental with plenty choice, no variation to the selection each day but there was scrambled eggs and bacon, cereal, fresh fruit, ham, cheese and salad and a wide choice of Italian pastries and cakes .The breakfast serving area is small but if anything runs out we just asked and the server who was happy to replenish the dishes. Choice of freshly made coffees and teas everything was more than enough to start your day and always served with a smile every day.- excellent service Hotel staff were very accommodating, they booked private taxi transfer from and to FCO airport straight to hotel door- we'll worth the €60 flat rate each way. Our driver met us at the airport with our name clearly shown and we were at the hotel in 40 mins. No pulling suitcases through cobbled streets - highly recommend this service. Over all we were delighted with our Hotel choice and would 100% recommend to stay here and would choose to stay here again if we return to Rome. Nothing- everything was excellent.

• garycK4603TS (10/5): Fantastic Stay - Fantastic hotel. Great location, really friendly staff, clean and well maintained rooms. We stayed on the ground floor (room 36) and it was very spacious. A little noisy into the night from the street but I guess that's typical of a busy city. Breakfast was great, again with really friendly staff. On our day of departure we found their luggage storage offer (free of charge) to be very useful as it allowed us to continue to explore Rome until our flight departed in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Rome. Great value!

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um Rom zu Fuß zu erkunden. Man kann sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb einer 1/2 Stunde fußläufig erreichen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es möglich, nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen.

But big enough, it even has a little kitchen area with fridge. Very secure . We walked to everywhere 45 mins walk to Vatican. Plenty of buses around if needed. Breakfast was perfect staff were lovely very helpful and polite. Towels changed daily, all good quality and bed sheets the same. Would stay again.

• Bella49Whisper (8/5): A Gem of a Hotel - We had an enjoyable stay at Navona Colors Hotel, the location was very good and close to all the main attractions. Breakfast was adequate. All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the Reception staff who really helped us sorting out a transfer problem. Silva in particular we couldn’t thank more, he was extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. We had a superior balcony room but it wasn’t as expected however, it was clean and served a purpose . Great reasonably priced hotel in an ideal location.

Pas bien isolé, on entend quand il y a du monde dans les couloirs. Pas suffisamment d'eau chaude, l'eau a été régulièrement tiède voir froide.
