Sergio (4/5): - Short distance to Lakeland airport The room was really dirty, the garbage bin had a new plastic bag, but the bin itself was full of residuals and stink. The floor is missing a mop for ages. I asked for servicing the room for 3 consecutive days, only on the 4th one they "cleaned".

Tuve que mandar a que lo limpiaran. Igualmente necesitan limpieza a fondo. La bañera mal reacondicionada lo que le daba aspecto de sucio. Nadie entró a limpiar en los 5 días y tuve que ir a cambiarme las toallas por mi mismo

Susan (5/5): I was ok for what it was. - the room was clean when entered. The door look loose, bugs in the room and my dogs got fleas. Bed was ok. The shower I am tall but steping over the tub height was damagerous. Also you ask people to pick up after there dogs and no one does. Why don't you have an employee use a scoper to pick this up weekly it would be a lot better.

B282GZdianeb (2/5): Worst Hotel Ever! - This location was sold out, probably because its the cheapest hotel in the area. For a Motel 6 it cost us, with a military discount, $106 a night. The room was dirty, floor peeling up causing a safety hazard, the wall beside the tub is rotting, the tub is so discolored it's hard to know where the grunge stops and starts, the buttons to control the air conditioner have rotted off and some idiot thinks that it's alright to blast his boom box/radio at peek volume at 9pm in the hotel courtyard. If that's not enough the TV was blasting when entered the room and there was no remote. We called the front desk from our cell phone as the phone in the room is dead and was told someone would stop by our room. The clerk showed up, dropped a remote in my husband's hand and said she would be back. She never returned. After waiting 45 minutes my husband went to the office to get a new remote, as the one that was delivered did nit work. As my husband was standing in the office another guest was upset over their room and was being told there are no refunds. This location should be paying the guests to stay here or should be leveled. It would serve better as a sanitary dump as it is already on its way.

I left my drink on the night stand only to wake up to 3 roaches in my cup and crawling on the nightstand. The people down the sidewalk was loud and obnoxious. I asked for a manager to contact me and never received a call. I was in town for my moms funeral and this is not acceptable at all.
