- Donna Greer (9/5): This is our go-to lodging when we travel south. - Convenient A bit noisy

- walter (9/5): Fantastically clean accommodations, and considerate, polite staff. - Breakfast was fine. I did appreciate that it was restocked consistently through the course of the meal, and that the service folk were polite. Can't think of anything I didn't like.
- Barbara (10/5): -
- Martin (8/5): - Clean quiet and comfortable and friendly staff. No elevator and very very basic “breakfast” foods.
- Gerald (8/5): Nice clean hotel, friendly staff, extremely good value. - Every worker was pleasant and professional
- M (8/5): I've stayed at Granzellas a couple of times and they have been consistnetly a value. - Staff was very courteous and the facility was clean and quiet. It is nice to have the restaurant next door as the deli is great. Overall a nice place for me to stop when I'm traveling. The AC unit was the typical wall unit that was noisy and a bit inefficient. Kinda hard to sleep thru. I was disappointed the restaurant was closed and although the lounge was open, it was very busy and no place to sit.

- Kara (5/5): This place was probably once contemporary and comfortable, but hasn't been upgraded in many years. - We arranged a late arrival, and they responded and were (eventually) there. The place would be really nice if they upgraded it - it's ready - everything is really dated! I had to ring the bell several times and wait quite a bit before anyone responded, even though we arranged a late arrival. The room had dirt in the corners and the rug was stained - everything was very dated. The breakfast is bare bones - pretty bad.

- bogenhuber (9/5): Enjoyed it after a good meal at the sportsbar - All o.k.all.o.k.

- Betty (8/5): - The place was clean & quiet. I arrived ard 9:30 pm. Staff was there, but didn't do more than take my info & give me room keys. I needed to ask abt check out time, where breakfast was & the times it was available. When I booked the expedia write up said it had a fitness room which I was excited abt, but when I got there they no longer d went to look at it I followed the signs and I couldn't find it. I asked the staff person & s

- Kelli (10/5): - I love Granzella's Inn. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always friendly. They are small town vibes and I feel very safe there. They are dog and kid friendly as well. And the restaurant is perfect for grabbing a quick pizza after a long drive. It is an excellent place to stop for the night. It has charm and character as well. No complaints!

- Jennifer (10/5): - Love visiting Granzella’s for a nice “staycation” from Sacramento. Affordable rooms, the lounge and restaurant is great! The shopping to stock up on pantry items and the new expanded pool area is great.
- Christopher (8/5): - Good hotel in a small town. Fairly basic but nice to have an adjacent restaurant and deli. Generally clean and friendly. This is our usual stopover in an area without a lot of alternatives. Biggest negative is that the free breakfast isn't much. Suggest you eat breakfast elsewhere.
- Olivia (10/5): -
- Russ (8/5): -
- Jill (10/5): - As always, a great place to stay, clean, great customer service and excellent food across the parking lot.
- Linda (10/5): - Very nice Inn. Rooms were nice and the restaurant was very good.

- Vincent (10/5): Best in Williams - Plentybof parking for trucks and cars with trailers. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is slim but good. I'd say the best place to stay in Williams
- Alice (10/5): - This was a nice place to stay with a restaurant across the parking lot. Decent stay, reasonable price.
- Jaye (10/5): -
- michael (8/5): Very good road stop - Room clean and bed comfortable.
No Elevator some may want ground floor. Granzella’s Deli is outstanding and usually busy. Starbucks near by for early morning departure.
- Luschen (9/5): - It was the closest good lodging to our family up in Stonyford. All good
- ARACELI (8/5): - The hotel is great when you are passing through and need a comfortable place to spend the night. the room was clean and very spacious, the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nicely decorated. They offered a decent continental breakfast, but they are also located across Granzella's Restaurant/Store, which was great to eat at and shop.
- Kari (10/5): Great stay - Great stay, great accommodations, food selections just across parking lot, and fun pool. Will return for sure! Thank you!
- Wendy (8/5): - The rooms are always clean and comfortable and welcoming to dogs. But walking more than a block from the hotel seems dicey. The onsite restaurants have good food.
- Paul (10/5): - Good location.
- Tim (8/5): - Construction,pool closed to early
- Ben (3/5): Poor - There was very loud construction happening during our stay and we had a late check in and wouldn't have stay here had we known there was construction.
- Nicole (8/5): Very good - Location House keeping knocking on our door at 7:30 am
- Michael (10/5): - Restaurant was excellent; food and service. I thought the burger price was high until it arrived. Half pound lean meat, sweet potato fries were the best i ever had! Also had cocktails and they were excellent! Got our money's worth!
Highly recommend and will stay there again.
- James (10/5): - Easy access, quick and easy parking and check in and they have their restaurant next door
- Salvador (10/5): - Good
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Douglas (9/5): Superb -
- Nate (1/5): Not dog friendly - The location The staff was very rude and upsetting.. they were rude off the top about us having dogs.. it's a "dog friendly" hotel apparently not.. they didn't like us bringing the dog through the front door. The lady at the front desk had a disgusted look on her face when she saw us.. we did nothing wrong and felt like they didn't want us there..
- Jessica (10/5): Dog-friendly and People friendly - Front desk person was super nice and the fee for the dogs was reasonable. Clean room, comfortable bed.
- Lynne (8/5): - Always a pleasure both the hotel and restaurant.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excellent as always!
- Rita (9/5): Superb - Convient location, great restraunt, comfortable beds.
- Rita (9/5): Superb - Room was comfortable, location was great. We love the restraunt and gift shop. Due to the time of year and probably the heat, there were large crickets and beetles in the pool and surrounding area. Enough that my boy had to really consider of he actually wanted to swim.
- Edwin (10/5): Exceptional - We stay here when we travel to see family in central California. It's the best motel for the price we've ever found, and we travel quite often. Their pub next door is also great fun.
- Lynne (8/5): - Always have refreshment when you come and a fresh fruit bowl. Staff always friendly and accommodating. Clean rooms with Everthing you need and sufficient breakfast in the morning. Easy in and out.
- David (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed it- - Clean, comfortable and convenient location. Great restaurant for dinner and breakfast!
- Mike (10/5): - Food right across the parking lot (GREAT Food!)
