- Patrick (8/5): - A couple of electric outlets not working. Just one tiny thin bar of soap, no other lotions/cleaners they are usually provided in hotels. Otherwise it was very nice.

Out of 5 different hotels we stayed in on our trip last week this was by far the worst. Red Roof SeaTac was way better as well as Ocean Star Inn in Sequim. The shower felt dirty but the room did have hot water.

- ELIZABETH (10/5): - Absolutely love the front desk, lady. She was so sweet and so accommodating and was 100 percent hospitality expert. Every time we walked in, she greeted us asked us how we were doing if we needed anything answered any questions. the pool was warm, Loved it! little sad that the hot tub wasnât working. The game area was so cute.
- Harold (6/5): - I liked the fussball and pingpong tables near the lobby but the pool had no hot tub. The frisbee course outside was crawling with mosquitoes and unfortunately my son and i had a half dozen bites. There should have been a large sign warning of heavy mosquito presence. Also there was mold on the ceiling and the beds had no headboards. We wanted to use the đĽ pits but there was a burn ban in effect and previous times we weren't allowed either. However the very next day in Seaside Oregon south of Westport we could have as many beach fires we wanted. So from now on Seaside Oregon will be our preferred destination.
- Tim (6/5): - We stayed for just the night. We did not use the amenities lime the pool, ping pong, etc. The room was a good size and clean with a comfy bed. It is near the ocean and very secluded. There was a resort fee of $20, which after charging $200 for the room, seemed a bit excessive.

- William (6/5): - This property is not walkable to any stores or restaurants. Outside is well kept, but the inside needs updated. There is alot for kids to do. Rooms are on the small side.

Location wise , it is a little bit far from westport downtown if you just want to â walkâ to the shops and eat out. in addition , their mattress are a excellent change for this place, I can say it is a plus !!

A plus was its proximity to the beach and the ocean view but the amenities were seriously lacking, especially since they ask you to pay extra for them. The rooms were dated and beds were uncomfortable. Also having no air conditioning made the rooms pretty warm

- Angelita (4/5): - My family has been staying here for over a decade. Through ownership and staff changes, we have almost always enjoyed our stay here. This time however, we were put in an outdated room where the toilet just about flooded when flushed, such a waste of water. The shower barely worked and was dirty. Beds looked new but were like fabric w air inside. No air conditioning and the rooms were uncomfortably hot Staff was very unfriendly for no know reason..felt like walking on eggshells having to request towels at the front desk. The indoor pool, gameroom, and outside park are very nice. Hot tub has been closed for over 5yrs..just fyi. No breakfast and charge a lot more than other places near by that have similar amenities.

- Tina (6/5): - The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms very clean but very outdated. moved rooms because of Wi fi and that is what runs the TV as they don't have cable. Bed in second room was much better as it had a box spring, and the other was mor like a dorm room bed.
- Katherine (6/5): Quiet, quick stay - My family stayed here for three nights. We had to wait at check-in for someone to check us in. It was a quick process thankfully. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom had some spots that had been missed. My kids mentioned that the room and bathroom felt small to them but the beds were fairly comfortable. I was glad I brought my own pillow though my kids didn't seem to care about the pillows provided. I was thankful for the size of the fridge because we brought most of our food with us. The room also had two fans for us to use and we really appreciated that. The game room was fun for my kids and they asked to stop by it anytime we were coming/going. They also loved the pool area but two things that frustrated me as an adult were the hot tub was out of order and the general cleanliness of the pool area (including the bathroom) was questionable. The walk to the beach took us about ten minutes and we spent most of our time there. The drive to the "downtown" area took about 7 minutes and we found many good places for dinner and to shop. We had a nice stay even with the aforementioned issues.

- Jerry (10/5): - Expedia deceived me into getting a room on the fourth floor double queen which an hour after booking the room and paying for the room I was informed by the hotel that Expedia didnât have the right to sell that room and they did no longer had it available but they did have a room with a single bed Which I was already on my way. I just wish I wouldâve been able to get what I was paying for.

- Andrea (4/5): Worst hotel bed - The worst hotel bed Iâve ever slept in! Totally slumped in, ended up sleeping lower corner of bed only firm spot. Way over priced for old hotel.

- Donald (6/5): - The grounds were very nice and the location was convenient. But claiming to be a resort is a stretch. It fills the bill as a 2 to 3 star motel. They claim to have a frisbee golf course but it is only two holes. Their advertised putting green was a joke. It was so poorly maintained that it was even hard to find. Seemed to us the Resort claim was only to tack on a $20 Resort Charge.

Upon checking into my room I found hair in the bath tub, dark drops of something on top of the sink and also lots of hair on the floor near kitchen table. Only one outlet worked which made it difficult to charge several phones. Jacuzzi doesnât work. Pool water was really cold and also had hair floating. Advertising pics are much appealing!

The rooms are clean, itâs quiet, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, walking distance to the beach (which is a must when we visit the coast) and this time I booked a room that had a fireplace which was lovely! Always a pleasure to stay.

- Shirley (8/5): - Our one major complaint were the electrical outlets in the room. Some of them were loose so I couldnât get the plug to stay in. And half of them only worked if the light over the table was on, so of course you couldnât have anything plugged in at night. With all our devices, outlets are a bit of a necessity.
- Amy (2/5): - Check in was horrible. No one was at the desk and no sign. Stood there for 30 minutes before we called and someone answered. The room was dirty and disgusting. We ended up having to leave a day early and we were told a refund for the last night was not possible. Very disappointing. We have stayed here before and it wasnât like this.

- Amber (8/5): - It was really quiet. Very basic room. The room was missing a lot of paint above the back slider door, and there's baseboard heat in the room that's really loud. It woke us all up every time it turned back on. It was annoying. The hot tub is out of order and was a huge reason why we picked this hotel. There wasn't sitting about it being broke anywhere.

- Jennifer (8/5): - This is our favorite place to stay while on the coast. Superb staff, so friendly and helpful. Love the location, walking distance to the beach! Only issue we had was our room wasnât warm enough. Only had a small wall heater and it was cranked.
- Gabriel (10/5): - Great Customer Service and Pet Friendly. Thatâs why Iâm giving 5 starts. The room was ready for us on time, clean and convenient. They assigned to us a room in the first floor where we had access to a nice garden and park area without bothering the rest of the guess with my dog. We just had to open the sliding doors and got access to our car and were able to walk my dog. Again the room was convenient! We watched a couple of TV shows with their Roku TV system which was great. Hot water and heater working as expected. The location is just perfect, really close to the beach and we close to Westport town where we got some pizza and went to the grocery store. Of course we got the chance to explore the area and sleep in a warm bed.
