• Peter (10/5): The staff checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed before arriving. TheyFound them VERY helpful. - Location, and more importantly the staff were exceptional. One of the EV chargers not working albeit it is managed by a third party.

• mohamedirba (10/5): Quiet and efficient - Great quiet hotel. Very friendly staff and cute cafe downstairs. The bed was extra comfy, shower was hot and aircon/heating worked. Efficient for your needs. Small room but I don’t mind and that’s pretty standard for hotels nowadays.

There was noise from other rooms. Best lemon lime and bitters but the 1/2 price happy hour cocktail kahlua and milk was so weak didn’t bother drinking it.

• Paige (10/5): Perfect for a short stay for 2 - Comfortable stay. Rooms are really small but comfortable enough if it’s just two of you and you’re not spending a lot of time in the room. Free parking is great and staff were really friendly.

• Brooke (8/5): A great stay in beautiful Bendigo - Another great stay at the Mercure, Bendigo. From the moment I arrived the staff were so very welcoming, even the cleaners each morning were on for a friendly chat. The foyer/restaurant area is comfy and great for a drink or dinner/breakfast. A short stroll to beautiful Lake Weroona and the city. Be sure to get the Banana Honey smoothie from the cafe….elite! The rooms are on the smaller side.

Probably the nicest and friendliest staff in any hotel I have stayed in. People make the experience and you have great people. Please help your team by having an extra person in cafe when busy. They are great and I felt for them as it was busy in the morning and at dinner and they need some support but they soldiered on and were really great such genuine people that I wanted to help them they were so flat out. Ella is amazing made everyone feel at home and knew everyone’s first name Including the kids. I really couldn’t recommend your hotel enough, rooms are rooms, staff make the difference and thanks to all the team for making our trip such a great experience. Darren

• James (2/5): Terrible. Won’t be back. If I could figure out how, I’d get a regund. - Neat, clean and convenient. Chain smoker in room below or next to me meant my room stunk. No staff on to help me change rooms. All rooms on the hospital side have the constant noise from the large Airconditioning compressors. Paid nearly $200 for only 4 to 5 hours sleep in a stinky room. Got offered a free coffee as a good will gesture! lol.

The accomodation was a very short walk to Bendigo Hospital which was very useful to us on this Occassion. The staff provided excellent customer service. The room was on the small side for the price.
