• Hans Sebastian (1/5): Vorsicht, uns wollten sie betrügen. Viel Ärger, Geld und einen Urlaubstag verloren. - Das Superpro Samui als Gym macht optisch einen guten Eindruck. Für fortgeschrittene Kämpfer geht's aber glaube nicht ohne die Buchung von Einzeltrainings. Leider ein Betrug. Superpro Samui wollte uns über den Tisch ziehen. Meine Partnerin und ich, beide Kickboxer/Trainer, hatten das Superpro für eine Woche gebucht, um ein Minitrainingslager in unsere Reise einzubauen. Gute Zimmerkategorie, Meerblick, Badezimmer mit Trennwand, WLAN, usw. Geführt wurden wir in ein Zimmer in einem Hinterhof mit zerrissenen Vorhängen, einem dreckigen Bett mit Brandflecken von Zigaretten und Sekreten, schmutziger Bettwäsche, einer schimmligen Dusche in der Größe einer Abstellkammer und hinter den Vorhängen der Bick auf ein hässliches altes Welldach. WLAN gabs auch nicht. Dieses Zimmer war nicht bewohnbar! Auf Vorhalt bekamen wir die Antwort, dass das Zimmer auf den Bildern anderes aussieht, weil booking.com das so macht. Wir könnten es zwar ablehnen, aber Geld zurück gäbe es nicht. Als Entgegenkommen dürften zweimal den Pool kostenlos benutzen, der eigentlich im Angebot inklusive war. Für den wollten sie jetzt pro Stunde und Person 400 Bath. Habe dann auf das gebuchte Zimmer bestanden und die Frau meinte, dass es das nicht (mehr) gibt. Das sei ein ganz anders Gebäude. Wir wären im "alten Gebäude", weil Superpro Samui ausgebucht sei. Habe der Dame gesagt, dass wir sicher nicht in dem Zimmer bleiben werden. Darauf meinte sie nach meinem Eindruck süffisant, wir könnten ja versuchen jetzt am Abend noch etwas anderes auf Koh Samui zu finden. Als ich dann gesagt habe, dass ich es bei booking.com melden werde, meinte sie, dass ich das gerne machen soll. Die würden uns da auch nicht helfen. Gesagt, getan, auf eigene Kosten in London angerufen. Paar Minuten später war das Geld wieder auf meinem Konto und bei Superpro Samui liefen die Telefone heiß. Habe dann Lichtbilder vom Zimmer gemacht und an booking.com gesendet. Direkt danach war Superpro erstmal raus aus booking.com, der "Geschäftsführer" und ein "Investor" riefen an und booking.com war auch in der Leitung. Lasst euch nicht betrügen!

• Rosalie (5/5): - The room was pretty clean and the hotel booking includes access to all classes. During training the trainers do pay attention to you and come up to you to correct you, or offer to do more advanced training with you if they notice you’re training to compete/ are a professional fighter The training here is mainly for tourists :( at least the Muay Thai class. There are like 2-3 fighters training, the rest is all tourists trying for the first time or just wanting to lose weight/ work out a little. If you want to make progress here, be prepared to pay for a private class every day. Was excited to use the pool but the access to the Pool is not included, you have to pay 400 baht a day to use it (12€) MOST IMPORTANT If you book a Bed in a cheaper fighter room for 4 people, my room was behind the boxing ring, I could hear EVERYTHING, every punch, every conversation, from 6am till 10pm my room was super loud (also lots of noises at night from the neighborhood and the window wouldn’t shut right) I could not be there and did not feel comfortable with the 24/7 loud noise, not the best for recovery. Overall pretty disappointed, this gym is not what I expected, despite the great looking training facility

• Jan (4/5): Good training Facilities, But the terrible Beds Ruined the Stay - I feel truly conflicted about my experience. The staff, gym, and facilities, like the pool, are very nice —everything you need for good training is available. However, the beds were an absolute nightmare, and unfortunately, that overshadowed everything else I’m not picky, but the beds here were, by far, the worst I’ve ever encountered. What they provided wasn’t even a proper mattress—it was thin fabric wrapped around metal springs. All night long, I could feel the springs digging into my body. It was impossible to get any sleep. Since a good night’s sleep is the primary purpose of a hotel, I have to give a very low score. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart and invests in proper mattresses, as that should be the bare minimum for guest comfort.

• Tiffany (9/5): super fun camp - loved my stay at superpro so much ! first time doing Muay Thai and the trainers and gym was so much fun! the trainers and staff were so patient with the group classes and made it so enjoyable. The accomodation was clean and comfortable and having training included for free was a bonus! the open gym also has enough for a good workout nothing loved it
• Fergal (7/5): Good - Great trainers at the Muay Thai gym. All classes are free. Very clean. You have to pay 300 baht to use the pool. This was not mentioned in the listing at the time of booking. The reception staff were unhelpful about this problem. The manger was especially unfriendly and seemed to suggest she would cancel my booking if I complained. Expect lots of noise early in the morning due to fitness classes starting. It's fine if you plan to join the classes but probably annoying if you want to sleep in.
• Liudmila (9/5): Superb - Good for its price. Training facilities on the spot is a good option. Payment was quite troublesome, maestro was not accepted. They also could not charge credit card in advance for some unknown reason.

• Lucy (8/5): Supreme Training Experience - Stayed for here for two weeks. Great place to train Muay Thai and get fit (also has gym, Crossfit and pool on the same complex). Cant wait to return in the future to do more of that. Best to have scooter if you do stay here, unless you dont mind walking or paying a taxi.
