- Sebastian (9/5): - Breakfast was wonderful, this place would dominate if it was a restaurant. Perfect meal for someone fueling up prior to travelling around the south/western portion of Hokkaido. The onsen facility was also top notch. The shower was needing some attention: the shower curtain was ripped and had mold or mold stains (purple), and the shower head was clogged from hard water, leading to a less than ideal shower. The shower was otherwise clean.

- Rex Wong (5/5): Not a good experience - This hotel mainly receives group tour guests. I suggest individual travelers to choose other hotels to avoid the noise. The room is even smaller than the business hotel in the city centre and the quality of food is fair. There are lots of choices with this room rate and there are many options to enjoy the onsen in Hokkaido. Renovation is also necessary as this hotel looks quite old.
- Feline (8/5): - The breakfast has alot of spread.
- Alyssa (10/5): A comfortable onsen experience with delicious seasonal specialities - The onsen and dinner were particularly good here. The dinner heavily featured local autumnal picks, and I enjoyed many pumpkin, mushroom, and chestnut dishes. They had a self-serve fresh fish bowl bar and small bowls of freshly made steak. The breakfast had made-to-order onigiri and ochazuke. The outdoor bath was spacious and had a good layout. There also is a cute cafe with a great book selection. It’s also very close to a post office and the main bus station to get in and out of town. Nothing!

- THANH LE NGOC (8/5): - The onsen is great. Location is excellent, the bus station is across the hotel. 15 min walk yo Hell Valley. The room had locked window and the AC wasn’t working. I had to request the fan.

We really appreciated the breakfast and amenities. The room was a bit too dark but that was fine we only got back to sleep.

- Martha (9/5): Great location, friendly staff, awesome onsen and good selections for breakfast. - Great Onsen. Nice staff and good location . Great variety for breakfast
- Stejara (10/5): Great hotel with amazing staff! - The breakfast and dinner were delicious and such great variety. Room was big and bed very comfortable. The best part were the staff, very kind and helpful. I had hurt my eye and needed to see an ophtalmologist on my check out day. They helped me look up nearby clinics and wrote down the names of a few clinics in romaji for me so I could look it up on Google maps (I can speak some Japanese, but I can't read yet). I could store my luggage at reception until I was done which was really helpful. They even let me use the phone to contact the car rental company. Many thanks to everybody on reception that day!
- Elizabeth (10/5): Highly recommended - Lovely hot springs with an outdoor bath, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap bar, great location right next to the bus stop, private bathrooms, delicious food with tons of choices, nice gift shop. No sheet on the bed, just a comforter. Room was too warm. Slow wifi. Hair clumps in the sink drain.
- Suk (8/5): Very good -
- Scottishcow (5/5): Although it's one of the cheaper hotels, pay more for the chance to actually get some sleep. - Staff lovely.
The baths are great.
It's right opposite the bus station.
Choice of sizes of Yukata and you can rent colourful Yukata as well.
Room included private bath and shower.
Clean.
Bed comfortable. Air con/heat is noisy, had to switch off at night
The room smelt of gas, when I opened the window it then smelt of cigarette smoke.
Barely any sockets for chargers etc.
No pajamas.
Walls were paper thin. Could hear my neighbour.
Incredibly noisy in the corridor. Especially the Saturday night. People coming and going, talking loudly and singing at 1am. Earplugs could not combat the noise.
Fridge on and off very noisy and loud random clunky noises.
Free breakfast included but I didn't make either breakfasts as I was too exhausted.
Everything is a bit outdated but that's reflected in the price so it doesn't bother me, but I don't pay to have somewhere to sleep and then barely get any. Would not stay again regardless of the price.
- Ezy (9/5): Superb - Its a great hotel right infront of noboribetsu bus station. Superb onsen and amazing choice of breakfast... love -
- Choon (7/5): Good -
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb -
- Jeffrey (7/5): Good -
- Patcharakorn (4/5): Disappointing -
- Takamiya (9/5): Overall, the location and staff is great! - The staff Luna Hayase at front desk was very kind and helpful in assisting with transportation to New Chitose airport! Please kindly notify manager of her excellent customer service skills!
- Marcel (9/5): Good base for exploring Noboribetsu - They keep the rooms nice and toasty in the winter! The breakfast and dinner buffets are great -- so many different things to try. The timed meal ticket system is annoying but I can see the need for it during busy season.
- Sascha (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, friendly staff, nice Onsen area and a huge breakfast buffet.
- Janice (6/5): I liked Noboribetsu but this hotel could have been more user friendly. - Location good. Breakfast outstanding! Onsen great. No microwave for guest use advertised anywhere had to ask staff at front desk and they took my food and microwaved it in their office! First time I’ve seen that in any big hotel! No advertising anywhere of do it yourself laundry facilities for guests found only one washing machine in ladies onsen! One really! Poor attention to detail from cleaning staff. Everyday something was missing: a towel, a bath mat or tie for yukata and behind tv in my room old used ear bud!
- Agustin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Antony (10/5): Exceptional - Onsen and the dinner food Old building
- Romantic (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jonathan (6/5): traditional and older onsen - Had an onsen which was enjoyable. The accommodations are definitely dated. Feels kinda haunted inside and would have thought there would be more choice of onsen pools. Ended up going getting day passes to go to nearby resorts instead
- Karen (5/5): Passable -
- Bruce (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, friendly staff, good facilities and service. Very close to the bus station and also worth the price
- Andrew (7/5): Really enjoyed the Onsen and the Bear Park - The Onsen facilities are EXCELLENT and very well serviced and clean. The outdoor onsen pool was very nice. The breakfast was superb, very good selection of food and everything was really fresh. Hotel is really close to the bus stop. The hotel rooms are old and small, there are only 2 chairs in the room, 3 adults were very cramped in the room and there is not a lot of space for suitcases.
- Timothy (8/5): Very good -
- Matthew (9/5): Very pleasant stay in a nice Onsen resort will come again in future. - The breakfasts were very nice, lots of choices of food, a number of nearby restaurants in the town was also nice to give some further options for food for dinners - the Onsens were lovely, one indoor one outdoor (which can be closed if water levels get too low during winter) - I stayed in one of the Tatami rooms, which was very nice as staff would set up and put away beds each day, Yukatas are provided which fit most sizes. Felt like the heating for the rooms was on a little bit too high, as when I first got in it was a little uncomfortable, The Wifi/Signal in the area is a little spotty (To be expected, you're in the mountains)
- Tik Wee (10/5): - Conveniently located at the lower slope of Noboribetsu. Price is affordable but lift is small and slow. Onsen is a indoor and an outdoor with no views. Room is clean, spacious with plenty of charging plugs in the room. Bed, pillow and duvet is soft and comfortable. We had a wonderful sumptuous Japanese breakfast with mixture of western delights. You do have to walk up a slope to reach the Carpark. If you want an affordable place to stay, here is a good recommendation.
- Shania (9/5): Superb - Onsen is great! Bus station is next the street. none
- Andrew (8/5): Great location, onsen and buffet breakfast for families - Onsen, location and buffet breakfast Facilities are a tad dated
- Jitkhemanich (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is just behind the bus terminal which is very convenient for us, just walk across small street in 1 min
Outdoor onsen was great
Buffet breakfast and dinner was ok
There was a little new year event which was so cute and they gave us a little new year gift too
Room was so large
You can leave luggages before chk in and after chk out
- Pak (9/5): Superb -
- Leander (2/5): - The room was not clean as expected to be. Due to my tattoos I was not permitted into the Onsen but on my check out I was charged Onsen fees as compulsory, which is not fair.
The staff was not polite especially the manager who I recon was not fit to fulfill that position and responsibility.
Overall I did not have a good experience. Additional I would recommend people look for other accommodation over in that area as they look much more comfortable
- Melvin (10/5): Exceptional - Beside bus station Nothing. Honestly people are hard to please.
- Yip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hiroshi (9/5): Great experience. Dinner buffet was amazing - Awesome None
- Pawel (8/5): Very good - Very nice meals, good location, nice staff, comfortable bed. Good value for money. The room when hearing was on was a little too dry do the room could use a humidifier. Compared to other more expensive hotels in the area, the onsen could be better.
- Chantanat (8/5): Onsen was fantastic with great location right next to bus station. - Onsen was fantastic with great location right next to bus station. A bit pricey.
- Chanaakan (10/5): Exceptional -
- LAU HONG (10/5): - No. All Good.
- Seunghee (8/5): - It is located tight by the bus stops and close to rewtaurants and the main attractions. I enjoyed their breakfast and overall i was satisfied my stay. I would definately come back!
- Matthias (7/5): Good - The onsen was good, and the breakfast was also very enjoyable. The air conditioner only had heating modes, but it was already incredibly warm in the room.
The bathroom inside my room was not tall enough to fit me.
- Wendy Lai Ling (10/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, convenient place, close to shop and bus station. We will come back and stay again. Also recommend to friends as well.
- Jasmine Lee Yu (6/5): - Room is spacious enough for two. Cleanliness should be improved; dusty carpets, moldy table and bed sheets with blood stains. The interior of the room and hallway is old. Common areas such as onsen, dining space and lobby are well maintained and nice.
- Madilane (2/5): Very poor - The location was handy. But then again all the hotels in the area are all next to each other in the same location
The breakfast had good variety but not appealing to a westerner The hotel was old and run down. The bathroom was not clean and the shower curtain had mould on it. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was far too hot to sleep comfortably even when it was 2 degrees outside. There is no temperature control available.
The pool was closed with no explanation. Very disappointing to travel so far and spend A LOT of money on this hotel. Would not recommend
