• Adelina Petrova (8/5): - The house is wonderfully furnished, clean and cozy. The kitchen has all the amenities. These are two houses and the one we were in is located on the side of the main street. It was very noisy early in the morning and at night. The island is no longer what it used to be. There are many cars and trucks driving around all day.

• Patrícia (10/5): - Close proximity to the grocery shop, take away places and there's also a small gym nearby. Since La Digue is a small island, you can take your time to explore every corner of it by bike, which you can rent from the owners. Mohan was very helpful, always available and kind during our stay. Mohan's apartment was a good choice, we absolutely recommend! The only thing was that the outside shower was out of order, because of garden renovation. A removable shower head int he bathroom would be useful, but it's a minor thing.

• DAVID (6/5): Emplacement top et c'est à peu près tout - L'emplacement est à deux pas de la plage. On voit la mer de la terrasse. Les équipements sont limités. Hébergement deux personnes avec deux types de pièces a chaque fois (tasse, couvert, assiettes, etc). Le micro ondes fait un bruit d'enfer. Pour la douche, il n'y à qu'une pluie d'eau mais pas de pommeau. Et le confort est à revoir, mis à part le lit, avec uniquement des chaises dures.
• Ritu (10/5): - We loved the warmth and hospitality of the Staff especially Mr Girish and Mr Akash . Each one of the staff greet the guests with a wide smile and warmth. They go out of the way to assist the guests and provide to the best of their ability. Mr Girish guided as well with regards to the beaches and view points . He is a true professional in the field of hospitality. Akash is very enthusiastic and takes personal interest in helping and guiding the guests. Thanks Akash for your josh . The view from the beach house is spectacular. Self catering rooms are quite comfortable and their location is also good . Thank you team Le relax for making our stay at La digue memorable and super comfortable.
• Andrea (1/5): EVITATE QUESTO POSTO – UNA TRUFFA ORGANIZZATA - Nulla di positivo EVITATE QUESTO POSTO – UNA TRUFFA ORGANIZZATA Semplicemente una delle peggiori esperienze mai vissute in una struttura turistica. Quello che è successo ha dell’incredibile, al punto da sembrare una truffa bella e buona. All’arrivo, la nostra stanza era stata già data ad altri. Ci hanno provato a rifilare un’altra sistemazione completamente diversa, molto più scadente e in una zona scomoda. Nessuna spiegazione, solo scuse confuse. Tentativo di truffa evidente. La “stanza” assegnata era in realtà la casa dello staff, con vestiti negli armadi e condizioni igieniche vergognose. Formiche ovunque, anche sul letto. Nessuno ha mosso un dito per intervenire, ho dovuto comprare io lo spray per gli insetti. Un giorno troviamo un membro dello staff nel nostro giardino con tutti gli asciugamani dell’hotel, che lavava nella nostra lavatrice (perché era l’unica disponibile in tutta la struttura!). Non solo: si era preso le nostre chiavi e ci ha lasciati fuori dalla stanza per un’ora. Rientrando una sera, il letto era infestato da formiche e insetti. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio stanza e ci hanno rifilato una camera normale, spacciandola per “superior”. Ridicolo. Alla nostra richiesta di risarcimento, il titolare ha mentito spudoratamente, dicendo che avevamo usufruito di servizi extra e pasti gratuiti – cosa mai avvenuta, visto che abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. Ovviamente non risponde alle mail di Booking perchè grazie alla loro policy dovrebbe risarcire solo il 20% della prenotazione... complimenti Siamo rimasti solo perché l’assistenza di Booking non ci ha mai risposto, nonostante 3 segnalazioni. Una vergogna su tutta la linea. Ho le chat con il titolare che afferma che Booking non gli ha mai scritto a dopo che gli mostro gli screen inviati da Booking a me della sua non risposta ha accampato scuse accusandoci di aver usufruito di servizi gratis (cosa mai avvenuta) 👉 Questa struttura è gestita da persone disoneste.

• ESTHER (10/5): Maravillosa atencion - La amabilidad de Akash & Gireesh, son muy atentos. Dos personas encantadoras que nos han hecho la estancia muy agradable. Se han preocupado en todo momento por nosotros y siempre han estado pendientes de ayudarnos en todo. El apartamento está bien situado, tiene de todo y está en la calle principal, cerca de Anse Source d'Argent. La casa está totalmente equipada, limpia, bien situada, muy muy amplia, y muy cómoda. Hay un hotelito en frente que es también de la misma gestión, y las tumbonas están incluidas allí, puedes estar sin problema y utilizar las instalaciones del hotelito. Cenamos y comimos dos días allí en el restaurante le Relax y la comida fue exquisita. Un acierto, sin duda. Todo estuvo genial. No tengo ni guna queja

W łazience był okropny zapach kibla publicznego, i to bardzo mocny, coś z kanalizacją. Niosło na cały apartament. Na trzy osoby mieliśmy 3 duże ręczniki i jeden malusieńki. Spaliśmy 4 noce, nie były zmieniane ręczniki ani nie było sprzątane. Apartament stary, był brudny, łazienka wymaga remontu, kuchnia też. Stara lodówka, która ciekła . Dwa kubki na trzy osoby..

The WiFi didn’t work, the shower flooded making the floor slippery and dangerous. A bit lacking in cutlery and glassware - one water glass for 3 people staying?
• Irati (10/5): Perfecto - La estancia fue perfecta. El alojamiento muy bonito, limpio y cuidado. El desayuno riquísimo, que te lo preparan en la terraza de tu habitación. Buena ubicación, todas las playas estaban muy cerca en bicicleta, y también los take away. Además, es un sitio muy tranquilo donde puedes descansar. Las bicicletas se pueden alquilar directamente en el alojamiento. Russel nos ayudó con todo lo que estaba en sus manos.

• Jadhav (4/5): Disappointing - Very near to the beach. Very-very poor WiFi No one to attend you in the hotel, they have a big hotel next to this hotel and all the staff is always there, you need to ring them for all the things.
• Maya (2/5): THEY HAVE ROACHES!! - I stayed at this hotel for one night and let me tell you, from the first 20 minutes of waiting for someone to come and check me in, I knew that this property was a mistake. After being checked in, I got dressed and headed out to do activities on the beach. I attempted to take a shower but couldn’t even do that because the shower head is embedded in the ceiling making it impossible for someone like me to bathe without getting my hair wet. So I decided to not take a shower and just head to bed before my shuttle in the morning. That was an even bigger mistake because about 10 minutes later, I was attacked by a roach that crawled across my face and pillow and was completely shaken by this. I decided to stay in the living room until my departure at 7am but was contacted by one of the workers about my shuttle at 1am and decided to tell him the situation. He came to assess the room and did in fact find the culprit. He was appalled and moved me to another room but I still couldn’t sleep in comfort. Yes, things like this happen. But in a place that’s nearly $200 a night, you would expect for there to be much more cleanliness and precautions taken so that things like this don’t happen. Especially in the bed. I wouldn’t recommend this destination unless you are ok with sleeping with bugs.

• Paolo (8/5): Graziosa guest/house - Inizialmente non bene dato che ci avevano dato una casa vecchia più lontana dalla strada in cui non funzionava la TV, il letto era durissimo e scomodo, ecc. Poi dopo le nostre lamentele (avevamo prenotato una camera deluxe) ci hanno dato una casa più vicina alla strada e con tutti i confort, a parte il Wi-Fi che non c'è (nonostante in expedia ci sia scritto di sì, a pagamento) salvo voler andare nell'hotel vicino. Comunque lo staff è sempre disponibilissimo. Il giorno del check out ci hanno fatto stare fino alle 15 in casa. Non mi hanno rilasciato nessuna ricevuta fiscale nonostante le mie tante insistenze. Dello staff una nota di merito speciale a Natasha, la gentilissima ragazza del Madascar che lavora alle camere
