The breakfast was so versatile and delicious and there was live piano during it. The room was big and had a balcony, the bed was super comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Personnel sympathique Spa agréable Réveil au son du piano Le petit déjeuner pas terrible, jus de fruit à base de concentré (pas bon du tout) pas de fromage blanc ni Sky ou autre, des yaourt basiques très acides…. Machines à café automatiques sales… Chambre petite et mal conçue dans la salle de bains ( pas de rangement sous lavabo, les deux seuls crochets pour serviettes ou autre sont au dessus des toilettes qui ne sont pas séparés)

Maria Leonilde (10/5): Super hôtel - La gentillesse du personnel, hôtel calme et très agréable le personnel toujours aimable et au petits soins. Ça fait 2 fois que je réserve chez dona aninhas et j'y retournerai. Juste un petit bémol dans la salle de bains (chambre 218) un arretoir de porte placé devant le toilette, j'ai tapé avec mes doigts de pieds en étant pied nu doigt de pied tout bleu et mal plusieurs jours. Il suffirait juste de le déplacer sur le côté comme c'était le cas dans la chambre précédente (chambre 306).

Room was a little snug but perfect for a one night stay with a very nice shower room and a view as far as the mountains in the east! Live piano at breakfast was a nice touch. Appreciate the check in/ check out times too. The bar space was huge - felt it could have benefitted from being broken up into more intimate spaces.

Staff letting me know the room was not ready but the lobby sofa was very comfortable made me feel much at ease. Try the spa shower experience. Hospital ship was just across the road and a worthwhile visit - the reason we selected this hotel.

We received two adjoining rooms, which worked perfectly for us, and overall the experience was excellent. The beds were comfortable, the hotel is in a great location, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was a real highlight—varied, fresh, and very well done. Aside from the below small issue, this was an amazing stay and one we would happily return to. The only downside was that the first two nights were extremely warm, as the air-conditioning wasn’t working, and opening the windows meant dealing with quite a bit of noise. Fortunately, by the third night, the air-conditioning was functioning properly, which made a big difference.

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestáveis. Acresce ainda que está muito bem localizado. Penso que o pequeno almoço poderia ter mais variedade de frutas. Mas não lhe retira valor, só acho que é algo que poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Delicious breakfast, and we were even serenaded by live piano music. Everything was perfect. Only very minor complaint is the spa area is small, but still a lovely treat (particularly for our Camino holiday)

Mary (8/5): A very pleasant hotel in a great location - The hotel was very clean and comfortable with some nice original touches. The location in the centre of Viana do Castelo is unbeatable. There seemed to be a problem with both coffee machines at breakfast, two days in a row. A detail perhaps, but ensuring that guests can have a cup of coffee at the start of the day seems like a fairly basic requirement. Otherwise everything was fine.
