- Lopez (10/5): EMPATIA AL HUESPED - La habitacion bien, el unico inconveniente solo habia una botella con agua y eramos 2 personas, mi propuesta es en cada habitacion haya botellas con agua de acuerdo a los huespedes en cada habitacion.BOTELLAS CON AGUA Falta de botellas de agua en la habitacion y al pedirle en la administracion una botella mas, su respuesta fue no se puede porque ya no esta abierto donde se guardan.

Me encantó el hotel porque se siente muy acogedor, creo que todo viajero valoramos eso, la habitación super cómoda (una de las mejores camas de hotel donde he dormido), me encantó que tenía una nespresso para hacer cafecito rico por las mañanas, agua caliente super deliciosa, con minisplit. Recomiendo mucho este hotel, cuenta con todas las comodidades y brindan un excelente servicio, muchas felicidades por ello!! El WiFi estaba intermitente durante los días de mi estancia, no quise reportarlo ni nada pues use mis datos del celular, pero solo como comentario de que no funcionaba del todo.

Si no tienes expectativas de lujo, lo recomiendo ampliamente Al momento de mi llegada fue bastante complicado: no había nadie, pero la señorita de la recepción me hizo todo muy difícil. Por primera cosa me dijo que no podía pagar con tarjeta, porque por medio de Booking no había reservado con tarjeta. Lo que no es cierto. Aparte que hubiera tenido que ir a un cajero, fue bastante insistir para poder pagar con tarjeta. Al pagar con tarjeta me insistió que tenía que usar la tarjeta física por la que yo no me acordaba el pin y ya que solo uso Apple Pay donde el pin ya está grabado. Ahí también tuve que insistir nuevamente para intentar contarles al final logré que hiciera un intento y si pasó perfectamente. Luego le pedí recibo me dijo que no había recibo solo me dió recibo del banco o sea el de la transacción. Me quejé porque le dije que no era posible que el Hotel no dejara ningún recibo. Al insistir nuevamente en 10 segundos me imprimió un recibo. O sea fue una lucha total. Lastimosamente porque el señor que me recibió el carro y me subió la maleta. Fue extremadamente amable y gentil

Betten sind sehr gut, Zimmer groß. Das gebuchte Frühstück wurde verweigert. Bisher gab es kein Geld zurück und auch Booking.com hat sich nicht gemeldet. Sehr schwach. Darum fällt das Hotel durch.

Sin embargo en esta segunda ocasión tuve un inconveniente de comunicación con la reserva y tambien al hospedarnos el wifi y la señal de televisión no llegaba bien a la habitación. Pedimos un cambio y no nos pudieron dar una solución. Pocos dias despues tuvimos 3 cucarachas en la habitación y fue incomodo y molesto que no nos pudieran cambiar la habitación o darnos algun tipo de solución. Puesto que eso no es lo que se ofrecio claramente. Espero que puedan arreglar esas situaciones. Lo que mas me gusta es la ubicación y dentro de todo el personal es muy amable y trato de ayudarnos pero tambien el hotel estaba lleno.

- ociel (9/5): Hotel con una excelente atención del personal - Las camas son muy cómodas y sin duda el personal es super amable el cual se agradece mucho, y lo que precio mucho es lo ecológicos que son las habitaciones ya que es necesario poner una tarjeta para activar la electricidad en la habitación y cuando sales si se te olvida se apaguen solas, la ubicación es muy centrica y muy cerca del aeropuerto. Me hubiera gustado que la comida del restaurante fuera más rica.

Que pedimos 4 botellas de agua y no estaban frías a parte tuvimos que marcar 2 veces por qué ya había pasado media hora de que las pedimos y no las llevaron, el joven no nos dió nuestro cambio creo que la agarro de propina 😒 había un cotonete usado en la base de la cama no nos dimos cuanta ya hasta que amaneció y acomodamos la cama salió volando. En el baño había un muy mal olor de las tuberías supongo que el edificio ya es algo viejo pero el olor si era muy penetrante

- JEANETTEMORALES (9/5): Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, decoración muy original y bonita! - La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, muy bonita decoración, con bastante espacio, la regadera muy amplia y sale muchísima agua, muy rico para bañarte. La ubicación muy céntrica, en general el hotel muy lindo, no tuve consumos en el restaurante. Deberían contar con televisiones inteligentes para poder acceder a plataformas tipo netflix, etc. Algo importantes es que no limpiaron el cuarto, tuve una estancia de 2 días, y a pesar de que pedí que limpiaran el cuarto, y además dejé el letrero de limpieza por favor colgado en la puerta, hicieron caso omiso y no la hicieron. Había visto en los reviews este tema, por eso hice hincapié en que fueran a hacer la limpieza, pero se brincaron mi habitación, incluso metieron el letrero que les dejé colgado, así que no la hicieron adrede.

- Lupita (5/5): Mala experiencia para ingresar - La reservacion es para una persona que necesita ayuda con esto, y al llegar al hotel no le daban acceso porque no era la persona que reservo, ofreció su identificación como garantía, batallamos y perdimos tiempo para que le resolvieran. No es la primera vez que hacemos esta mecánica pero, si es el primer hotel que nos hace batallar.

- Sylvain (8/5): Je venais passer un moment Zen pour me re energiser: Zoo - Musés - Balade à pieds dans les faubourgs dé Guadalajara. Je - L’établissement est central à ce que je recherche , près de l’allée piétonne et du Oxo , car je suis je lève tôt et je peux prendre mon café tôt le matin et admiré le levé du soleil. À deux coins de rue des transports. Mes restaurants préférés y sont proches. Il y a toujours une ou des nouvelles expositions à visiter. La terrasse extérieur manque d’amour . La cafetière Nespresso ; le café est froid . Elle prend toute la place sur le petit bureau. Aucun autre bureau dans la chambre pour y déposer nos effets personnels: cellulaire iPad et autres Je prendrai plus cette catégorie de chambre / pour la différence de prix je réserverai une plus grande plus hospitalière.

- Bing Lolita (7/5): Overall , it was nice because the person that helps carry the luggage to the room was very nice. - Room was good I asked to have some coffee pods at the counter because I didn't get any, the clerk at the front desk charged me which I refuse to pay. She called her manager and that was then she agreed to give mo one . I was with my husband . Dang, I could not believe it.
