Der letzte Morgen beim Frühstück, hatte die ältere Küchenhilfe wohl keine gute Laune und er meinte mich vor allen Leuten im Gastraum zurechtzuweisen. Er wollte das ich die Smoothimaschine austelle. Ich habe diese Maschine aber gar nicht benutzt. Ich fand es daher sehr unpassend und habe mich auch direkt vor Ort beschwert. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel muss kein Gast sich unberechtigt anmachen lassen vom Personal.

Povl (6/5): God placering, god morgenmad. - Morgenmaden - stort udvalg ud over det forventede. Super betjening. Bruser var placeret i forbindelse med badekar som man måtte stå op i for at få brusebad.. Bestemt ikke nem at komme til for lidt ændre mennesker. Bestilt og bekræftet parkering viste sig ikke at være tilgængelig ved ankomst. En alternativ løsning resulterede i en stor ridse på bilen.

Asıl almanya’nın en iyi alışveriş mağazası olan ve berlin kudamda ka.de.ve adında mağazayı mutlaka ziyaret edin. Kahvaltısı güzeldi çok beğendik,ancak oda temizliği iyi değildi. Kısaca çok merkezi bir yer, kalınabilir bir otel.

Holger (7/5): Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels war suoer. Die Dokumente in den Infomappen waren zum Teil nicht mehr gültig. Zur Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren wir ein wenig enttäuscht, lange Haare im Bett gehören nicht dahin wenn sie nicht von uns sondern von anderen Personen gehören. Un war das Zimmmer zu gut teperiert (zu warm).

Gerd (8/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip - Perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip - wir waren für ein Event in der Nähe des Savigny Platzes in Berlin und suchten eine Unterkunft, in Gehweite. Die Lage des Hotels am Kurfürstendamm passte für uns perfekt. Bus hält beinahe vor dem Hotel. U-Bahn und S-Bahn sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir buchten ohne Frühstück und fanden sehr nette Frühstückscafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Hotelpersonal war sehr freundliche, es war kein Problem das Gepäck vor dem Ein- und nach dem Auschecken im Hotel zu lassen. Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen. Es hat gepasst...

Martin (9/5): Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Super schönes Hotel in toller Lage. Sehr guter Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten. Leider war das zweite Doppelbett ein sehr unbequemes Klappbett mit defektem Lattenrost. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden.

Ikke service-orienterede og afvisende receptionister, der havde svært ved at forstå relativt simple forespørgsler. Jeg har endnu ikke fået for meget betalt P-afgift for kælder-parkering retur, og de var meget uvillige til at løse problemet i receptionen.

Yvonne (10/5): Tolles Filmhotel am legendären Kurfürstendamm - empfehlenswert! - Wir waren zwei Nächte in einer Junior-Suite mit Balkon, welcher auf die Seitenstr. hinaus ging. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, die Betten waren gut, es gab eine Flasche Wasser und einige Pflegeartikel. Es ist noch eins von diesen Zimmern, in welchem das Waschbecken nicht mitten im Zimmer thront (wie früher in den billigen Frühstückspensionen) und das WC hinter einer kleinen Glastür. Es gibt ein richtiges Bad!!! Auch einen kleinen Flur und eine "Zimmertür" die wiederum zu diesem Flur geschlossen werden kann - dadurch himmlische Ruhe. Die Lage ist eben "mittendrin" im wunderbaren Herzen von West-Berlin - dies weiß man, wenn man es bucht! Das Hotel bietet eine große Palette an Filmmotiven in Form von Plakaten...gestellten Szenen mit Figuren...wir haben leider in den zwei Tagen nicht alles gesehen. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und bietet eine sehr breite Palette. Das Personal ist ausnehmend freundlich in allen Bereichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Eigentlich haben wir bereits ein Stammhotel im Bezirk Charlottenburg...aber wir fürchten wir werden hier und da nun doch zur Konkurrenz gehen ;-)

Maybe more attention to who is at the reception would be appreciated. The room booking was disappointing; the receptionist asked for extra payment to bring me the room I had reserved. The receptionist made me pay for a room, almost what's paid for a suite, without even suggesting getting a suite. The room was small, and the double bed was tiny. It was quite annoying.
