• Deat (10/5): Parfait, calme et central. Chambre très propre et Roberta est une hôte attentionnée de super conseil. - Tout était parfait en plein centre. ROBERTA à l’écoute disponible et de bons conseils pour restaurants et autres activités. Chambre très propre , calme. Le petit déjeuner dans le bar à côté avec lequel nous avons des coupons n’est pas terrible. Nous avons préféré le bar en face «  le carré français  » où nous avons pris tous nos petits déjeuners de la semaine.

• Sagi (10/5): Just perfect! - I would highly recommend this accommodation. The room was simply perfect! The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was very spacious. The host was always available for any questions, very helpful, and gave great recommendations and guidance. The location is absolutely excellent as well!

• Verhelst (9/5): We hebben er enorm van genoten van die zesdaagse trip naar Rome. - Zeer goede locatie, centraal gelegen, we waren overal dichtbij op wandelafstand. Ontbijt was één croissant en een kopje koffie op een andere locatie, maar dit viel ook enorm mee, meer moet dit niet zijn. Niks speciaals, was rustig om te slapen en vriendelijke service.

Ho seguito le istruzioni ricevute per e-mail (tra l’altro alcune non corrispondenti) ma sono rimasta fuori sia dal portone che dal portoncino interno. Al citofono non rispondeva nessuno. Ho dovuto chiedere a dei condomini la cortesia di aprire i portoncini. Non è stato per niente gradevole.

• Katarzyna (9/5): - Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, blisko najważniejszych punktów. Pokoje schludne, zadbane i bardzo czyste, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort pobytu. Dużym plusem jest również obsługa, pan obsługujący był niezwykle miły, uprzejmy i pomocny. Dodatkowo w hotelu panuje cisza i spokój, dzięki czemu można naprawdę dobrze wypocząć Jedynym minusem mogą być śniadania. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje czegoś więcej niż jeden croissant, kawa i sok, może to odczuć jako niedogodność. Śniadanie wymaga wyjścia poza hotel (ok. minuta drogi). Mnie to nie przeszkadzało, ale dla innych może być to minus

• karla (1/5): The entire experience was frustrating, unsafe, and unacceptable. - I stayed here while there was a terrorist threat for Americans. The second night there was a power outage which left me in complete darkness overnight, unable to charge my phone and call for help. The sirens were going off, the animals were going crazy. It was horrible! I didn’t know what was going on or if there was an attack. The staff didn’t even cared to make sure the guests were okay. Also despite the booking clearly stating that VAT and city tax were included, the property demanded extra fees just an hour before arrival. They also requested my passport & personal information via an app raising data privacy concerns. Also, they state there’s a free breakfast included and there was no breakfast. They just give you a ticket/coupon for a restaurant nearby and when I went they didn’t even want to give me an orange juice, only black coffee. I left after only 2 nights of a 5-night stay due to safety concerns and dishonesty. I contacted Booking.com after the incident and was promised a refund upon providing proof, which I submitted. Since then, I've only received automated responses with no resolution. Worst experience ever. This place is unsafe & dishonest. Do no recommend!!

The main hosts was available on WhatsApp all time, anytime we had an enquiry or question she was texting back with solution straightaway. • Katrin (8/5): - Hervorragend war die Lage in der Nähe vom Petersdom. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich auch bei Dunkelheit im Viertel sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte ich zu Fuß erreichen. Auch das Zimmer war geräumig, alles sehr auber und meine Ansprechpartnerin jederzeit erreichbar. Das Frühstück in der nah gelegenen Bar war mit Kaffee, Croissant und Saft für mich voll ausreichend. Im Zimmer gab es die Möglichkeit, Tee zu kochen oder einen Espresso zu machen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen!

It was also very much appreciated that they offered bottled water, tea, and coffee at the station in the room. The breakfast was on a different location at a cafeteria that is on the street near by but what was offered was only a cup of expreso coffee or boxed juice with a croissant. The personnel in the cafeteria was not friendly when I asked if I can get an American coffee instead.

Bed was not comfortable in the sense of not being a full double bed it was 2 single beds together and was not great being able to sleep together centrally as it would split apart

Vi gillade även läget de var liksom inte inne i stan men ungefär 10 minuter gående från boendet. De var så mysigt för de kändes som de var mindre turister där boendet var. De var även mysigt att frukosten var på ett café så man fick en liten promenad dit och frukosten var okej. Man fick en crossiant, café latte och en juice. Vi båda två tyckte de var lagom när de ändå var så pass varmt. Fanns absolut inget

La limpieza y la amplitud del cuarto! Realmente precio calidad inmejorable! Quiero agradecer a Roberta por el buen trato y la predisposición con nosotros! Sin duda volvería En realidad todo me gusto! Lo único para resaltar es un poco confuso como utilizar las llaves con las puertas (que son varias), si tuviera una distinción mas sencilla cada llave, sería mejor.

Das Frühstück - Kaffee, Saft und Croissant in einem Café um die Ecke - war für uns ausreichend und lecker, da wir morgens früh zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gestartet sind. Der Kontakt mit Roberta war sehr freundlich. -
• Megan (9/5): Lovely stay, close to everything! - We loved our stay at this property. The location was perfect, and not too far of a walk from most attractions. The room was clean, and the host left water/coffee etc for us daily which was a lovely touch. The cleaner was also very friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast is simple, but did the trick. There were not many plugs in the room, or next to the double bed.

• Alex (8/5): Good place to stay. If you like Rome breakfast: coffee, croissant and glass of juice - you okay - Great location. No more than 20 minutes walk to any points of interest. Close to Vatican and Coliseum and an others tourist destinations. Many restaurants and café close by. Comfy bed. Nice owner, that I have only talk on the phone, have not seen her in person. Breakfast was so-so. It's not done by B&B, but by local café. Same every day. Typical for Rome. Do not like bundle of 5 keys with huge plastic tag, that you have to care all day.

• Vitalii (8/5): A pleasant boutique hotel with a great location and the charm of a local residence, but with some minor drawbacks - Great location, close to a bus stop, shops, and restaurants. You can also walk to Castel Sant’Angelo in 10 minutes and to the Vatican in 20 minutes. Self-check-in is very clear and thoroughly explained by the administrator. The hotel is located in a residential building with beautiful doors and an elegant entrance. The retro elevator with manually operated doors is simply delightful. Breakfast is provided at a nearby café and always includes the same set: a croissant of your choice, a glass of orange juice, and either a cappuccino or an espresso. In the room, there is water in charming small souvenir cartons featuring Rome. There’s also a minibar, which doubles as a fridge, but it only contains water. A capsule coffee machine is available, with capsules restocked after cleaning. Cookies and jam are provided to enjoy with your coffee. Cleaning is done daily, but you can decline it if you feel uncomfortable. There is also a bidet. Shower gel and soap are provided by the hotel. The room itself is clean and nice, with air conditioning. The renovation is fairly recent. The water pressure in the shower is very weak, barely a trickle. Check-out time is listed on Booking as 10:00 to 11:00, but in reality, you’ll be asked to leave by 10:15 if you’re running late, as the hotel room states that check-out is by 10:00.

It took a while to find the "hotel". It's inside a residential building with no big visible signs. It can be tricky to find if you don't have data on your phone.

There is air conditioning in the room, a small coffee machine, and some snacks. It works well. Cleaning is not good. The first entry to the room looks good. But after that floor and table cleaning and changing towels were not done.
