- Stedman (5/5): A basic three star hotel with comfy beds - Proximity. Although on a busy road it is right next to the Old town. The hotel is tired. Small shower cabinet to fit into. Grout in the shower was old and dirty. Room was ok. Bed very conmfortable. Would not rave about this hotel. It is plain, dated but comfortable. Definitely a three star hotel

Je dirais que le parking privé de l’établissement n’est pas très pratique et en plus laisser les clés du véhicule à l’accueil sans pouvoir se servir de son véhicule de 23h à 7h pas top (tout est clair par contre dans le règlement avant de laisser son véhicule au parking).

- Mark (10/5): - Besides the perfect location near the Cours Mirabeau, what really struck me was the size of the king-sized beds. They were so big and comfortable, we slept like a rock. No noise. The doors are made to close very quietly, so there is no hall noise. We did select this hotel also because of the parking garage and it was worth the time needed to squeeze into the small spaces. Parking right in the hotel for just 15 euros a night really gave us a lot more time to spend in the city. Our room had a balcony in the back: worth requesting!

Donc particulièrement déçue de la "qualité" de la chambre, mur sale, douche digne d'un cagibi... surtout avec le prix qui était le double de ce que j'vais pris pq dernière fois, pour une chambre moins confortable... Pas très compréhensible même en prenant en compte le long week-end de mai.

- Mark (9/5): A pleasant stay in Aix - My main concern was finding a hotel with parking. I was pleasantly surprised by its location, quiet, and had a balcony. It’s an easy walk to the Cour Mirabeau. There are restaurants in easy distance. The bathroom was small but so am I. The parking spots are tight, but they were made for a different era. Good value for the price. I would stay here again. I was pleased. No complaints.

- Angela (8/5): Overall a good place to saty for a couple of nights in Aix. - The location was excellent and the balcony overlooking the courtyard and rooftops was very nice! Everything was clean and as described. The shower was so small that it was difficult to even turn around. There was not a shelf to hold shampoo, etc. which had to be left on the floor and bending over to pick it up usually meant bumping the water temperature to either suddenly very cold or very hot. Also, the staff questioned us twice about using the bottled water from the min-bar which we did not - apparently someone either mistook the empty bottle in the trash as theirs (it was the same brand purchased from the store on the corner) or did not see that the original bottles were on the top shelf so we could sand our open bottles on the bottom shelf. The accusatory tone was uncomfortable.

- Erik Louis (9/5): Heel functioneel hotel voor een bezoek aan Aix - Dit hotel biedt veel waar voor zijn geld. We kregen een gratis upgrade: een ruime kamer met een goede badkamer. Het ontbijt is vrij eenvoudig maar goed. Rustig tijdens de nacht. De ligging is uitstekend : dicht bij het centrum en het station. Het personeel is behulpzaam. De ontbijtruimte is krap. Hier en daar begint de inrichting te versloffen. De bagageruimte was niet erg schoon. Misschien minder geschikt voor een langer verblijf.

- Julie (2/5): Une de mes plus désagréables expérience d’hôtel - Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter le centre d’Aix, proche du musée Granet Chambre côté rue et surtout à côté de l’ascenseur, du bruit en permanence jusqu’à minuit et dès 6h. Salle de bain minuscule. Parking payant avec un supplément si arrivée avant 15h (20 euros tout de même) or ce n’est pas clairement indiqué sur le site. J’avais pourtant contacté l’établissement 2 jours avant pour demander une chambre calme. Le service est glacial et à la limite du mépris. En tout j’ai réglé 122 euros pour passer une très mauvaise nuit.

- Rene (8/5): Goede prijs-kwaliteit. - De locatie is prima. En fijn dat je buiten kunt zitten op je eigen balkon. Op kamer 302 kan je erg goed de lift motor,het open en dicht gaan vd liftdeur horen.

- Aidan (9/5): A perfect place for a city stay. - Excellent location on the fringe of the old city, very handy for sight seeing on foot. Well stocked supermarket next door. Good shower and peaceful outlook from the room balcony. Staff were on hand throughout the day, were very friendly and helpful. Ample breakfast, though an extra charge. Air conditioning could have been more effective / easier to operate.
