• Livio (5/5): stanza mal insonorizzate - check in veloce camere mal insonorizzate: si sentivano i rumori dei bagni delle camere vicine e le persone he passavano nei corridoi come se fossero nella stanza. la sauna ha orari molto limitati.

Wejście do narciarni hotelu jest przed wejsciem do hotelu co jest dużym ułatwieniem. Duże i wygodne lobby hotelowe. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Jak na hotel 3*** śniadania bardzo słabe. Codziennie jajko na twardo, jajecznica, podgrzane parówki , ser i szynka. Brak jakichkolwiek warzyw. Jedzenie wydawane z poprzedniego dnia. Duże łóżko małżeńskie okazało się dwoma osobnymi łóżkami złączonymi razem ktore cały czas się rozjeżdżały.

• Karen (6/5): Sufficiente - La formula con colazione e cena incluse permette di non impegnarsi a pensare e risparmiare. Ne vale la pena, buona qualità e diverse proposte. L'hotel necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali (palesemente mai aggiornati a seguito degli anni 80/90) per l'estetica ma soprattutto per l'insonorizzazione delle camere. La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada ed era molto caotica. Costanti i rumori del traffico e delle camere vicine che aprivano e chiudevano le porte o transitavano nel corridoio con bambini. Alle 5 del mattino siamo stati svegliati dal camioncino della spazzatura che svuotava i bidoni. La televisione formato francobollo trasmetteva i programmi di italia1 unicamente in inglese senza che riuscissi a modificarne le impostazioni. A cena i tavoli per ottimizzare gli spazi sono adiacenti a quelli vicini senza garantire privacy nelle conversazioni. Infine il nostro tavolo era molto traballante. Chiesto al cameriere se potesse fornirci un cartoncino per stabilizzare il tavolo ci è stato risposto che ci avrebbe pensato il giorno seguente, obbligandoci a trattenerci per la cena bloccando costantemente il tavolo con i gomiti. Il soggiorno in complesso è stato sufficiente ma, comprendendo il periodo di alta stagione, ad un prezzo comunque eccessivo.

Se devo trovare un piccolo margine di miglioramento, suggerirei di aggiungere nel bagno degli accessori monouso: non sono certo obbligatori, ma sono piccoli dettagli che rendono il soggiorno ancora più comodo e curato!

• Peter (8/5): - Die Bedienung beim Frühstück und Abendessen war wirklich sehr freundlich. Ein Herr konnte sogar deutsch. Rezeption war auch in Ordnung. Die Bar war leider sehr schwach besetzt. Ich war zirka 90 Minuten an der Bar und die Bedienung war etwa 20 Minuten anwesend.

• Raffaele (8/5): Ben oltre le aspettative! - Il personale cordiale, Laura in sala fa la differenza! La cura nel cibo attribuibile a strutture più blasonate: a partire dalle brioche alla mattina, anche fossero surgelate sono sicuramente di una qualità superiore, tra l’altro ricca colazione e ottima cena, con verdure e dolci a buffet (ottimo strudel). Il bagno con bidet e una doccia in cui l’acqua è subito calda. Letti comodi anche se unire 2 letti singoli per farne uno matrimoniale diventa scomodo in determinate situazioni. I letti singoli uniti per fare un matrimoniale: i materassi erano comodi ma la soluzione non è ideale in determinate situazioni. L’asciugacapelli poco performante.

• Anna (5/5): Passabile - Buona la pulizia della stanza, c'era tutto l'essenziale. Colazione nella media. Nel complesso ho visto di peggio ma non un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Prezzo un po' alto essendo stati messi nella dependance che si tratta di una casa aggiuntiva all'hotel veramente minimal con i letti scomodi (un materasso pressoché sfondato), stanza davvero minuscola (impossibile passare da una parte all'altra senza scavalcare il letto), tutto un po' datato.

Nulla in particolare, diciamo che nel complesso potrebbe essere rimodernato un po tutto ma non ci sono particolari punti negativi. Forse una presenza maggiore al bar per poter permettere agli ospiti di poter godere anche di quello spazio.

• Colin (9/5): Great place, great staff. - Breakfast staff. Balcony and its views. As a bonus, I watched a couple of birds fledge right on my balcony. Wherever you stay, your neighbours can be a problem, and mine unfortunately liked banging around all night.

The restaurant was excellent with generous portions in the evening, and there is a well-stocked buffet for breakfast. My single room was basic but very clean. My room on the top floor was small but adequate .

• Lee (9/5): Superb - Brilliant location, apartment was very spacious, games room for the children, football pitch just up the road behind the hotel, easy check in, nice staff, very handy location for visiting alot of the Dolomite regions. Thanks Apartment below us had a dog, which would bark constantly for hours when the owner wasn't around. We didn't even spend long at the hotel, we were out for most days, so I would imagine it was much worse being there all day. This isn't the hotels fault, but it did get very annoying at times.

• Lukáš (8/5): Great accomodation with excellent food - Staff was really great, obliging and warm. Food was excellent, especially dinners where you can choose between 3 starters and 3 main courses. Skibus from hotel is for free with special card. And view from the room was amazing, exactly how promised on Booking.com. The only con was really poor level of communication in English language. Moreover, very often attempts to communicate in Italian, even if you don't understand a word. For somebody thinking green could be important information that your room is serviced every day, even if you don't use the card "please, make up my room". So you have to use the card "please, do not disturb" on every day basis.
