Mario (9/5): Enjoyable well located stay. - Location was excellent for the area we wanted to visit. It was a short drive to Tanunda, Bethany, Pheasant farm and Angaston and it was over the road from the Barossa farmers market. There was no noise from the road despite being at a crossroad so very peaceful. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Rachael (9/5): Ckean, Comfortable and spacious motel in great location for exploring the Barossa. - Good sized, spacious rooms with ensuite shower and toilet and kitchen area with fridge, microwave, kettle etc. You park directly outside your motel room. Lovely location, a couple of miles outside Angaston. Plenty of places to eat in Angaston from budget to fine dining. There was nothing we didn't like. All was good.

Kevin (9/5): I would recommend the hotel to one and all. - Location of hotel to Angaston township. Nothing flash but certainly adequate for purpose and seemed to be very popular. Hot water supply seemed to be missing after sunlight hours until next morning. Was it solar heated? Bed was just slightly firmer than I have been used to (as a 78-year old) but OK for several nights. Bathroom was unusual as it contained a shower and a toilet but the hand sink was actually in the kitchen area outside of the bathroom and doubled as a bathroom sink and a kitchen amenities sink. Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy and one wondered if the adjoining rooms could hear it.

The barossa Valley is a stunning destination. And the Angaston Motel is the perfect base from which to tour the area. We really appreciated the kitchenette set up in the room and our door kitchen with BBQ and ice facility. Bed huge and super comfy. The pool area is lovely and the perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ. Useful too to have a great laundry facility onsite. Nothing all great.

Regina (9/5): The Barossa is generally overpriced, but high standard for a motel so cost p/n is reflected. - Check-in was smooth and simple. Complimentary water/soft drink from reception was appreciated. Very clean, space in the room as you would expect from a motel and a little out of town so nice and quiet. Water pressure in the shower was almost too good! Nothing to dislike. The bed was a little firm for our liking, but this is always subjective. The mattress was in very good condition. The shower head was not adjustable, so if the taps were on too high, it was like needles! (Easily adjusted by the taps, of course, but a softer shower head would be a nice option).

MARK (8/5): Relaxed comfort and convenience - Friendly and helpful staff with local knowledge for the short stay ravished wanting to make the most of the time in The Barossa. Comfy unit with all you need to make simple meals and get a good night's sleep. Good for to use as a central Barossa set of point - close to wineries, shops, wineries, attractions, wineries, etc. 😁 Quiet and convenient. Coin operated laundry at reasonable prices and a pool for the warm weather. Happily will start there again having visited the area on several occasions.
