R (4/5): Disappointed with the price and lack of cleanliness and service, will not return or recommend. - the deluxe family suite had adequate space for our family of five. We were especially looking forward to having two bathrooms. There were adequate pillows and towels in the room. Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms had a toilet that did not flush. There were dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. The headboards above both queen sized beds were completely filthy. Had not been wiped for a very long time, if ever. We used tissues to wipe them down and the tissues came away completely blackened. Our microwave did not work properly either. This was especially disappointing since we were denied the advertised free continental breakfast due to our having booked via a third party. Had we known, we probably would have booked directly. So, no free breakfast and no working microwave in our mini kitchen where we could warm a purchased breakfast. Lastly, we did not appreciate having to walk to the lobby to obtain pool towels, and most inconvenient was being asked to return the wet towels back to same lobby. This felt exceptionally inhospitable. Why inconvenience guests?

Reese (1/5): I got screwed. - Absolutely nothing. When I booked the room it had an icon on the map which caused My selection. The hotel was not within 15 miles of the map location. I tried to cancel the room and Bookings was a nightmare to connect with. What a total rip off. Sold Me a room IO could never use or cancel. Neve use again.

The floor was dirty the first night and even though it was not that far from SeaWorld, we did not expect the 30 to 45 minutes it took to get there. I did like the handicap shower and shower chair. Also liked the small table and chairs for eating. The floor was dirty the first night like it had not been mopped and the room was so humid even with the air conditioner running that our clothes felt damp after being in the room over night. The add was a little misleading when it said how close it was to the parks. No mention of the long commute to get there.

Muchas palmas y plantas ornamentales muertas, asumimos que se debe a las heladas qué hubieron en marzo. Pero esperamos que cuando volvamos a ir, ya los jardines estén mejor.

As well as they had a pool and they had an elevator some places don't have an elevator when they have steps and it's outside entry, So that was a nice. Room was definitely clean , lennon spotless, Iit was quiet. They also have breakfast. Love on site parking. At about a thirty minute drive from disney. The room was definitely cleaned with bleached, which was nice. But at the same time,...the smell lingered for the first night.It was a bit much on the sinuses. But once again, at least you know, it's clean.

It was miserable. First of all, you could have put me in a room downstairs that’s for one second of all you have no control about the elevator being broke, but someone could have came and tried to fix it as soon as possible. That did not happen.

Róbert (4/5): Maximum egy éjszaka eltöltésére alkalmas - A szállás elhelyezkedése jó, a hangulatos belváros autóval könnyen megközelíthető. Az ágy kényelmes. Nagyon zajos. Behallatszik az út zaja. Vékonyak a falak, az ajtó csapkodások szinte megrázzák s szobát, mintha földrengés lenne. Az ajtót viszont csak nagyon nehezen lehet becsukni, nagy zajjal. Valami folyamatosan zúg a szobában. Hiányoznak lámpa búrák, a bútorok nagyon kopottak és régiek. Pihenés nem alkalmas. Maximum egy éjszakára jó.

Which is irrelevant to us the customer. We asked how long it will be and was advised it will be 30mins. That isn’t fair or acceptable. No apology or anything. It’s like oh well. Also the facility looks nothing like the pictures online.
