- Marites (5/5): Must Have Missed Its Heyday - Location was great. Our room was huge! In-room eashing machine was a plus. Entire apartment was dusty and needs a good cleaning! Breakfast wasn't good. Area where food were placed aren't 100% clean. I asked for a fork and was pointed to a container. Fork was sticky and inside the container appeared to be a milk residue.
- Portia (3/5): Needs renovation and cleaning - The location of the hotel was good. Wide spread of traditional and western breakfast. The rooms are huge and that's about it The hotel is a 4 star and I am unsure how this is assigned as it was below par 1. The rooms were not clean - even had to change rooms and it wasn't better. From the bathroom not being wiped down to sheets 2. The facilities were worn or torn or unkept. Bed frames were broken 3. The bed was not made properly. Never seen this ever before I think we may have booked the wrong Shin Shin, as next door there is another one that looked better kept.

- DAI-JONG (7/5): - 객실이 넓고 올레시장을 도보로 갈수 있기에 좋습니다! 침대가 큰편이라 킹침대+싱글침대를 붙여 소아동반 4인가족이 잠을 자는데 불편이 없었습니다. 나름 오션뷰라 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 4인이 숙박예약을 했으나 수건은 4장. 요청하면 더 주긴하나 1박에 인당 수건두장이라 생각하나.. 2박째 교체 시점에서는 수건을 2장만 더주심... 또 요청하러 갑니다. 연박에는 수건두장만 갈아준다는 답변을 받으니.. 이건 아니다 싶네요 세면대 및 욕실에 배수가 안좋습니다! 조식이 이숙소의 장점이였으나. 이번에는 좀 실망 스러웠네요. 냉동고기를 해동을 덜시킨 문제로 안익은게 좀 물컹거리게 씹혀 뱉어냈습니다. 커피 머신은 에스프레소 추출에 문제가 있습니다. 숙소가 넓긴하나 조식이 개선되지 않는다면 굳이 여기를 선택할 이유는 없어 보입니다.

- maria (5/5): Please pay attention to cleanness of your hotel. - Large room and wash machine. Room clean service is joke. Dirty floor, Dirty trash can. Dirty sink. Dust in selves. Bathroom smell bad. I was instructed staff who works at front desk that I have to ask to "clean floor also" when room clean services request. Otherwise, they only empty trashcan and towels. Parking lot also need to be clean. Garbage is everywhere.

- 준철 (10/5): - 위치 상으로 서귀포시를 돌아다니기에 좋았습니다. 조식은 생각보다 종류가 많았구요. 무엇보다 객실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 배달음식도 시켜먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 객실은 괜찮았는데, 주차장 관리가 잘 안되고 있는 거 같아요. 주차장이 넓어서 좋긴한데 전기차 충전소도 몇몇개 마련해주면 좋을 것 같아요.

- Sophie (9/5): Excellent stay with abundant parking and convenient location. - Huge room for 4 people, with a nice view of Seogwipo city. Just a short walk away were the local markets and plenty of amazing food options in the heart of Seogwipo. Very clean, spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The staff were lovely and even helped us bring our food delivery straight to our door. They do speak some English but we mostly used a translation device and had no issues. Washing machine, refrigerator, freezer and hairdryer were provided. There were plenty of free private parking spots in the hotel basement. The bathroom has a strange setup. The shower and toilets are in their own stalls while the sink and mirror are located on the side of the entrance. This meant that it was hard to get changed when showering since the shower stall only just had enough space to shower and there was nowhere to hang your clothes other than outside near the sink. Staff sometimes forgot to provide the correct number of towels, or mugs but we simply requested it in the morning and it was resolved.

- Oksana (4/5): A smelly stay - The location and that's it. Even though the room was large, it was terribly smelly and somewhat dirty. I don't even want to mention the hallway, where you might feel like throwing up just by approaching the elevator. 🤢

- Rowan (10/5): Excellent value for money - Great location and great staff! There is a bus station outside the hotel, the town in walking distance too. The room was really spacious with lots of storage. They also gave me a free upgrade, which was so sweet of them! It's not something I disliked exactly, but I stayed for 6 days and my room wasn't cleaned during my stay, I got a little sandy because I went to the beach. They did provide fresh towels and complimentary water every day at my door, though!

Ne savent pas indiquer de restau ou de bureau d'information touristique.

Pas de menage systématique...il faut demander à l accueil mais, même dans ce cas, ce n'est pas fait. Les parties communes sont à rafraichir... Le petit déjeuner est peu diversifié et très asiatique... Le personnel n est pas accueillant et ne parle pas anglais.

- Jeffrey (7/5): Value for money for the location and size of room. - Location of the hotel is fantastic. There are plenty of food options around. It is just 5 mins walk to Ollie Market street, 10 mins walk to the Cheongjiyeon Waterfall and 20 mins walk to Jeongbang Waterfall. Breakfast wasn't to expectation but it is good enough just to fill our stomach. The hallway smells of cigarettes even though the rooms are non-smoking. Rooms size is great, it has a washer in every room. That's a deal changer for us. Plenty of carpark lots too. Breakfast is nothing to shout about. Had breakfast there once and we said we'll eat else where instead. Variety is limited, coffee is not even available, only milk and juice from dispensing machine.
- Lieselot (9/5): Goed hotel met grote kamers. - De kamer was zeer groot, had prima bedden, een grote TV, goede airco en een wasmachine. Er was een keuken gedeelte met grote frigo en diepvries. Wel was er geen kookvuur, borden, glazen etc. Er werd ook vriendelijk gevraagd om niet te koken op de kamer. De badkamer had veel schimmel in de douche: in de voegen, op het plafond en op drie van de vier muren. Het zorgde zelf voor een schimmelgeur in de gehele badkamer.

En gros ils ne tiennent pas forcément compte du nombre de personnes et donnent les chambres par ordre d'arrivée. En gros 4 couchages et un matelas par terre. Et ils n'ont rien voulu entendre. Le reste était correct compte tenu du prix

- Suresh (8/5): Spacious rooms & nice location, but needs better maintenance - We stayed at this hotel primarily for its location and were surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the popular Olle market with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local eateries - perfect for exploring the area. The view from the room was lovely, with a nice view of the Saeyeongyo Bridge and the sea. There is also a 7-Eleven conveniently located on the ground floor for quick purchases. The room was exceptionally large, probably one of the biggest we’ve stayed in recently. It came with many amenities including a washing machine, a large fridge, dining table, kitchen area, and a comfy sofa. Drying racks were also provided upon request. The breakfast buffet was good with a decent spread of Korean and Western options. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a fantastic location. However, improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and design (especially in the car park and bathroom) would really improve the guest experience. Free on-site parking was available across 4–5 floors, but the parking lot design was a drawback. The slots were quite narrow, and it was nearly impossible to exit the car if parked next to a larger car. Additionally, the ceilings in the car park had multiple leaks, and water was dripping in several places. The bathroom was functional with good water pressure and basic toiletries. However, the glass doors of the bathroom and toilet lacked locks and weren’t fully opaque - so privacy could be an issue for friends or families with children. Cleanliness was a concern - there were hair strands visible in various parts of the room, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was included in the price. Lots of car parking. There is a clothes washer but no dryer. The breakfast was basic but not too bad. Housekeeping had to be called to come clean the room.
