- cristianadiluzio (4/5): Molto delusa - posizione molto comoda vicino al centro direzionale, camera spaziosa sul muro del bagno c'era molta muffa, le tariffe del parcheggio non sono per nulla chiare, all'atto della prenotazione non è scritto da nessuna parte che non è incluso nella camera e tra receptionist mi hanno comunicato importi diversi, inoltre un hotel del genere che non dà neanche una bottiglietta di acqua inclusa in camera è inconcepibile.

- Ricky73 Fragale (8/5): il soggiorno è stato piacevole, dovessi tornare a Napoli ricontatterei questa struttura. - la posizione vicinissima alla stazione è comoda per chi come noi è arrivato in treno. la camera era pulita con letti comodi e la ampia terrazza un plus da non sottovalutare. il personale è stato gentile e attento alle esigenze del cliente. l'insonorizzazione delle camere va migliorata. la colazione se pur con prodotti buoni e di qualità, deve dare più scelta all'ospite. (es: solo 2 tipi di cornetto, solo un tipo di affettato per una colazione salata)

We thought there was a restaurant attached, but it was only snacks and pastries. There weren’t many places to eat nearby. We arrived early evening. No porters! No glasses of any kind.

Дверь в ванну не закрывалась,на что он нагло ответил,что мы можем идти в другой отель если нам не нравится и другой номер он нам дать не может. За 180€ не было даже питьевой воды в номере,тапочки только для одного человека. цена/качество вообще не соответствует,завтрак очень скудный в помещении без окон. Не советую.

You can walk right off of the train and walk within minutes to the hotel. I wish they had more places to hold or hang your clothes in the bathroom. I also wished they had continued with a glass door into the shower as when you took a shower, The water went all over the bathroom. Also the shower floor was very slippery. I was concerned that I would fall.

Aircon was really good, especially as the temperature on occasions was 37 degrees. Room refreshed every day with clean towels, bedding etc.
- G5073PGkathyb (4/5): Area around hotel - The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, the breakfast has a good choice of food . We did have to swop rooms as the aircon was broken and wouldn't switch off, not only was it very noisy but the room was exceptionally cold . We found the reception staff to be very helpful regarding this matter . The hotel location was good as it was near the main square and train station, However the walk to this area from the hotel wasn't a very good one . There was homeless people sleeping rough on the pavements , the whole area smelt of strong urine and the pavements was literally covered in animal and human feaces and there was litter literally strewn everywhere. It certainly wasn't a safe area to be walking around either as we had someone jump out of a car and attempt to RIP a gold necklace from our friends neck and I had a gold bracelet taken from off my wrist the previous day . At 4pm in the afternoon there was a fight going on at one of the restaurants between the waiters, the soldiers had to intervene. Not great memories to bring home which is so sad as Naples is such a beautiful city

Hotel is a stone throw away from Naples Central but our bags were heavy and we asked the ladies at the front desk to book a taxi for us. Teresa and her colleague at the front desk were kind and attentive to our needs. Teresa even helped carry our bags and walked with us to the train station. Great customer service! Thanks Teresa.
- 346tracyo (6/5): Uncomfortable mattress - The room was ok but the mattress was awful! Very very firm, like sleeping on board. I slept horribly and my back and side was killing me. We were there for 3 nights as part of a vacation package otherwise, I would have left straight away. Breakfast was sufficient.

Friendly and helpful reception staff Comfortable and clean rooms, reception controls room temperature, just ask them to adjust to your preference. Continental breakfast with adequate selection is included . Would return
- 629laurar (10/5): Comfortable stay, great location - Great location, friendly helpful staff. Clean with fresh towels every day. Continental breakfast was suffice. There is a bar connected to the hotel which offers 10% discount to hotel guests, really nice but closed too early at 8.30pm. The city of Naples is not great, dirty and a bit scary but we only used it as a base and visited Sorento, Capri and Pompeii all very accessible from this hotel.

- Denise (6/5): - Liked location. Reception staff excellent. Breakfast coffee not good, cold eggs, croissants heavy. Bathroom: toilet paper not refilled, no grab bars in very slippery shower, not enough towel racks. No do not disturb sign available.
- OnAir64825538990 (4/5): we were disappointed - we had the Junior Suite and it was very disappointing. there was no bulb in the light outlet over the bathroom sink. the coffee machine had a layer of filth over the water. the light next to one side of the bed did not work. i wish they would check their rooms before they give the keys to the customer. the good news was that the person at the desk, Dario, got us an extra blanket.
