Patsy (10/5): Everything we needed. - Davidov Guesthouse is nothing from the outside but, once in, there is a quiet, gentle welcome and everything was efficiently handled both prior to and during our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was slightly random but there was enough to eat to keep us needing no lunch! The situation is brilliant, in a quiet area, not far from the historic centre and very close to the Metro.

Nailya (10/5): Высший балл! - Отдыхали в этом отеле с 1 по 8 июня, отмечали юбилей мужа. Об этом отельчике говорю только с восхищением! Номер Люкс 2х комнатный, очень изящный! Все продумано до мелочей-камин, красивый и функциональный диван, все для чая-кофе,красивая посуда, в каждой комнате -свой телевизор,классное белье, белоснежные полотенца(как полагается- по 3), которые меняются ежедневно!!! Качество уборки-высший балл!В ванной комнате есть все для каждого: хорошие халаты, тапочки, фен,гели- шампуни, молочко для тела, исправный душ, горячая вода!Все, что нужно для отличного настроения! Никакого шума я не услышала! Персонал очень тактичный и квалифицированный! Завтраки-качественные и вкусные И это все при 3*** и приемлемой цене! Ставим 5+ и советуем всем побывать в этом уютном отеле
Richard (10/5): Great budget hotel with excellent location - Excellent location just off Nevsky Prospekt, near metro stations and train station for Moscow. Very quiet, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi. Friendly helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast served in a couple of local cafes is excellent.
ポチ (8/5): 駅近 - モスクワ駅から徒歩10分。静かで共同キッチンもあり便利。朝食は近くのコーヒーショップ2軒から選べます。ミネラルウォーターもタンクが常設されているので、何時でも好きなだけ飲めました。部屋は狭いですが、風呂はタブ付きです。ベット柔らかすぎるのが難点です。
Olga (2/5): Полное разочарование в отеле - Номер в отеле был забронирован в подарок родственникам. Приехав в СПб немного ранее даты заезда родственников, имея письменное подтверждение брони, решила проверить все ли в порядке. В отеле сообщили, что такой брони у них нет и на эти даты свободных номеров тоже нет! Дальше началась эпопея с выяснением данного недоразумения, в отеле сначала говорили, что они все решат, постоянно обещали перезвонить, но перезванивали. В СПб были белые ночи и эк.форум - свободных отелей в городе не было, за исключением хостелов и неадекватных 5* за 300тыс. за 5 ночей. Дальше несколько дней паники, с утра до вечера поиск и обзвон отелей... Все разрешилось благодаря hotels.com и их посреднику по переселению, которые нашли отель, хоть и намного дальше от центра, но лучше по др. параметрам (4*, номер люкс...). Разницу в цене, которая вероятно была раза в 3 выше мы не доплачивали, должно быть счет был выставлен "Давыдов"...
ana (8/5): Okay hotel on a budget - The entrance and reception area are a 2 or 3;however, the rooms very decent and the bathroom comes with a bath tub. Free breakfast at a coffee shop, and or an armenian restaurant. If you want a better hotel from the outside and reception area this is not for you.
Verified traveler (10/5): отлично - Проживал с 05.06.2015 по 07.06.2015г. Одноместный номер. Хороший, чистый. Санузел, ванная. В коридоре кулер с водой. Имеется отдельно небольшая кухня, где можно вскипятить чай, покушать. Расположен на втором этаже. Центр города, практически на пересечении с Невским проспектом. Рядом две станции метро "Площадь Восстания" и "Маяковского". Завтраки в кафе "Кофе Хаус" (напротив) или кафе "Лаваш" на этой же стороне улицы,по выбору. Завтрак в "Лаваше" яичница, бутердрод, чай. Съедобно и сытно. Единственный небольшой минус, как уже здесь отмечалось ранее - недостаточная шумоизоляция номера. В целом очень хорошо
T&T (8/5): 中心街と地下鉄に近い綺麗なホテル - 入口がわかりにくて少し不安になりますが、ブッシュホンを押せば問題なし。改装したてか、綺麗で快適。バスタブは少し小さいが問題なし。

Stella (8/5): Tasalaatuinen minihotelli - Jos vierailen Pietarissa, tulen mielellään Davidoviin. Hyvä sijainti ja siisti sekä turvallinen valinta. Hyväksi havaittu, miksi siis vaihtaa.
ANDREI (10/5): Новый и чистый отель. - Снимал номер на одни сутки по работе- понравилось. Особенно хочется отметить приветливый и компетентный персонал, удобно что завтрак в кафе хауз напротив, номер новый, мебель в отличном состоянии, чистый. Единственное WiFi в номере хотелось бы по-скоростнее и постабильнее.

Stella (10/5): Ihastuttava pikkuhotelli paraatipaikalla - Ihana pikkuhotelli, jonka huoneessa oli viimeiseen yksityiskohtaan ajateltu kalustus ja taso. Kaunis, toimiva ja erittäin siisti. Ainoa miinus oli aamiaisjärjestely: Kupongilla pääsi lähikahvilaan aamiaiselle, joka oli melko kehno ja pieni.
Phil (10/5): Short Break in St Petersburg - The hotel is just off Nevsky Prospect and in a great position for visiting the City. Don't be put off by the staircase that leads to the first floor. This is a small guest house that looks like it has been recently decorated. The bathrooms in particular were superb. Not enormous rooms but perfectly adequate. The reception staff were very good and helped with directions and a transfer to the airport. Breakfast across the road is in a franchised coffee shop with about 5 choices of menu for hotel guests.
