- Isabelle (8/5): excellent welcome - We arrived too early, they kept our suitcases with a chain at the reception. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which is open 24 hours. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned was located on the 2nd floor, in the only section where there is no elevator. They brought our suitcases up, without us having to ask them; they do it for all guests. Extremely nice and friendly employees. Beautiful site within walking distance of the beach. Only downside, the towels are not really white, but rather gray and the hair dryer is very small and takes a long time to dry your hair.

Couldn't get near the pool for the first time in 15 yrs and too many selfish guests who hog the pool beds and umbrellas from 6am and often don't use them. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the view we had from our balcony was beautiful overlooking the pool..which has a swim up bar, it has a restaurant, pool table, everything we required. The rooms were so clean and fresh and each day we come back to fresh towels, bed made and bathroom clean. The location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk to the main street of Kuta, we were surrounded by everything we needed.. shops, restaurants and transport is anywhere you need it at all times. 5 Stars for us.
- Trinh (10/5): - The property has a good location, lots of small shops, not much food options but quite good. The staff had the aircon turned on for us before we arrived, really appreciated. The room is very nice and clean but needs brighter lights in the bathroom. I believe that the drainage system is not working properly so sometimes can be a bit stinky for no reason. - Tobi (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room service and restaurant was delicious. The pool was well maintained with a swim up bar. The grounds were beautifully clean, tidy and well maintained. The room we stayed in was a little run down but cleaned daily and still good. We would definitely stay again, it is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, stores and marts.
