Reservamos con booking y al llegar nos cobraron $4 extras a parte de lo que pagamos ya por booking y tengo que gestionar con el banco porque me lo han intentado cobrar dos veces.
• Birgit (5/5): - Das Motel ist sehr günstig, für 3 Nächte haben wir nur knapp 200€ gezahlt. Daher ist die Erwartungshaltung bei uns gering. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und erhielten ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Kingsize-Bett (106). Das war natürlich viel schöner als das gebuchte Queen-Size Bett. Gestört hat uns die sehr laute Klimaanlage/ Heizung. Selbst mit Ohropax war sie noch deutlich hörbar. Aber im Winter muss man heizen, weil es sonst zu kalt im Zimmer wird. Die Dusche war super, aber beim Waschbecken gab es nur kaltes Wasser. Der 2. Regler am Wasserhahn hatte überhaupt keine Funktion. Total ärgerlich beim Gesicht waschen oder Zähne putzen. Die Bettlaken und Handtücher hatten alle Flecken und oder Löcher, was in dieser Kategorie/ Preislage üblich ist.

• Wayne (7/5): Compassionate when we needed this - The manager was considerate and generous. In the face of a crisis at home, we needed to depart a day early with very little notice. The manager of Rodeway Inn Albuquerque offered a partial refund. This act of generosity makes him stand out as we recollect the many accommodations we stayed at. Thank you again, Sir. We still appreciate your kindness when we needed it most.

Large rooms with a fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large tv, closed, desk and a table with two chairs. Feeling very comfortable without having to pay much. Very friendly and helpful owner!!! All was perfect!

Had to pay for ice machine each time. No coffee maker and a burnt out lightbulb by closet. Ha only 2 thin pillows on a king bed , had to ask for more. TV remote didnt work and no clock. Never changed sheets , just remade the bed.

C'est tout à leur honneur car on voit qu'ils essayent de redonner vie à leur hôtel. Rien que pour cela, ça valait la peine de choisir cet endroit et de soutenir cette famille. Ils veillent également à la sécurité de leurs clients, et ça ce n'est pas négligeable dans une ville comme celles-ci. Et alors l'accueil... tout le monde est très souriant et chaleureux. No había enchufes al lado de las mesillas de noche, lo que hace falta cuando llevas todo el día en el coche y necesitas cargar tu móvil de noche

• Richard (10/5): Excellent in every area. I stayed a week and loved it. - A great refurbished classic Route 66 Motel under excellent management. VERY clean, New A/C and big comfortable beds. They'll even give you a quarter for the ice machine. A clean pool even! Highly recommend.

The room was dirty, sticky stains on the tables, hair on the bathroom floor and in the bed, a rust or blood stain on the shower curtain. We heard what could only be gun shots in the night around 11pm and again around 130am and they sounded so close. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. My son and I slept sideways on the bed with our feet to the windows. It's all I could do to feel safer thinking maybe we'll just get shot in the feet. I would've slept on the floor if I felt that it was clean but my son and I never even took our shoes off to step on the floor and I used my own bedding to lay on top of the bed cuz there was some crusty white stuff on the bedding. It just felt very icky.
