• F5245YLemilym (6/5): Mixed feelings about the hotel - I recently travelled here as part of a group of four for a relaxing 5 night stay. Initially, everything seemed fine. The hotel is well laid out and the staff were very friendly. However, on the first night we found a cockroach in our room. We raised this with staff, who promptly came and cleaned the room. Unfortunately, on the second night we saw more cockroaches and complained to the front desk. They initially offered to clean the room again, but after the first clean had been unsuccessful, we requested to move rooms. They relocated us free of charge, which we appreciated. I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and addresses the cockroach problem in the villa we stayed in, so future guests do not have the same experience. Overall, the vibe and atmosphere were welcoming and pleasant. That said, on the last night I suffered from food poisoning, which made the journey home a nightmare. I would advise being careful when choosing what to eat. Aside from the cockroaches and the food poisoning, the bar staff, hotel staff, and cleaners were all lovely and could not be faulted.

• adriandE5239SG (2/5): It will be hard to delete bad memories at this hotel! - Just checked out 2 days ago from this 1 star hotel. I have never made any review (either positive or negative), but this time I feel as an obligation to advise any possible guest not to make the same mistake. Just to clarify, we were there for 7 days (2 families, one with 2 children). 1. Arrival at the hotel. No welcome. Main lobby without AC (this was daily) It was 8am after traveling all night with 2 small kids and had to wait till 2pm. Asked the reception if could make earlier checkin. He said room would be ready in 1 hour and when came back, another receptionist was at the desk. We had to pay 25 euro extra for earlier checkin (for each family) with the excuse that rooms were not available and cleaned. Since were tired and with kids, agreed. Were advised that room would be ready in 15-20 mins. After 40 mins waiting at the hot lobby, another recepsionist showed up by telling if we want to switch to main building as the rooms were not ready yet. Paid another 50 euros for each family (later learned that other people had paid 100 or 150 euro to switch from club room to main building). Pure robbery! 2. Luggage boy comes and takes the luggage though I didn't ask for help. Even my kid could pull them by wheels without any effort. Then enters the room and stays inside without moving. I said I had nothing to leave as tip, but he still stayed in place insisting like a beggar that could change money. I felt the right moment to punch in his face, but didn't want to scare my kids and ruin the vacation without starting yet. At the same time the other luggage boy at the second family had closed the room's door with anger because of missing tip. 3. Dirty & old room. Double bed had a tough mattress from which we had to wake up everyday with back pain. Beds of children were damaged, old and very unsafe to climb. Bathroom and shower with soap dispenser as it was an airport toilet. No slippers. Wifi very poor. More disconnected than connected. Internet speed couldn't reach even 1Mps. 4. Went out to the pools, which were very small. One of them "defined" for kids but nothing suitable for them. No safety at all. Adults and kids slide together with risk at highest level. Only whistle blowing from security staff didn't serve for anything. Entertainment team was zero. Nothing interesting in one week. (Have to point out 1 hour circus show which was good, but this had nothing to do with hotel). No activities for the chidren. Just some stupid painting and tatoos. 5. Tons of wasted food. Same stuff everyday. Unhealthy and untasty. Most of workers do not speak English and they always seemed rude and angry (except a cleaning lady who was very gentle and friendly). 6. A la carte restaurant was overbooked since the beginning (according to the PR lady) and you had to choose only Turkish option which in fact was the same food provided daily, only served in dishes and by waiters. 7. Beach was a disaster. Very ugly and unsafe. Legs still hurting from rocks. Entertainment activity: again zero 8. I love cats and animals, but it is not hygenic to keep them in restaurant area. As per above and hundred other details that I'm not mentioning here, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I am very disappointed I didn't search deeper for it and I'm sorry for my kids that couldn't offer them good memories from this trip. By this review I hope maybe to help someone with integrity and dignity not to make the same mistake as I did. P.S. : One of the reasons that this hotel has also positive reviews after visiting it, is possibly the presence of low quality people who can be satisfied with low quality things and also the being of many Russians, Polish & Germans, whose interest is only to eat and getting drunk with free drinks and that's it. I am sure that a valuable family would never think to go back there or find any reason to leave a good review.

The rooms are comfortable, the minibar is restocked daily, and housekeeping takes care of the room every day. Towels are changed daily upon request, and the beach is very close – a big plus for families or those who want quick access to the sea. The staff is friendly and approachable — communication was easy and smooth. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options to choose from. However, I would advise paying attention to your personal belongings. Unfortunately, my sunglasses were stolen during the stay, so it’s best not to leave valuables unattended, even in areas that may seem secure. All in all, a good experience with decent services and a relaxing atmosphere.

Hotel-daily cleaning, towels changed daily, linen I think every 2 days (I didn't stay to do the militia, but they were constantly clean) minibar refilled daily, cans of beer, water, juice, everything, but all the employees "picked up" English, German, Russian (even some Romanian) and very kind 2. Restaurants - I can give them 10 on the line, from the restaurant where you had meals to the "a la carte" ones, on the beach, at the pool..everything is great ok You had a lot of dishes to combine, cakes, fruits at all tables, and I didn't see the food finish until 15 minutes before the official closing of the dining program 3. The beautiful gardens, cool and comforting 4. The beach. Free sunbeds from morning to evening, they didn't "reserve" in advance like in other places, the sand with a little pebble but not disturbing, (wifi even at the sunbed) 5. The water. I would give it an 8 Only because it has pebbles, but with water tennis it is a 10 and clean as usual, the pontoon is good as a trampoline, 6. The bazaar is across the street, so you can do small or large purchases There would be more to say but everything would be positive I recommend with great pleasure and confidence

They were full of energy, always smiling, and made every day fun and exciting. The shows that they are doing was funny and great and also the dj performing was good. Whether it was games, shows, or daily activities, they kept everyone entertained and engaged. They were also great with kids and made sure everyone felt included. Food the same every day though and you have to get up at 7.30am to get a sunbed. Pool was freezing and if you’re not German I’d go somewhere else. Staff fluent in German not English. I think we were the only non German couple in the whole hotel. Also the spa and manicure were really rude and hard sell only. I would not, as in definitely not recommend the speciality restaurants

I will start with the rooms, the room was clean, everything including like fan, soap towels and etc etc. The pool is also great there are couple of them one near the villas and another the central one, included with bars and snacks everything tasty and fresh. The restaurant was great a lot of food, all kinds of food so I guarantee you that you will not stay hungry. The personal was so kindly and friendly always smiling and always serving with high quality.

The animation team was amazing, every single one of them especially Timea, Júlia, Serhat and Muhammed!! Waitresses were really quick and helpful. The food was always delicious and such a variety of different cuisines. The beach and the pool were clean also. Loved it here, will be back again for sure!

It was a very good experience for us. They could only clean the rooms better and also make the food better in terms of hygiene.

Enjoyed a lot especially staff, pool, beach behind the hotel, water sports like parasailing, lot of food and drinks, animation team and the professional dancers at amphitheatre. Very good for families. Few things to improve: the room ( villa) is a bit old and toilet is small and old for a five star, receptionists struggled with English and was not easy to communicate, food was repetitive but not an issue as a lot of options. Overall very good and had a wonderful time.

• Y. (10/5): - Our stay at Sunis Elita was excellent. The staff was hardworking and energetic. There is thought about everything. The location was prettier than the images online, there is a great big garden with many kinds of trees and pretty flowers. The chefs, gardeners, servers, everybody does a great job. We went in May and the weather was good enough to swim in the sea and to swim in the pools. The animation was light, probably because the summer season was not opened yet and there was a little amount of guest. However, we enjoyed ourselves and the animation staff were very keen to entertain us. The hotel is a very family and childfriendly location. We mainly saw Dutch, German and Russian/East-European families. Everything was very hygienic, the rooms, the food. The staff at the restaurant even squeezes orange juice for you during breakfast (free!). Amazing quality fruits and drink from real brands like Coca-Cola and Efes etc. The rooms are a bit outdated, but if you let your problem known at the reception, they happily resolve your problem and change your room for you. Minibar and cleaning every day in your room, they even made the bed up with flowers. There is a very, very wide variation of food available every hour. The location is so big, with restaurant cafes throughout the hotel. The wifi connection works everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and staff here. We would like to thank everybody.
• Meri (4/5): Massenabfertigung pur! - Haben 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht, und es war für uns alles andere als Erholung und Entspannung. Wer morgens nicht schon um 8 Uhr am Pool stand und sich eine Liege reserviert hat, ging leer aus. Ähnlich ging es auch im Gastronomiebereich, keine große Abwechslung im Essensangebot, überall lange Warteschlangen und keine freien Tische. Auch freigewordene Tische wurden erst nach Aufforderung des Personals für den nächsten Gast sauber gemacht. Das Personal war zwar grundsätzlich freundlich und bemüht, aber bestand zum größten Teil aus ungelernten Ferienjobbern und Studenten, somit nicht wirklich geschult und oftmals überfordert. Viel zuviel Lärm überall. Animation zu einseitig. Sehr weitläufige Hotelanlage, weite Wege vom Zimmer zur Poollandschaft oder zum Strand. Der Strand war gepflegt, allerdings für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht geeignet, da der Eingang zum Wasser sehr steinig/felsig ist und es dann auch sehr schnell tief wird. Zimmer waren ok, die Ausstattung ist aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten hätten auch etwas gemütlicher sein können. Ich würde nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel reisen

• Fistik (8/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältniss - Das Hotel hat eigentlich unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Fast durchgehend war das Hotelpersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Von Vollkornbrot bis zum Nachtisch alles super. Das Buffet für die Kinder war nur sehr klein und nicht immer gefüllt. Der Kinderclub hat meiner vierjährigen Tochter sehr gut gefallen. Besonders zu Mausi hat sie sehr schnell vertrauen gefasst. Mausi hatte viele Fans unter den Kindern und trotzdem hat sie sich Zeit für jedes Kind genommen. Traurig fand ich nur, das feste Aktivitäten wie Tshirt bemalen 10€ extra gekostet haben. Aber dafür können die Mitarbeiter ja nichts. Alle animateure haben sich viel Mühe gegeben und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Aber Mausi hat bei uns einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen.
• Denis (8/5): В Турции - лето настоящее! - Были в отеле год назад - тогда понравилось, и решили приехать еще раз. Территория в том же приличном состоянии, хорошие бассейны - ребенок научился плавать, добавили одну более высокую водяную горку. Жили в клубном номере в небольшом домике. Номер неплохо оборудован, все работает, но звукоизоляция отсутствует напрочь! Еще и турецкие тетеньки-уборщицы по утрам усаживались недалеко от двери номера и громко что-то обсуждали. Испортилось питание: ощущение, что ассортимент блюд в ресторане стал больше ориентирован на турок, сам ресторан ассоциируется с огромной шумной столовой, официанты не успевают ни приносить напитки, ни убирать со столов и заново их сервировать. Большая проблема с курящей публикой, особенно турецкими тетеньками: курят и в ресторане, не смотря на запрещающие таблички, и у бассейна при большом количестве детей вокруг... Из-за близости номера к главному зданию wi-fi работал достаточно уверенно.
• MUSTAFA (8/5): Fazla düşünme - Beklenilentileri karşılayan güzel bir tesis. Deniz beklenilenin altında ama çalışanların yaklaşımları takdire değer.

• Susanne (8/5): Rekommenderas starkt - En underbar vistelse med god mat och fina Hotellområden. Rent och god service i hela hotellet. Bra wifi i hela hotellet. Enda nackdelen är stranden som det framkommit i tidigare recensioner, men bryggan var underbar att hoppa ifrån. Jag åker absolut tillbaka till samma hotell igen.
• pinar (4/5): - När vi kom fram var inte reception personalen trevliga dom hade gjort fel på vår bokning vi fick vänta flera timmar med våra två barn. Kommer inte åka till den här hotellet.
