Très varié tant dans les plats salés (oeufs durs, jambon, quiche lorraine que dans les plats sucrés. Le check out : nous étions pressés et avions réglé la chambre, il s’agissait juste de rendre la clé. La dame de l’accueil n’a pas apprécié que je dépose la clé et dise que tout était déjà payé… alors qu’elle s’occupait de clients qui allaient régler leur chambre.

A one minute walk into Cognac and two excellent restaurants less than a minute with river views. We were in the main houses The room was very comfortable, big bed and coffee making facilities. Im Sommer ist das Außengelände sicherlich toll zu nutzen und Preis/Leistung mag dann auch stimmen. Frühstücksbuffet fiel mangels Gästen aus, wurde durch ein hervorragendes Frühstück auf dem Zimmer ersetzt. Tisch und Stühle stehen auf dem Balkon, bei Frost also Frühstück auf dem Bett. Bad zu klein, keine Ablagen für Kulturbeutel. Toilette nicht ganz fest, etwas kippelig. Balkon groß . Zimmer gemütlich aber für den Preis klein. In Cognac ist im Winter nicht viel zu unternehmen.

Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon avec beaucoup de produits faits maison comme un banana bread ou une quiche délicieux. Une seule remarque au sujet de la salle de bains : prévoir des étagères sous le lavabo pour poser sa trousse de toilette.

- Alexander (9/5): Excellent hôtel pour un séjour à Cognac - L’hôtel est installé dans les bâtiments d’une ancienne usine, au bord de la Charente, à cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville. Deux excellents restaurants et l’un des meilleurs bars de la ville se trouvent à proximité. Le domaine est spacieux, avec un parking largement suffisant. Le personnel attentionné a aidé à régler toutes les questions dès la phase de réservation. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon.

- David (8/5): A conveniently located hotel for the main attractions in Cognac - The hotel is a five minute walk to the River Charente quays in Cognac opposite the Hennessy Cognac site. Plenty of free parking at the hotel. There was only one bedside light and the bedside light switches were beyond arms reach from the bed on either side.

O cenário deste hotel não podia ser melhor e as instalações são enormes, com grandes espaços verdes, uma piscina pequena, mas agradável, e um estilo de casa de campo atrativo. É, também, muito perto do centro da vila, bastando passar uma ponte para se estar próximo de restaurantes e das caves da Hennessy. O pessoal da receção foi muito amável. Reservámos o duplex e achámos o quarto de baixo húmido e as camas desconfortáveis. O isolamento acústico para os espaços interiores comuns também é fraco. Apesar da beleza das instalações, não foi tão confortável como esperávamos.

- Cláudia (9/5): - Quarto super confortável, aconchegante e limpo, inclusive tinha equipamentos para preparar uma bebida, aproveitei para tomar um café antes de fazer o checkout . Achei que a coberta era quente para a época mas deu para dormir bem da mesma, tinha climatização.

- sylvie (10/5): chambre spacieuse avec une belle terrasse - très bon accueil. Nous étions en vélo et nous avons pu les mettre à l'abri. la chambre était spacieuse avec une belle terrasse.
- Mireille (9/5): Le charme au bord de la Charente - Tout : son charme, son emplacement, la terrasse, spacieuse et bien agencée, son beau jardin rempli de surprises, les roulottes, les cabanes, le bon petit déjeuner et la gentillesse des réceptionnistes. PS: Il y a des mannes de figues à ramasser! Le seul bémol : nous avons retrouvé notre chambre disons, à moitié faite, le soir en rentrant: serviettes changées dans la salle de bain, mais lit défait et rouleau de papier wc curieusement posé sur le bureau dans la chambre !

- Oscar uit Tilburg (8/5): Mooi concept op geweldige lokatie! - Erg leuk en creatief concept (lodge, cabane etc.) op een geweldige lokatie midden in de stad Cognac. Alles erop en eraan, tot goede laadpalen toe! Niets
- Fabrice (9/5): Charmant hôtel style industriel en plein centre ville de Cognac - la chambre était toute mignonne avec une déco sympa. Le plus est que chaque chambre possède une belle terrasse aménagée ( table , chaises , transat ). La déco du lieu en général est charmante ( ancienne usine réhabilitée ) avec des endroits de détente ( baby foot, table avec micro ondes, jeu pour enfants) ;le parc autour des chambres est grand pour pouvoir se promener et il y a une piscine ( pas très grande mais qui a été bien appréciée car il faisait très chaud ) : le parc est en bord de Charente ce qui est très agréable. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville ( grand parking privé pour se garer = gros plus ! ) et on peut donc sortir le soir dans les restaurants et se promener . la salle de bain très petite ( on ne rentre pas à deux ) et le plafond un peu bas ..
