• Feng (8/5): Our stay was generally pleasant, and we would stay here again in the future. - 1. Great location. Across the street is the bus terminal for the shuttles to Macao and Hong Kong. Bus stops are within one minute walk. 2. Kitchen facilities. We cooked our own meals during the stay. There is a super market in the building basement, very convenient. 3. There is a small washing machine in the balcony. 3. There is a 1. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom, just like during my stay three years ago. 2. There are no screens on the sliding doors, so mosquitoes can easily get into the room.

Staff members not too nice, the room didn’t have good noise isolation, we could hear the neighbors and laundry area all night. The bathroom had a putrid sewerage smell. The room was too humid and the AC way too strong and impossible to fix.

• Lynette (8/5): It’s definitely a good choice, good value for money too! - Location is really good! Zumiao station is just outside the apartment. With 7-11 next to it, a shopping mall right opposite it and a building with lots of food choices and a supermarket next to the apartment as well. It is clean and there’s no smell in the bedroom. Building is just a little old. And needs to wait a little while for hot water to come through.

The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating — we were even able to get a refund for the last two days when we decided to leave early. There are washing machines available on the 17th floor, and you can request an iron from the front desk. Light housekeeping is done daily. Note that there are no kitchen utensils provided in the room. The facilities are quite basic, similar to typical budget apartments in southern China, so don’t expect too much. No kitchen utensils provided in the room.

• Daniel (7/5): Simple but more than adequate accomodations in a central part of Foshan. - Good location, plenty of room, helpful staff. This vintage Chinese buildings put in pipes in a way that causes the bathrooms to always smell. Just keeping the bathroom door closed made this a minor issue. Also, even thought there was a kitchen, etc. there weren't any utensils or pots of any kind, nor even an easy way to clean things.
