It’s perfect if you want to experience the city like a local, as it’s located in a beautiful historic building with stunning 4-meter-high ceilings. The breakfast is simple but I personally had yogurt, cereal, and fruit, which was everything I needed. Mario is a great host: available, warm and kind. You can contact him directly. N/A
• Nedbal (8/5): Preis - Leistung passen, für einen Städtekurztrip ideal. - Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, gute Lage des Quartiers, genug Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vespa - Verleih ein Block entfernt. Zimmer schon etwas abgewohnt, sehr hellhörig.
• Leonarda Nadia (6/5): Senza lode e senza infamia - La posizione è fantastica: praticamente in centro (10 minuti a piedi da piazza Barberini) e prezzo basso considerando la centralità e il contesto di palazzo antico e di alto livello. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, estremamente didascalico. Non è eccezionale. Dettagli poco curati nelle camere, bagno piccolo e letto scomodo per il materasso troppo morbido e sottile (peccato perché era big size). Suggerirei tende più coprenti. Colazione italiana abbondante, ma adatta solo a chi non ha intolleranze e mangia solo dolce la mattina. Ho mangiato lo yogurt e non ho avuto quindi problemi, ma avendo avvisato mi sarei aspettata qualche proposta alternativa in più.

• Daniel (7/5): Sallustiani - Lo mejor es la amabilidad de Mario Fabio y sus explicaciones. La ubicación y muy acogedor. La cama y almohada son mejorables y hacer más nueva la habotación. Y poner en el desayuno tosradora y algo de embutido.

Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war unser Gastgeber Mario. Die Duschtasse machte einen etwas veralteten Eindruck. Die Reinigung des Fußbodens ist etwas verbesserungswürdig.

• Katrien (10/5): Geweldige prijs-kwaliteit verhouding met top host - Super vriendelijke en behulpzame host, vlotte check-in, proper en mooie kamer. Uitstekende locatie dichtbij Roma Termini en het centrum. Veel gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt.
• Josef (8/5): Bed & Breakfast Agli Horti Sallustiani served as good base for a matured couple of tourist. - We experienced very good support by an owner for all the days we spent here. He personally introduced all details of keys, a lift, etc. I would like to underline a comfort location of the accommodation. Some 4-5 minutes to metro A station Reppublica, restaurants near by, main state owned museums also near by. Who prefers walking, Basilica St. Giovanni, Colosseum, Pantheon all in 30 minutes distance. I should not forget the Airport Ciampino reachable in less than 60 minutes by Metro A / bus number 520 for 1.50 Euro. There is not so strong acoustic isolation between neighbor rooms. If you visit Roma as tourist, you do not care about such details.

• Fabio (8/5): Confortável e boa relação preço-qualidade - O Sr Mário é super simpático e amável. Muito atencioso e sempre pronto a ajudar Já é um edifício antigo, no entanto não nos falhou nada. O frigorífico refrescava muito bem, tivemos sempre água quente, elevador operacional. O isolamento sonoro não é fantástico, mas é compreensível

Find lots of hair in the bed. Bathroom very updated. Breakfast chemicals. God knows how old. Basically if someone didn’t eat breakfast they will serve next day. Coffeemaker doesn’t work properly. You need to press 5 times to make coffee longe. Furniture in the room very updated. Hangers in the wardrobe basically plastic with the size stickers. Basically owner collected them from the rubbish bin and put them in the wardrobe. Terrible isolation. You can hear everything behind the wall. I am very disappointed with the property.

• Charlotte (5/5): Emplacement au top, seul bémol la qualité des prestations - L'emplacement est top, tout est accessible à pieds. Le quartier est calme et des restaurants se situent au pieds du logement. Idéal après une journée de visite de de marche. L'hôte est sympa et accueillant. Les matelas ne sont pas confortables du tout, on sent les ressorts. Les chambres sont mal isolées, on entend tout ce qui se passe à côté. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très copieux (3 biscottes, 2 croissants sous vide, un gateau sous vide). Dommage sachant qu'il y a une boulangerie juste à côté !

• Massimo (9/5): Super séjour sur Rome, je recommande Mario ! - Mario est très serviable et toujours disponible. De plus, le logement est situé dans un super quartier qui est proche de tout.

• Stef'91 (5/5): Niet hygiënisch - Locatie was best goed en ook de buurt waar we verbleven had verschillende restaurantjes, cafés en ontbijtplaatsen. Hygiëne was verschrikkelijk, er was overal schimmel in de badkamer en in de kamer. Ook de ophoping van stof op sommige plaatsen deed de wenkbrauwen fronsen. Het ontbijt viel ook zeer zwaar tegen, eerder een snack-hoek dan een ontbijt. Rond het ontbijt vlogen ook verschillende vliegjes.

Mario est accueillant, très agréable et disponible pour ses hôtes . Le petit déjeuner est très léger et les produits non qualitatifs : pas de pain, uniquement 3 Biscottes /personne, beurre aigre, jus de fruits très sucrés, Brioche individuelle. Pommes et yaourt ok mais pas de salés du tout On a du s acheter du pain , jambon et fromage pour avoir un petit déjeuner proteiné avant le semi marathon Juste dommage !!!!

• Aleksandr (10/5): Fantastic, quiet, cozy accommodation with excellent breakfasts - Fantastic accommodation: cozy, quiet, warm, soundproof, with high ceilings, very clean, and equipped with a fridge, a comfortable workstation, and very fast, stable Wi-Fi. The view of the historic buildings is also lovely. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the breakfasts are perfectly prepared. In the morning, everything is already waiting for you - amazing, high-quality coffee, two types of delicious juice, cereals, cakes, and yogurt. Special thanks to Mario - he is one of the most caring hosts and the finest Italian gentleman we have ever met. He made our check-in smooth and genuinely enjoyable, and we felt truly welcome in Rome. Mario keeps everything in excellent order and is very attentive to his guests. He stays in touch, and if you need anything - just reach out to him. The next time we visit Rome, we will definitely stay at Mario's place again. The location is ideal - within walking distance of major sights and just a few blocks from two nice supermarkets and pharmacies.
• Marcin.B.76 (9/5): - Bardzo miły przyjazny właściciel Mario . Punktualnie czekał na nas przed wejściem do budynku. Dokładnie zapoznał nas z obiektem oraz z kluczami. Każdego dnia rano pytał przy wszystko jest w porządku. Dobra lokalizacja i atrakcyjne ceny jak na Rzym.

• Doenia (6/5): - De locatie was echt top. Dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden en ook veel metro's en bussen in de buurt. De gastheer was ook een hele vriendelijke man. Zeer warm en verwelkomend! De vuilbakjes werden iedere dag leegemaakt en het bed werd elke dag netjes opgedekt. Schimmel in de badkamer. De zeephouder hing vol schimmel en lagen open gebruikte zakjes zeep nog in de houder. De afvoer van de douche liep ook niet goed door. Er waren vieze vlekken op de muur naast het bed, leek op bloedvlekken.

• Natalia (4/5): - Estaba bien ubicado, y el señor era muy amable Nos quedamos con mi pareja cuatro días y en esos cuatro días no fueron capaz de limpiar la habitación ni de cambiar las sábanas tampoco no nos gustó por el simple hecho de la limpieza porque el baño tampoco lo limpiaron y nos cambiaron un día así un día no las toallas, el desayuno para el precio que tiene es bastante básico, así que sin más la verdad no volvería ahí pero bueno

Kuvat sivustoilla eivät todellakaan vastaa todellisuutta.

• DENITA (2/5): Pessimo! - L’accoglienza Tutto: la colazione pessima, con biscotti scaduti e una macchina per le bevande obsoleta. La pulizia terribile; la donna delle pulizie nemmeno dava Inps trancio ai tavoli tra un cliente e p’altro. Ti siedivi su un tavolo apparecchiato tutto sporco Il bagno super sporco e la polvere e sporcizia ovunque. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare un trolley piccolo per riprenderlo verso sera che avevamo il treno, e ci è stato chiesto 5 euro per tenerlo. (Cosa che abbiamo dato volentieri) ma non ci era mai capitato nemmeno nei 5 stelle che ci chiedessero un importo per tenere la valigia.

• Emily (7/5): Location great , 😊 - Location is very central lots of restaurants nearby if after a long day in Rome you didn’t fancy a long walk again. Main attractions can either be on foot or the bus stop is 2 mins walk. Mario was very informative and such a lovely host. Breakfast is basic but gives you room to try the delicious treats around Rome. Walls are very thin and some guests not always respectful of this during our stay not the hosts fault. Bed I would say needs a good mattress topper on to make it more comfortable. Bathroom could do with some attention- enclosed mould starts to build up quickly as it would in any property

Se agradece que Mario te pregunte a diario por el cambio de toallas, pero quizás es preferible que repasen el baño a diario.

Majiteľ mi zabez - Poloha blizko pamiatok, ochotny mily domaci Mario, vzdy rad pomohol, poradil. Ochotne zabezpečil aj bezlepkove pečivo. Čiste ubytovanie s raňajkami. Odporučam . Nebolo nič čo by sa nam nepačilo.
