- chloe (2/5): absolutely not worth the price - the house keeper Ash was amazing and so friendly, the location is great absolutely appalled by this place, the front desk staff are so incredibly rude, didnt even offer to help me downstairs with my bags when i was solo with 2 kids under 3 and 3 suitcases , there was 3 of them at the desk and no other guests at the time. the rooms are sub par and not worth the price

Lack of chill space later at night. Bar closed early and no future facilities available yo guests. Poor choice for inroom dining for 5 star. No option to request anything eg. Sandwich. No gluten free options on inroom dining menu.

The pool and spa are the same temperature which is cold. This was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel and it was too cold to get in. The food at dinner in the restaurant was awful. We ate the fries and a bit of it but sent most back. Our complaints were met with an apology but no deductions were made despite a confident commitment to do so by one of the staff members. Breakfast buffet was very average. We won’t be back.

- Noelia (6/5): Seeking luxury, seek another hotel - I have stayed at Sheraton hotels around the world, so I was surprised by the condition of the room during this stay. The room had no view, only facing a high-rise building, and it felt noticeably worn. The ceiling showed poor repair work, which appeared to be from previous water damage, particularly in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that there were no minibar items available in the room. Guests are required to call reception for these items, which can take some time to be delivered. In my case, the delay was long enough that I went out to purchase my own refreshments, and by the time I returned and consumed them, I had to cancel the room service request. I expected a higher standard based on my previous experiences with Sheraton and hope this feedback is helpful in improving future guest stays.

- Dianne (7/5): Good overnight stay in a great location - Comfortable room & a good gym This isn’t the only hotel that does it but if three people are staying in the room then the room should be accommodating for three people eg three coffee cups, three robes etc plus there needs to be more than two coffee pods

- Charmaine (4/5): Thumbs down sheraton - Not a lot Check in slow, room was not cleaned properly nor inspected for arrival , staff gave us another room which still wasnt much better , dirty finger marks visable on the scratched up furniture, bathroom and bath tub grubby( not game to use) the room did not get serviced whilst we were out we had to ask for it on our second day. I previously booked another room and paid for it on booking .com as i had a friend staying and for some reason it was for july so on check in on friday my deposit bond was paid the receptionist read it back as 18th april like it was meant to be, then come saturday when i tried checking in my friend i was told the booking was for july so after another painful checkin experience room got sorted and i was given soft drink and beers vouchers..for the inconveience .we stayed in the tradional room on level 3,4..i wouldnt recommend this hotel or these rooms there were $270 and $280 a night the view is a musty old building ( didnt ask for a view) but thats what you see when you look out out the window and the garbage truck will be your alarm clock.The foh staff were great .the cleaning staff and their supervisor need more training..the first foh receptionist on the friday needs more training and perhaps new glasses for not picking up on tbe booking mistake yet reading the booking back to me for the right date when it wasnt.

- Amanda (1/5): Really terrible for the Sheraton ! - I booked it because of the cbd location There was not much at all that was good about the place Room was Not as advertised on the bookings.com pictures, Stayed from Saturday 11th April until mon 13th April No staff at reception Car parking space was a joke so small we couldn’t even open our car doors to get out of the car once we parked! Indoor pool & spa was really cold ( supposed to be heated ) No assistance at all or room cleaning!! Was not worth the money I have stayed at much better places for much less & got much better service & value

The staff were exceptional. Maybe would have been nice to have a blanket in the room for just in case. but couldn’t fault otherwise.

- Leanne (1/5): Disappointing - I recently stayed at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. For months prior to arrival, I requested early check-in and was advised it was subject to availability, which is completely fair. However, upon arrival after a red-eye flight from Perth, the hotel was quick to take payment but unable to provide a room. We were told it would be ready between 12–1pm. We returned around that time and were repeatedly told the room wasn’t ready, despite later being informed it was available and simply being “checked with cleaning.” We were seated in the lobby the entire time, clearly visible to staff yet no one made the effort to inform us when the room became available. It ultimately took us approaching reception again to receive our key. After over 24 hours without proper rest, this lack of basic service was frustrating and unnecessary. To make matters worse, the room provided did not match the Grand Deluxe room I had booked. The layout and configuration were clearly consistent with a lower-tier room, despite being assured otherwise. The difference is obvious when compared to the hotel’s own website imagery. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The toilet flush buttons were visibly dirty, with a build-up of grime around the edges that honestly made you want to gag. It’s a basic detail, but one that says a lot about overall housekeeping standards. Overall, the experience felt like a business happy to take your money, but not particularly concerned with delivering the service or product promised. Staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and the attention to guest experience was lacking. Having stayed at The Ritz Carlton Perth on many occasions which operates under the same group, I expected a similar standard. This stay fell well short. I wouldn’t return, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

- Stephanie (8/5): Prime location and so close to tram and train stations. - Excellent location! The room size is decent. We had a twin bed room and my daughter can stay for free which is good value. The toilet flush was faulty. They had it fixed when we went out for dinner pretty quick but it was not working again the second night and the hotel offered another room for us which was no drama.

- David (7/5): A positive experience overall - Good central location. Toilet exhaust fan. Large bed. Bedside tables had drawers. Staff were excellent. Plenty of room and spaces to place luggage and clothing. Lack of toilet brush was appalling. Had to buy my own!!!! Fairly old furnishings. Restaurant menu was bizarre and did not cater for normal tastes. No wonder there were very few people in the restaurant. Half sized shower screen caused water to go everywhere in the bathroom
