Чтобы попасть на пляж- нужно ехать на трансфере от отеля. и на нем же возвращаться обратно. Идти вдоль дороги далеко и утомительно. Ресторан работает по непредсказуемому режиму. Иногда закрыт. - K8343NZnicoleb (2/5): Poor Experience at Hotel Zamora - My husband and I chose Hotel Zamora for our anniversary weekend in St. Pete Beach, hoping for a relaxing stay despite some mixed reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing—and frankly unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. From the moment we checked in, there were issues. Our toilet was not working, and although we reported it immediately, it was never properly fixed despite multiple promises from staff over the course of our stay. Each time we left the room, we were assured it would be handled—yet we returned again and again to the same problem. The situation escalated the following morning when the toilet completely failed, began making a loud squealing noise, and then overflowed—flooding the entire bathroom floor. It was unsanitary and honestly one of the most unpleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After calling for help at 8:00 AM, we waited nearly an hour and had to follow up ourselves, only to feel dismissed by the front desk. When someone finally arrived, no immediate cleanup or solution was offered—just a question about whether we wanted to switch rooms, which we were then told wasn’t even possible due to the hotel being fully booked. With no alternative, I had to get ready for a reservation while standing in contaminated water. That alone should never happen in any hotel, let alone one positioned as upscale. To make matters worse, when we returned later, the room still smelled strongly of urine and had clearly not been properly cleaned. The response from management was to offer drink vouchers instead of addressing the severity of the situation. When we requested a discount at checkout, we were told the vouchers were considered sufficient compensation. They were not. Beyond the plumbing issue, the overall quality of the room—from rough, undersized towels to subpar linens and pillows—did not match the price or expectations. This experience showed a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and basic hospitality standards. I cannot recommend this hotel and strongly encourage management to take a hard look at both their maintenance response and guest recovery practices.
- bituteeeee (10/5): Pleasant stay - The location is quiet and somewhat secluded, offering the perfect opportunity to fully unwind and relax. The accommodations were modern and unpretentious. The sink had a bit of mold, and there was some limescale in the shower. The room was not vacuumed and mopped property, however it was equipped with air purifiers, which was a nice touch, especially since the room we stayed in had a strong perfume scent lingering from previous guests. The outdoor terrace of the restaurant offered a beautiful view and a relaxing atmosphere. The food was good, and the morning staff, in particular valet was wonderful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the hotel staff did their best to accommodate us.

On arrival, there was someone's leftover food in our fridge. Unappealing clumps of hair in the drain of the shower, more clumps of hair on the rug in the bedroom and very erratic hours for cleaning our room! One day while we were still in bed with a Do Not Disturb notice on, and another day, housekeeping didn't come until around 5pm while we were hoping to get ready to go out for the evening. Having said this, the hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated with good sized bedrooms. Food was great and every member of staff was helpful and friendly.

Kayaking, bikes and a small gym. The best part was the restaurant. Ate there multiple times and never had a bad thing from the menu. The views are wonderful- don’t miss out of the rooftop. I’d definitely recommend a water/bay front room with a balcony.

But this one deserves it as its website is totally misrepresented and a total rip off to what your expectations should be. Their home page shows a woman swimming in a lush pool with aqua water. This pool is old, mostly covered and very small. There are no lounge cushions, no towels (you are limited one at the front desk), closed pool bar and no food. The tanning deck is a joke. The gym is located on the third level across from the elevator. No windows, no bottled water, no yoga mats and no Peloton bike. I mention this because they state this is a luxury hotel several times on their website. Our suite featured towels thinner than a Holiday Inn Express and the only amenities were a makeup remover packet and two bottles of water. Plastic cup in the tiny master suite. There was a nice balcony overlooking the Gulf and inner coastal. The suite was oversized, the only thing decent of the hotel. Rain shower is OK. Rooftop bar is huge with great views. Alas, it was closed at 6:00pm. Service is terrible. No turndown service. Staff is not engaged. Why? Most likely ownership is in MN and they seldom visit. The restaurant Azura says it features coastal food. It’s dark, dreary and does have an outdoor deck but with no umbrellas so you are in full sun for breakfast. When in Florida at a luxury resort, you expect fresh O.J. Not here. Breakfast consists of six options including frozen bagels, no smoked salmon, no turkey or chicken sausage or fresh baked anything. Based on this, we skipped having dinner here. The hotel is across the street from the Gulf and you have to walk 15 minutes through a private motel to get to the beach. Overall, ownership needs to update their website, remove luxury from everything and start giving their guests the value they deserve.

Best restaurant was in the hotel but nothing else around it, access to the beach was a full 6min walk not just across the street and the neighborhood although seemed safe was questionable (very lonely and abandoned). Pool was extra small but cute. View was nice as long as you faced the pier not the street. Staff were nice, music on Thursday was amazing. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel if only not because of the location. *room lovely* although one of the robes hanging in my room was dirty with tanning lotion a lover the inside (very gross). But room was lovely itself.

The only downside was the housekeeping/service responsiveness. Despite multiple phone calls and a visit to the front desk, our room was not cleaned and fresh towels were never delivered—I ultimately had to go downstairs to get them myself. Other than that, it was a very positive experience and we enjoyed our stay.

- jessicafJ5132MG (2/5): Stay somewhere else! - My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Zamora for a week-long vacation, spending over $4,000—and unfortunately, we strongly recommend that you do not stay here. Save your money and book an actual oceanfront hotel nearby. The photos online are very misleading. The property is far less appealing in person and, more importantly, lacks basic cleanliness and service. The hotel needs maintenance and deep cleaning throughout for upkeep. Our room was not cleaned consistently, and we frequently had to search housekeeping carts ourselves just to find clean bath towels. On a few nights all we had were washcloths. Essentials like coffee were never restocked, and we went several days with dirty sheets because our room was skipped entirely. Overall this hotel is not clean and prestige like the pictures and other review you see online. The beach towels were another major issue. We were given stained, clearly unwashed towels—one even had a used bandage stuck to it. The hotel is extremely strict about towel returns to an uncomfortable degree; we witnessed a guest being made to hand over her towel in the lobby while still wrapped in it after using the pool. It’s clear that they are trying to save money with their linen budget but it is extreme and an inconvenience for guests. Despite advertising that the hotel is “across the street” from the beach, there is no direct access. You must wait 15–20 minutes for a shuttle to a crowded public beach, often surrounded by construction noise. And have to wait again for A shuttle pickup which again takes about 15-20 mins. Walking is technically an option, but it takes 10–15 minutes and requires carrying chairs and umbrellas yourself. To make matters worse, the beach equipment we were given was broken and rusty and you have to sift through their stock to get a halfway decent beach chair- they all need to be replaced. While the valet staff were kind and hardworking, the system itself is inconvenient. You’re required to valet your car—even though it’s parked just steps away—and tip each time, all while already paying a $40/day resort fee. The overall condition of the hotel is very disappointing. Hallway carpets were stained and dirty, and it’s clear the focus is more on hosting events than taking care of guests. During our 8-night stay, we were only able to access the rooftop bar twice due to events, and even then service was limited. On one occasion, their system was down, and charges were added to our room incorrectly—we are still trying to resolve unexplained fees as someone else’s meal from the restaurant was on our room charges. If you’re looking forward to relaxing by the pool, this is not the place. The pool was overcrowded every day with no available seating, largely due to the hotel selling day passes to non-guests, which further limits access for those actually staying there. We rarely take the time to write reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that we felt it was important to warn others. If we return to St. Pete Beach, we will absolutely not be staying at Hotel Zamora—and we encourage others to not waste their money here.

- dralshura (8/5): 4 star hotel with not properly trained staff - Nice property, newly renovated. About 10 min walk from the beach or they take you there by golf cart. I recommend walking, just ask for directions of where to enter. The beach is almost empty there. If they take you by golf cart, you end up at public beach and it’s pretty busy in there. Room is spacious but has very limited closet space/ storage. Our room was facing the wall, but if you pay extra, you can get a water view. Restaurant is nice, service is slow and food is above average but nothing special. Pool is small , half covered from the sun. It was fine with us because large pools attract nic crowds which I don’t like. There is a bar by the pool which wax only open on weekends ( strange during the Spring brake!). The valet parking staff is the best feature of this hotel. They are courteous, fast and super efficient. The downside is the front desk. I have interacted with several of them and most have somewhat of an unfriendly personality. I was never welcomed upon check in, was never asked if I enjoyed my stay upon check out and never even heard standard “ thanks for staying with us, have a safe trip home”. The rooms are cleaned here and there with horrible quality. Once , the maid took the top that I left her but never cleaned the room at all. In summary, hotel had a huge potential just has to change front desk and cleaning staff attitude.

Check in was smooth, we were given a room with « partial ocean view » which really means if you look over the rooftops of facing homes across the street you can glimpse the beach! Basically it’s a street view with traffic noise included. The room is spacious and looks coastal in design but when you look closer you realize that this hotel was renovated on a budget and poorly maintained. Reading lights next to bed were broken, safe did not work, tap in sink sprayed water everywhere because aerator on tap missing. Shower is ok but orange mildew forming all over tiles. Dropped my earring and saw floor under vanity had not been cleaned in a long while. Carpets in the room are spotted and dirty , hallway carpet also gross looking. Door to housekeeping in need of cleaning in a big way. Fan in toilet closet sounds like a jet engine revving up. Staff are nice enough but not enough of them, went to have breakfast on our first day but ended up leaving as waiter was overwhelmed and after finally been seated we waited for over 20 minutes without table setting or water and without even ordering food. We left and went to Publix and bought fruit and yogurt for future breakfast. Front desk staff pleasant but when asked if they had an extra iPhone charging wire did not even bother looking, overall an ok stay but for four stars doesn’t even come close!
- Suzykaboozie (6/5): Changed our room - We booked this hotel in November of ‘25. We booked a king deluxe with a balcony and water view. They gave us a king with no balcony and a street view. There was no mention of this at check in. We went back down to the front desk to see what happened. The employee looked at the notes and someone…he thought the GM, had switched our room type in January. He said there was nothing he could do as the room we booked was taken. I complained…why would they change the room we paid for? He had no answer and finally offered us one free night and offered a queen room with a balcony. The view was also the busy street. We got our correct room the following evening with an apology note and two free drinks. Positives: friendly staff, room is clean, deluxe room has a very nice bathroom, a/c works great, hotel was fairly quiet, bed was comfortable, there were lots of outlets and electronic plug ins., restaurant and bar is nice with excellent food. Negatives: Valet parking. You can’t park yourself so you feel you have to tip every time you get and return your car. $40 a night resort fee includes the pool use- not big and most of the pool area is in the shade, hot tub, (not working while we were there…they were waiting for a part for the heater) kayak use, bicycle use, and rides & (beach chairs) to the beach. The ocean is right across the street but they have to bring you a ways down the street where there is public beach access. If you don’t plan on using any of that, $40 a day seems excessive as this place seems more like a hotel, not a resort. You can walk to the beach and rent chairs and a cabana for $45. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. There is an armoire to hang clothes but no dresser to unpack and store clothes. The first room had a keurig so we bought pods, but the second room had an espresso machine. We made the best of our vacation but we wouldn’t stay there again.

The pool and deck area were nice. The view from the rooftop was amazing to watch the sunset. The room was huge and clean and it was quiet. Housekeeping staff really do a great job keeping it clean. We could’ve used more towels in our room, but when we asked we got them right away. the restaurant was also awesome. The food was delicious. The ambience was great. I loved that there was outdoor dining because we had our puppy with us. breakfast was great… The lemon blueberry pancakes were to die for. The lobby coffee is very weak so that was disappointing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the valet team who were quick with the cars. And the restaurant staff who were friendly and accommodating.

They were hard as a rock and definitely did not provide for a good night sleep.

Our only negative was the pool/spa and rooftop bar hours. The pool/spa is only open until 8pm, and rooftop bar is only open until 9pm. After a day of exploring the beach and local shops, it would be nice to have more time to relax in the hot tub, or at the rooftop bar. Aside from that, the hotel has great aesthetic appeal and conveniently located to ensure good coverage of seeing everything St. Pete Beach has to offer. Highly recommend going if you’re not into the big national hotel names.

The TV was so complicated you couldn’t see what channel you were on and the guide numbers didn’t match the actual shows/movies. A nice hotel should just have a smart TV in my opinion. One of the shower heads never got hot and the other one was piping hot so that was odd and annoying. But otherwise it was a nice stay.

We had water view balcony king and I loved watching sunrise and dolphins in the morning on the intercostal. My husband says best shower he’s ever had in a hotel. Rain shower and handheld with great pressure and bench seat. We had brunch seated outside at the restaurant and drinks on rooftop watched the sunset. We had the golf cart take us to the beach that was secluded. 2 min ride on golf cart. My husband and I enjoyed the complementary kayaks one morning and fishing from the dock. Caught some Jacks and Mangrove Snapper! We are already planning our next stay bringing the kids next time!

I don’t know the maintenance man’s name, but he was great as well! we needed to get something taken care of in our room and he went above and beyond! They used to take your umbrella and chair across the street to the beach for you and set that up -Now you have to do that yourself. I do miss that. It was a lot to carry over
- Robert (10/5): - Rooms and location were great. The walk to the beach was short and the amount of restaurants in the area was great. The beds could be softer and the pool could be open later.

(Which was exposed)..Soak tub was great, shower was great,,Restaurant was excellent for a quick breakfast and lunch. Would've stayed longer but a bit pricey.

- Cheng (10/5): Great place despite a bit costly. - This place is located close to the water. It is quite and super clean. The breakfast is not included but not expensive at all considering the quality and its location. We really enjoyed the breakfast, kayaking, walking-distance beach and swimming.
