• Willy Siqueira (8/5): - O hotel é muito bem localizado, bem no centro da cidade, em frente ao Manekin. O hotel parece antigo mas os quartos são amplos e confortáveis. Banheiro grande, com ducha forte e quente. Camas e travesseiros bons. Próximo encontramos uma variedade de lojas e restaurantes. Fica a 5 minutos a pé da praça central. Vale muito a pena. O atendimento é muito pratico e rápido e o acesso é direto na porta colocando um código que te passam quando vc chega. Isso permite que vc entre e saia quando quiser. Como de costume sem elevador, mas já sabíamos disso e não estragou nossa experiência. Não possui também um louge ou recepção, o acesso é direto aos quartos.
• Hull (10/5): The staff was kind and our stay was comfortable. - The hosts went above and beyond to help me when I had a medical issue. They could not have been more helpful and supportive. It was a little noisy, and the stairs were steep, but the kindness of the staff made up for it.

• Adeline (9/5): Séjour agréable et hôtel très bien situé. - Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté du Manneken Pis. On accède à la grand-place et aux musées très facilement en une dizaine de minutes à pied seulement. Le personnel est très agréable et nous a même proposé de garder nos bagages le jour de notre départ pour que nous puissions aller nous balader. Le petit-déjeuner est servi dans la chambre et est relativement copieux. La chambre est plutôt bien insonorisée vu l'emplacement très touristique. Le petit plus : la boutique souvenirs juste en bas de l'hôtel où on peut trouver notre bonheur.

Habitación de buen tamaño El hotel al ser tan antiguo es incómodo y la escalera es difícil y estrecha. No hay apenas personal con la que hablar. Había bastante ruido por la noche aunque es normal debido a la ubicación

• Darina (8/5): Malý hotelík s výbornou polohou. - Malý, útulný hotel, veľmi príjemný personál. Vstup vo večerných hodinách na kód fungoval výborne. Veľmi strmé a úzke schody do izieb sú jediným obmedzením pre niektorých ľudí. Inak všetko čisté, kúpeľňa a kozmetické prostriedky dostačujúce. Postele pohodlné. Kúrenie funkčné a ľahko nastaviteľné. Hotel má výbornú polohu. Raňajky prinesú len na izbu, ale určite sa oplatili.

• Murrells (7/5): Hotel in great location, was good value for money, and the staff helpful. Would stay again - Location was excellent, staff friendly and the room good value for money I think some facilities could be upgraded i.e. a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a good improvement. Also, when we first checked in the room we were allocated clearly had a broken shower door. We were given another room which was good. However the shower in that room may need tightening or fixing as the shower head wasn't working properly.

Essendo una costruzione antica del centro per salire alle stanze c e' una scalinata a chicciola un pochino scomoda da fare con i bagagli

Well heated room even mine was at the terrace. Bonus, good sight as well. No elevator, but otel staff help you to carry the luggage.

Double windows insulated from outside noise, heating was great, room was well designed and comfortable. Bathroom had nice toilettries. The hosts were so kind and helpful. Allowed to check in early and leave luggage. Can't think of a single thing!

• Jc (8/5): Super séjour dans le centre historique de Bruxelles - L’emplacement incroyable au centre-ville à quelques mètres du Manneken Pis et vers Grand Place. Possibilité de faire toute la ville à pied en partant de l’hôtel. Le confort de la literie et la grande salle de bain. L’accueil sympathique et facilité par la présence de personnel qui gèrent aussi boutique de souvenirs au rez de chaussée. L’escalier un peu pentu si on a des gros bagages.

• Mohsin (7/5): Location, Location, Location - only 7 minutes walk from Brussels Central station. - Location was superb. The staff(guy) was very helpful and welcoming. Very easy access to Brussels Central station, just 6 minutes walk, (can take train to & fro airport, Luxembourg and many more. Menneken Pis can been seen from room window. Area full of restaurants. Very busy street, it is very noisy at night if you leave windows open, but if you close the windows then no noise at all, as there are 2 double windows. No lift, Very steep stairs, better to book 1st floor. 1. Bathroom door does not close at all, no latch/lock, the door stays wide open, very embarrassing with you with your family or specially friend. 2. I requested double bed, there are no double beds, they put 2 single beds together which is very uncomfortable to sleep as the bed bends in the middle and you feels you falling, couldn't sleep at all. 3. Shower was not good at all, due to less water in shower, 5 minute shower takes 15 minutes.

• andres (8/5): Cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado - Perfectamente ubicado, en pleno centro, a pasos de la Grande Place. Y a pesar de ser una calle bulliciosa durante el dia, por la noche es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien sin ruidos. Para mi todo bien, a mi madre le costaba un poco la escalera porque los escalones son estrechos, pero se ve que es común que las escaleras sean así en Bruselas.

No es un hotel grande ni nuevo,es antiguo,pero es muy cómodo y limpio. La dueña muy maja,te deja un detalle de bienvenida así como agua he infusiones en la entrada totalmente gratis. El precio está genial. Todo muy bien

• Harita Raval (5/5): If you find other option, chose that instead of this - Location is right at the city centre and 5-10 min walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. In the gift shop which is basically the GF of the building you get 10% discount if you are staying. Room was extremely small. The stairs , oh my god it triggered my vertigo every single time. I do not recommend anyone with above 35+ to book this place, it is not a good idea. The bathroom was not cleaned and it was smelling bed. As this place is right in the middle there is no quiet time even in the middle of night we were hearing noises.

Revisaría la limpieza del baño, estaba bien pero encontramos pelos alrededor y en el inodoro. El precio bastante elevado.
• Woods (10/5): Cosy Oasis - The location was close to everything and right next door to an amazing Belgian restaurant & bar. The owners of the hotel sisters Marae & Sabine were both welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, spacious amd cosy. The decor is simple and a little on the dark side. My bed was comfortable and I liked the window looking out over the rooftops and street below. There is no refrigerator in the room. The spiral staircase is charming but a little precarious.

• Mikel Orbegozo (10/5): Volvería a reservar este alojamiento sin duda - Excelente ubicación, inmejorable, comodidad y buen sistema de calefacción para pasar 3 noches en fechas navideñas. Habitación acogedora con suficiente espacio. Todo bien en general. Nada, todo genial. Quizá la accesibilidad por la escalera principal del portal, ya que es una escalera de caracol que son muy estrechas y empinadas y si llevas maletas o mochilas grandes cuesta subirlas.

La habitacion es sencilla y el baño era comodo Al estar tan cerca del Meneken Pis hay gente caminando y haciendo ruido en la calle todo el tiempo pero si se cierran las ventanas algo aisla. La calle es muy sucia

Picture perfect setting. Super super clean,safe and secure..you cant get a better location. And the staff is AMAZING they are the nicest kindest group of people,truly I can't say enough about the staff or the property.. seriously I would change my dates to be sure I could stay at this property...... Amazing truly AMAZING
